My experience with EPhotocraft was straghtforward and clean. Shipping was careful, all contents in mfr's original boxes. I have now placed the above order and three others with this organization, and service has always been prompt and efficient. I have had an excellent buying experience with this dealer. I ordered a Nikon D80 with the 18-135 lens from them and received the package in a week. They shipped my order immediately, gave me a tracking number, and did not send me the notorious next day "confirm your order" email. They are priced competively and obviously make an effort to keep their customers happy. I will definately buy again from them. They are way ahead of any dealer on the East Coast as far as their customer service, honesty, and professionalism. I would advise anyone who has dealt with the nightmare dealers in the Brooklyne area to shop at ePhotoCraft; they are based in the Washington D.C. area.

Easy order entry, speedy delivery, genuine US warranty equipment - just as promised. Very refreshing after a bad experience with a slick gray market vendor.

Everything went smoothly on an on-line order of a Nikon D80, 105mm VR DX macro lens, and SB-800 flash.
Shipment arrived in good shape--well packed and sealed. Price was fair but not "bargain rate," but I tried the places offering unbelievable bargains and they were crooks. Do not hesitate to purchase from this store.

I ordered a Sigma lens on 21st and received it on the 28th--even with a holiday in that time. The packaging was excellent, freight rates reasonable, got exactly what I ordered without any hassle. I will look this way for future camera equipment purchases and would have no problem recommending this store to others.

I ordered a Nikon D200 with 18-200 lens on Saturday. I got a quick indication that the item was in stock, and then received an e-mail that it had shipped. I received the full shipment on Tuesday. I was able to track the oder from the start, and was there to sign as a result. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I would purchase here again.

I think by now you could definitely call me a return customer. I have now bought about half a dozen lenses, two tripods, tripod wraps, bags, flashes...the list just keeps going.
They have never been rude or argumentative if I wanted to change an item, return or replace!
Saam, Eldar and the rest have all treated me as practically as the friend of the family.
Last purchase review:
I had just bought a Gitzo 1325 tripod in November, it was just in the process of being delivered to me when I heard about the GT3530 and really wanted it (mainly it addressed the lack of spikes and leveling I really wanted in a tripod). I called and expected a hassle, instead Saam simply said decline the shipment and we'll recredit you. I was so impressed I simply took a store credit (I know Credit card companies charge merchants fees for transactions and I didn't see any reason that ephotocraft should take a hit for good customer service) and ordered the new tripod though them. Through product release date slips and Bogen import delays(none of these were ephotocraft's fault) they have been really good about keeping me informed!
I just got my tripod and it is exactly what I wanted.
Only thing better than this tripod is EPhotocraft's service!
Recommendations in here don't go high enough to reflect my support of this store!

ePhotoCraft is a great Internet store. I purchased a difficult to find Nikon D200 with the 18-200mm VR zoon and very much expected to receive only a partial shippment with 1/2 on back order. I received both the camera and lense in 5 days. Thanks ePhotoCraft - you are great.

I ordered the hard to get Nikon D200 with 18-200 Nikkor lens on Saturday, August 26th. I placed my order online, followed the vendors instructions and received a shipping confirmation on Monday the 28th. I received the camera and lens on Thursday the 31.
Very prompt service, items in good condition.
An excellent experience.

In the parlance of the Wild West the company is 100% "Straight Arrow!" In the photography equipment business one seldom sees a company with such glowing comments. Negative comments are adequately answered. Fast efficient service; they will have my business for future purchases.

This company answered all my questions and kept me informed about the status of my order. They were friendly, curteous and professional. Although the equipment was on backorder, it arrived at the date they predicted.

Honest, friendly, competent! I highly recommend them. Their pricing was the lowest on the net, they had the merchandise as claimed, and they bent over backwards to ship my late purchase the same day so I could have it the next day. First-rate and a pleasure to deal with!
