Great Blu-Ray disc player. I went through many reviews and chose this one for its quality and value. Set up was easy and the picture is phenomenal. HDMI, component, and digital audio out choices made the hook-up easy as well.

EXTREMELY SHADY!! ordered a garmin GPS and it arrived WITHOUT the GPS. only cords and the stand was in the box. called them right away and they wanted me to do an exchange but no way in hell i'm doing that, so i asked for my money back. i guess the only good thing is i did get my money back without problem 2 weeks later. they said someone probably took the GPS in the warehouse.

I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews. They do have you call to confirm order and then try to sell you all kinds of stuff in a New Yorker cocky, condescending attitude. Rude people... and I haven't even gotten the camera yet. I paid 35 dolars for next day air, but it will take 5 days. the representative lied to me when he said he'd have it out that day and I'd get it the next. When will I learn not to be suckered in by low price? READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF!!

DO NOT PUCHASE AT TOP CHOICE! This is the first negitive review I have ever had to write. The scam is this: They upsell you something (a battery, a TV screen mount, etc.) when you "call to confirm", then they ship the "upsell" feature and never even attempt to ship the larger item. After waiting for 30 minutes you will get the runaround (checking stock, checking with a vender, we will overnight it right away..") but they never give a tracking number ("we will email it to you"). The "upsell" item will be shipped. When you finally request a fefund you will not get one until you return the "upsell" item. If you ask for a partial refund they will withhold outrageous shipping fess for the little "upsell" item.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! They are rude scam artists.

I was skeptical to purchase from Top choice Digital after reading the reviews. Their prices are very attractive and that is what drove me to purchase a Sony Blue ray DVD player from them. The response email has very limited information about your order. I waited a few days and decided to call them. After some hold time and a couple of transfers I reached someone. They were reasonably curtious, confirmed my address and tried to make an upsell with little pressure. I had to ask to confirm the price which they tacked on a handling fee. I questioned it and they removed it. 9 days later the product arrived in the mail in good order and with the price we agreed. I am satisfied. Surely, they could improve on the email notification and turn around time but, for the price I expected some of this.

This company SUCKS - All the reviews are true. The are a bait and switch company that tries to lure you in with low prices. My experience was they advertised a new camera only to learn it was an "Import" model with only a 90 day warranty through their company - not the manufacturers. they wanted to sell me accessories and extended warranties. I canceled my order. So should you!!!

I'm sure all the negative reviews are accurate, but I just wanted to say that I didn't experience any of what I read. After reading the reviews, I was very weary about ordering from Topchoice, but decided it was too good to pass up. I ordered three blu-ray players and Top Choice Digital offered the best price by far. I was actually only going to get two as presents, but the price was so good, I decided to replace mine as well. I didn't receive the infamous phone call that everybody has written about and there wasn't any attempt to upsell me. Their communication was impeccable. They emailed me at every step of the process and gave several ways to contact them. My only complaint would be that the players took a while to ship. Still though, I can't even complain about that because shipping was free and there was holidays in the shipping time.

This was an odd experience although satisfying in the end.
12/9 - Placed order for Nikon D60. No email receipt, no nothing. Closed my web browser before I can print the receipt.
12/15 - Receive a call from TCD.com confirming my order. This took 6 days but since I lost the info in the browser, I'm glad they called. I got the 1up conversations... 20 min battery... extra memory... yada yada yada. I just kindly explained that I've already purchased the extras for other sites... which I really did. I saved so much money on their site, I was able to peice-meal the case/memory/2 extra batts/filters from other sites at great deals. Got the $29.95 for handling/ins but it was still cheaper than anywhere else by almost $60 with the charge so I took the hit. Received confirmation info shortly after call.
12/23 - Item arrives as promised. New in box and it works great.
I know I'm one of the few lucky ones here, but I had a decent experience with these guys. Note I said decent! I shouldn't have had to wait 6 days for a call back nor sit through the 1up talk with charges.
BTW - Stock battery has been in use for over 18 hrs without a charge. Funny how that works. ;-)

Order placed for an Olympus camera. Then I receive an email saying that I have to call in to verify address. During the main activity is to try to sell me additional items. It seemed fishy so I cancelled the order.

I ordered a Nikkor 50mm 1.8 lens, they had me call to "confirm" my order. The salesman tried to up sell me a bunch of accessory's that I didn't need and added handling and shipping charges that were not on the web site, but the price was still good so I went a head with the order. He told me it would ship out that day, after a week of not hearing anything I emailed them to cancel my order. I didn't hear anything for over a month and they finally got back to me saying they had canceled my order. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It was easy to order the product online. I got cofirmation and update emails. The product was shipped and arrived in time for Christmas. It was great! On top of that, yours was the lowest price for that product I could find. I had concerns about using an online outfit I'd never heard of, but you definitely exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!!

I placed an order with Top Choice Digital late last night (early this morning). I received an immediate confirmation with a comment that the order would be confirmed with my credit card company. I called the cc company to alert them to a possible verification call and confirm that they have both my billing and shipping address on file.
Later this morning I received an email instructing me to call an 800 number and specific extension to confirm my order. In my experience, the only reason for such a request is that the company is about to attempt a scam by trying to sell me additional items at grossly exagerated prices.
I did call the number within the time frame the email said they would be open for business today. A recoded message said they were closed and I should call back during their business hours. The recorded message then listed their business hours which were different than those listed in the email although my call was also within the time frame of the hours in their recorded message.
I also called back and tried to reach the extension directly and this time the recording cut me off without giving the message. It did kindly say "goodbye" before cutting me off. They also have a very pleasant female voice on their recording. I mention this since it is an upgrade to the recording often used by the scammers of old.
I am also disturbed by the several glowing reviews that are currently posted on this site for Top Choice Digital. The fact that there are several, that they have all posted in the past 24-36 hours, and that there are no such experiences documented prior to this is an indication that Top Choice Digital has managed to "salt" the website with positive feedback. I hope this is not the case but the odds are that these comments are nefarious.
While I am sceptical, it is possible I will get my order at the agreed price and without further incident. In any case, I will share my experience as it evolves. Please wish me well and we will soon learn whether Top Choice Digital can make this customer happy.

This company is rediculous.
It is a joke really. I bought a new camera for my daughter from this company 10 days before Christmas. We were on vacation. 2 days before Christmas they call me and say they have to ship it to our billing address because of credit card fraud. So Christmas morning, my daughter did not have her main gift to open. We got back about a week after Christmas, and the camera still isn't here 17 days later. We called the company and they said they had yet another glitch sending it to our billing address and were going to send it a week from today.
We ordered her camera and we are expected to wait 24 days before we get it when we paid for quick shipping? I don't think so.
This company is a joke and I have had nothing but problems from them.
I definantly would NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from them, unless you enjoy feeling like a second class citizen.
