I purchased a battery for my LG LX160 cellular phone. Now the battery will go dead when there are 3 of 4 bars. That is when it reaches 75% of a full charge. I e-mailed them last week and have not as much as received a confirmation that it was received. My wife's new battery from B4Less goes down to 1 bar before going dead. Even though my battery cost less that her's I will try to remember NOT to purchase from B4Less in the future due to their lack of correspondence.  
 
Additional: The ma of the original battery was 750. The one they shipped was 600ma.

Ordered on Nov 24, received on Nov 29th! This is a professional, on the ball no BS company.  
Wish all online retailers would operate like this.

Excellent, fast shipping, items were correct as ordered.

Although the shipping was fast, the battery was described as a compatible replacement for the OEM battery of my phone (LG VX3300), but was not. The CBW customer service representative claimed that  
my phone must be "one of those phones that will not accept an aftermarket battery". When I opted to return the battery for refund, I got stuck with paying the shipping both directions, despite the fact that their description was in error.  
Repeated emails to customer service at CBW was a complete waste of time. None of the customer service people seemed to read what I wrote, and just repeated that they wouldn't refund the shipping because I had decided to return the battery.

Fair prices, fast shipping. Got exactly what I ordered.

When the battery for my wonderful Samsung 8500 phone started dying after quite some time of use, it was time to buy a new one. Having priced it at the sprintpcs store, I decided to look online for a better price. Whereas the sprint store had a pricing somewhere around $55 or so, I found a great price at batteries4less.com (also known as Cellphone Battery Warehouse), for $29.95. Even though I had to pay shipping of $4.95, it was still considerably cheaper, so I went for it. When it finally arrived, and after charging it the first night, it refused to hold the charge for more than half a day. I called the company, they told me to charge it three nights in succession, letting the battery get down very low before recharging, to "condition" the phone. I thought that's what you only had to do for the older type of cellphone batteries, but decided to try it, anyway, hoping they knew what they were talking about. Well, it still didn't work and then I discovered that I had bought what they call an "aftermarket" or "other supplier" battery. In other words, this was not made by Samsung. Today, after much frustration, I decided to return the battery and then was told by their rep that while they were happy to refund my money for the phone itself, I would have to eat the shipping charge of $4.95 - plus, of course, the shipping charge of returning it! They refused to budge on that issue. Had I known ahead of time that this was not an original Samsung battery, I never would have bought it. I guess the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for." Stay away from this company! Despite their claims to the contrary, the only thing you're getting is a guaranteed low price---and absolutely nothing else.

Order was a replacement battery for one that failed. The original battery had been purchased about three months earlier. Without hesitation, the company offered to send me a replacement battery and a return postage paid envelope. I received the new battery and it works great. Highly recommend this company as a battery source with great pricing and service.
