What a bunch of scammers...I don't suggest making you purchase with these people.  
 
First off, the rating that you see is likely to be fictious - they are having a contest where if you rate them 5 stars you have a chance to win some stupid contest.  
 
They send unsolicited emails, and just are a poor customer service oriented organization.  
 
I ordered a package for my Nikon 990 Coolpix on eBay andhad the following problems:  
 
Paid right away via paypal, took over 1 month for the camera kit to arrive (came after xmas, and was why I ordered it).  
 
When arrived items are very cheap, not worth nearly as much as they say, and not worth half of what they charge.  
 
They shipped me the wrong charger and then told me there wasn't one for my camera and wanted me to exchange the charger shipped for a standard household charger.  
 
They also replaced an item with something totally not similar to the expected item.  
 
Would only refund minus a 30% restocking fee...would not credit.  
 
Long hold times on the phone, unsatisfactory service, poor attitudes.  
 
Honestly, I have seen monkey sh*t fights in the zoo more organized then what goes on at this place.  
 
Go else where.

Purchased via eBay, our Sony Digital 8 Camcorder was an exceptional deal. Further, TopChoice Digital merchandising staff added great value by bundling complimentary accesories to make this package a superior one. Hats off to the staff at TopChoice Digital.

One of the worst seller ever!  
1) Emails replies were very slow, if there were replies at all. Representative on the phone was impatient. They don't sound like they care about doing future business with customers at all.  
2) I received an incomplete order with a paper stating one of the itmes out of stock. If you don't the item, why do you put it on auction??? Then the missing items was never received.  
3) They stated that the items were as Minolta Dimage 7i accessories. It turns out it wasn't true. One of the lens, the wide angle lens, do not provide it's functionality on that specific camera at all. It's false advertisement.  

Accessory lenses TCD advertised for Fuji 3800 & S602 won't work with 3800. Adapter tube sent by TCD(55-52mm)only fits my lens hood(55mm)and totally cancels WA and TP lens capabilities. TCD refuses to acknowledge fact saying no one else complained. Smacks of false advertising or lack of competent photo knowledge. Repeated attempts to have TCD correct or help were futile. Very Bad Experience.

I bought a Digital Camera Lens Package and Accessories for a Fuji 3800 Digital camera from TopChoice Digital in January 2003. After receiving the package, I noticed that some of the products were not as pictured and a book that was supposed to have come in the package was not even in the package. I figured maybe it was an honest mistake and if I contacted them they would make good on it. Moreover, the adapter tube that was included with package made the lenses unusable for the the very purpose for which they were designed/intended. (The doubler was positioned so far from the primary lens that it could only be used in the full magnification mode of 6X. The wide angle lens was the same way, if you did not have it in 6 power, you would get a shadow from the adapter around the perimiter of your image - like looking through a pipe or tube). I contacted TopChoice Digital about this problems and to make a recommendation on the adapter. The "customer service representative" informed me:  
They were out of the book; the tripod picture was the only one that they had that resembled the tripod that I was buying - I should have looked at the model#; and that they knew of the problem with the lens/tube combination and that there was no remedy. I asked for a refund and the guy become irate. I thought that maybe I had just gotten someone on a bad day and figured I would call back later in the week. I was wrong the second gtime around was even worse than the first. I decided to keep my lenses after they told me that there would be an outrageous re-stocking fee. Needless to say, I took my camera and the lenses to a local camera shop and asked for help. A pimply-faced kid behind the counter solved my problem in about ten seconds by using an adapter that attached the lenses to the OEM tube on my camera. It cost me $2.80 to solve my problem with the lens tube. It's a shame that this company lost a customer and gained a critic over $2.80 and bad customer service.

I was impressed with the speed and attention that was given to my order. I got what was described in their description of what I was buying...an accessory kit for my Fuji FinePix S602Zoom camera. I would not hesitate to buy from them again if I have a need for further equipment for my digital camera...or if they are selling anything else I might need. They are an excellent seller!!

No communication of the fact that you shipped one of the items seperately from the rest. This caused me to immediately challange the purchase with my credit card company because I thought you had defrauded me. Only after several calls did I realize that the camera had been shipped seperately. I had to request that the shipping charges be refunded to reflect the late shipment of the camera. I was not impressed with my experience and will not purchase anything further from your store.

This was quite an experience since it was the frist time I have bought from a dealer through Ebay. The transaction was a very pleasant one and I learned a great deal about long distance buying and shipping. The sales person I dealt with was very personable and very informative since it was a new experience for me. The shipping was quick and the product was received as discribed and in very good condition. My thanks to the company and to the sales person I dealt with.

Saved a bundle of cash. Customer service was outstanding. Was treated cordially and professionally. Issues were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Great transaction.

In middle of my son's Christmas program, my husband's beloved video camera broke. He was heartbroken, so I decided to buy him the best camera I could find for Christmas. I decided on a sony digital recorder, but since it was a hot holiday item, all of our local stores were sold out. A friend of mine recommended Top Choice Digital. Since my friend is in the technical field, I trusted his opinion. The model I wanted was in stock, and even better, they had an amazing package deal put together with lenses, batteries, an extra 4 year warrenty, and all kinds of stuff -- all for what I would have spent on the camera alone had I found it in a local store! The equipment arrived promptly in perfect condition. The sales rep that I spoke with over the phone was great! My husband LOVED the camera and was overwhelmed with the package deal! In the future, Top Choice Digital is where I will go for accessories and equipment.

These guys are wonderful to deal with. I was looking for a great deal on a Sony Mavica CD-400 and with help from A.J. I found it. They custom made a package to my needs, never pressured me to buy anything extra and shipped everything promptly per my request. They even price matched another company on an extra item I added at the last minute. I did have a small problem with my purchase when it arrived, seems one of the lens was mis packaged. I can't blame TopChoiceDigital for this since the box said the right thing, but the contents were wrong. They sent me out a replacement lens next day air. Highly recommended amoung the not so trust worthy New York crowd of Camera stores. I know who I will be calling the next time I am looking for a great deal. This Sony Mavica is the Hotest Camera out right now in my oppinion and TopChoiceDigital is the best place to get it.

I purchased a Fuji Finepix 3800 professional package and couldn't be happier. The price was right. The service was fast, courteous and everything was delivered as promised. I have purchased from many companies in the past but when it comes to digital there is none better the Top Choice. Thank You Top Choice for being here.
