Costly shipping with very poor packing (a used box with almost no padding!). The received product was deformed due to poor quality.

This was good clean transaction. This was the best price on the internet even with 3 day shipping. I ordered on the 14th and received it the 16th. The item was as promised. I'll try you first next time I buy online.

Seller shipped my order to wrong address. I have provided a shipping address different from the billing address and I have proof/receipt showing the correct address. Customer Service insist otherwise.

Ordered a camera lens and got a karaoke microphone! Warehouse sent wrong product, Lens was not available, got a courtious refund, took a month to get money back.

I have had a really great experience with this retailer. They provide a very large selection of products I was looking for and the best prices I could find. I have ordered three TV mounts for my flat screen TVs of different sizes. The order process was flawless. The order notification was received immediately after I completed the order. The shipping information with the tracking number was provided next day and the product was received two days later very professionally packed and in great condition. The item was cheap and shipped fast. However, it was the wrong item (possibly my fault, but the older generation and newer generation DuraFon handsets had the same picture and price).  
 
I tried to return it. I even said that I would pay for ALL shipping and the 20% restocking fee. But they did not give me a RMA. I asked AMEX to help me with the return. Twister threatened me. Suggested that they would not take the item back, that its condition was compromised and told me to offer it on line for sale. They then suggested that if involved AMEX, the restocking fee would be raised to 50%, with a $35 and issue a claim against me.

Quick shipment, it came the next day! Would buy again and again, A++++++ seller!!

I ordered from Twister Group before checking any online ratings. I had a friend contact me the day afterward telling me all kinds of horrible things they had read. Well my experience was absolutely GREAT! Great communication, quick processing and shipping. My experience was so good and the price so fantastic, I ordered more today!
