Couldn't ask for a lower price and faster service on an Olympus camera. Almost flawless, the only thing they forgot to do was send an email with the tracking number. But I did get a confirmation email. Had to call for the tracking number, person on the phone was nice and helpful. I would buy from this place again.

I am very impressed with this company and with my purchase. I placed my order online an hour after the posted store hours on a Friday and my lens was in FedEx's hands an hour later. I really didn't expect it to ship until Monday but I received it on Tuesday! The topper is that they actually had one of the lowest prices for this item as well. Before the purchase, I had emailed a question and received a response within a few minutes. Their website needs some work though, difficult to search and navigate. Extremely fast shipping, fast customer service response, great prices. Finally a company that has figured out what we want. They will be my first stop from now on.

Bought a pair of expensive Nikon binoculars on March 16, to be shipped by FedX "saver." They arrived new, properly packed, with no hassel on March 18. I'd be happy to do business with them again if they again have something I'm seeking.  
 
Price was very competitive, shipping was not excessive.  
 
Fast and efficient.
