It is wonderful to finally find a retailer online that you can completely trust. Their service is Four Star and prices are as good as you are going to get, and still get what you thought you were suppose to be getting.

Excellent experience all around. Purchased the new Pentax Optio s4i. Called first to confirm that they had it in stock-- then ordered online. Received an email verifying my purchase and then a second email letting me know that my order had been processed. Opted for 2 day delivery since I saved from $20 to $60 compared to other online retailers. Would highly recommend ePhotoCraft.com .

These guys are the best. I ordered a D70 about one and a half months ago. A preorder on a camera that Nikon had not even released yet. I changed my order from this lens to that lens to no lens to a bag and then software. These guys always remained professional. Saam and Eldar are their names. When Nikon finally released the D70 and ephotocraft received it; two days later I received it packed to perfection. Ephotocraft is the greatest. I was calling them constantly asking questions and changing my order but when all was said and done they got it right. I would definitely order from them again. Top rate store!

I purchased a Canon 10D and a couple of the Canon IS lenses. The 10D is a hard-to-get camera, and I had contacted several of my 'normal' suppliers, but kept getting the runaround, so I tried ePhotocraft. Ordered Canon 10D, 28-135mm IS, and 75-300mm IS. Later added 512 MB CF card, remote shutter release, and two lens hoods. initially the 28-135 was out of stock, but they were very up front about it- no funny business.  
 
On the day the camera was to ship, they discovered that the battery door was partially broken. While I am grateful that they checked on it, it would have been even better if they checked this when the order was placed instead of waiting until the day it was to ship. (The late discovery lead to a delay in shipping that could have been avoided.)  
 
None the less, it was an excellent experience. They were very up front, knowledgeable, and they don't engage in any of the sleeze sales tactics of the typical web sellers. There's a lot to be said for good customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I researched this seller here at Resellerratings.com after finding the best price of the ligitimate camera stores online. Lower prices will yeild "grey market" or a poor shopping experience. With the Nikon D100 in the $1400-1500 range, a "poor shopping experience was not an option for me. ePhoto Craft (Photo Craft) was out of stock at the time I ordered (a Monday), Eldar put me on hold and called Nikon. He had two orders coming and expected them in on Thusday, he would ship to me that day. This was fine with me, UPS delivered on Wednesday! All I can say is super service, no pressure to buy anything else, and fast delivery.

Great selection and very good prices. My order was placed on a Sunday and shipped the very next day. I would highly recommend ePhotocraft to anyone.

I ordered a canon 300d. They ran out of the ones without the lens and had the ones with the lens instead, so I ordered that. I chose 3 days ups, the order was shipped out the next day after that, I received it in 3 days. Customer service was great, wasn't pushy at all. Product came boxed up nicely. It was a great experience.

Their customer service is excellent. I places an order on a Monday, and that evening when I got home, there was a message on my answering machine from them. There was a problem with my order. My first reaction was "oh no!". I called them back (about 7pm EST) and the customer service representative told me that the $58 remote control listed on their web site for the camera I was purchasing was not the correct remote control. I would need the $70 remote control. This is not normally a good sign, but with out a single word from me, the representative said because it was their error, they would give me the $70 remote for $58.  
 
The customer service representative also noticed that my delivery address was relatively close to their home office. I had not noticed this and had asked for 2 day air mail delivery. The representative suggested I do ground delivery (normally 3 to 7 days to deliver) because it would probably only take 1 or 2 days to reach my delivery address due to how close their office was. True to their word, they shipped the package Tuesday morning, and it arrived Wednesday afternoon.  

First time ordering and would do it again in a heartbeat. They answered the phone on the first ring, and Eldar was courteous and helpful. None of that upselling that other places are so famous for attempting. My camera and accessories were shipped the same day and I was emailed with my order number and UPS tracking info. The package arrived complete, intact and correct practically to the hour. These guys are great!
