I was looking for a reputable reseller to purchase a Nikon 18-200mm VR lens along with a SB-400 Speedlight and found ePhotocraft.com online. After reading others reviews about the reseller and everything appeared very positive I made my purchase. I was extremely satisfied with everything about the purchase including the super fast shipping. For anyone interested in this store, I highly recommend them to all.

I was very pleased with my experience dealing with ephotocraft. They had the best price of any dealer and also free shipping. I received my camera and cf card on the 17th, and it was ordered on the 13th. It came in a very timely fashion, the packaging was good and the equipment was just as described on the web site. I would recommend this retailer to anyone .

I ordered a Nikon 18-200mm lens from PhotoCraft for less than I found anywhere else (that seemed reputable, anyway). They shipped it the next day and I received it a couple days after that. I highly recommend them.

I found the much sought after Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom online after weeks of searching. Place after place indicated "sold out" or on "back-order". I called, and they gave me the last one. Price was very reasonable (unlike other e-tailers who take advantage of short supply and jack up the price over retail). They shipped it that day and I had it in my hands 3 days later! Great customer support and prompt delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have spent countless hours researching and "shopping" the Internet for my photography purchases and could never find any one merchant that offered consistently great product knowledge, selection, customer service, integrity, and on top of that, competitive pricing.  
 
The most remarkable thing of all about ePhotocraft is that the people who own and manage the retail stores behind the online storefront really care about the products they sell and your success and satisfaction with the equipment you purchase from them. The reason I know this is that coincidentally, I live within a mile of one of their retail stores and the folks that work there are remarkably helpful and professional. Imagine, I shopped all over the Internet, wading through the world of online grey market scam artists only to find this "gem" of a photographic equipment dealer's bricks and mortar in my own back yard.

You won't get a "discount" because of my referral, you will get a consistently competitive price that meets or beats any legitimate authorized dealer along with all the other positive attributes I mentioned in this referral. This is my latest order of photo gear; I've been shopping here for about a year. These guys are priced better than the larger companies, which may or may not explain the smaller variety of products - not a big deal, since they carry the latest and greatest. Customer support over the phone has always been a pleasant experience, even when inquiring about Nikon's notoriously slow new product delivery. Will continue to do business with as photo needs grow.

Excellent! Will continue to do business with this retailer. Two weeks before this order, I visited their web site to query about a special order on a Gitzo tripod they did not carry. Next day, I received a price quote (which was lower than everyone else) as well as other suggestions on alternative models. Skip ahead several days when people who had placed pre-orders in September were still awaiting the arrival of their Nikon D300. On a whim I visited their web site again and registered to be notified when they had any available. The NEXT morning I received an email that they were in at MRSP, not at a jacked up price like some retailers. I placed an order that included the tripod and a high speed 4GB CF card. Because the total exceeded $250, UPS ground shipping was free and since they are located in Virginia, I had my D300 two days later! Lucky timing in my case but everything from responsive customer support, ease of ordering from their web site, being notified by email at all stages of the transaction and competitive prices have turned me into a loyal customer. Highly recommended. Update: latest order on a Nikon MB-D10 battery grip for the D300 plus a spare battery. Placed the order last Friday and received on Monday!
