The service was prompt & professional and shipping was expeditious. I have been searching a while for the product at a reasonable price and they informed me the moment they had it in stock.
Was very impressed from start to finish. The alpine unit was 200 hundred dollars cheaper than other stores. Unit was new and all documents were included. I would reccomend to other customers
Price of item ordered = excellent.
Web site navigatability = pretty good.
When I Emailed them a question = Did Not Respond!!
When I Placed an Order = Web site confusing! I had to re-submit the order to make it go through.
THEN the order got held up AGAIN because I wanted to drop-ship the order to a different address and they wanted me to call my bank to put that address on the statement. I have never heard of this (what would happen if someone wanted to drop-ship the item to someone else as a gift?). So I had to give up and just send the item to my billing address. Thankfully, when I got to the ordering stage, they did answer my Emails and did straighten out my order, though it took a while for them to respond each time and ended up significantly delaying my order.

This is the second time I have made this same order. My first order confirmation #Y614776168772 seems to be a fantasy. I emailed about not receiving my order with the above confirmation #. The email I received back did not even mention my fist order at all (which is what I was requiring about). Today I reordered the same thing, HOPEFULLY I will receive it for my customer. No one ever called or told me my first order was lost, found or whatever. Thank you and God Bless.
good company to do business with. Their website seems to be accurate as far as what is in stock. I have made 2 seperate purchases from them, and both times the items were shipped within 24hrs. and arrived on time, and in good condition. I will buy from them again!
This is an awesome website and a great product!! i got it in 1 day and it was easy to install! If i would have gone to best buy it would have cost me over $900!!! i bought it at hookedontronics.com for $288 saving me almost $600! now thats a great deal! i cant wait to get something else from this website because i know im getting a good product for a great price thanks guys!! Ordering from Canada I had a good service over all would not hesitate to order again.
P.S. To costumer ordering from Québec use US air mail USPS and not UPS for the shipping it is slow but you will not pay custom fees.I heard that on télévision and tried it it worked no tax and no custom fees for a $160 purchase and $29 dollars for shipping that's all.
