When I placed this order I identified it as a non-residential delivery and paid an additional $10.00 shipment charge for 3-day delivery. The shipment was somehow erroneously identified as residential. Consequentially, UPS scheduled all non-residential deliveries before businesses closed and my delivery, which was mis-identified, failed to be delivered as scheduled. After several communications with UPS and The Twister Group, UPS accepted responsibility for late delivery and refunded The Twister Group. Twister immediately refunded me. Thanks guys!

I had never heard of The Twister Group until I came across them in a price comparison scenario through another site. Their prices and shipping charges combined were only bested by a couple of dollars by few other on-line stores. I chose them because of their review rating. I was not disappointed ! They shipped my purchase promptly and it was delivered on time. Hence, I ordered another product from them (today) the same day I received the first order. Even though like other stores, they claim processing/shipping in 2 to 3 business days, I got an e-mail with shipping/tracking info in less than 12 hours. I am impressed and will shop them again.

I ordered a plasma Tv adapter from The Twister Group at a very low price compared to other sites, $74.13 for the Plad-1 adapter plated, and received it the very next week. Shipping costs were very reasonable and the product was in perfect condition.

Bought Harmony Remote. Received on 1/20/2004. However, the remote lost back light in a day. Went through the RMA process. Got a replacement on 2/16/2004.  
 
Overall, it is painless.

Shipped next day,Phoenix to So. Ca. will be here on the 16th. Doesn't get any better than that.Asked one question of their customer service, and was answered within one hour. Would buy from twistewr again.Great prices and fair delivery charges. Norm

My Twister Group purchase has been one of my best on-line shopping experiences. A well organized web site, great communication, and very good prices. The shipping charges are not inflated and they send it quickly. In my experience they stood behind the product they sold by replacing a defective auto bulb.

Super fast shipping. Product arrived in excellent condition. It was not important but the prices were really low. One item was a hard to find item which was in stock at order time. Very highly recommended.

Tripod wasn't quite what I expected, but will serve as a photo and light weight tripod for general use. Seller sends items promptly, but does not respond to inquiries very well. At least not in my case, having sent two and no  
reply yet two days later! Otherwise than this I received what I ordered, the price was good, and delivery was prompt. (unlike another I could name)

Excellent service! The speaker stands I ordered were on backorder but I still got them in only eight days! I was kept up to date on my order. They arrived with plenty of cushioning so nothing was damaged. The only small problem was that part of the tape on the box was open across the top. I would definitely order from Twister Group again!

Highly recommend. Their inventory count was accurate; and the item shipped on the same day of the order.

Typically I don't get good enough service to ever take the time to do a review. Recently I ordered a Peerless Swivel/Articulating Wall Mount for a Fujitsu 50" Plasma, I will note that it was $150.00 dollars less than anybody else was offering . I submitted the order Friday and got the item the following Tuesday. That's outstanding results considering I just waited 6 weeks for delivery using a different online supplier.
