I was searching for weeks for an affordable DSLR package for a Christmas gift. Every online vendor was sold out of the package I wanted (unless I wanted to pay full retail price). I called around to see when each vendor expected the package to be in stock and got a lot of completely unhelpful responses ("I don't know so keep trying" was the most common). When I got to ePhotoCraft, they were also out of stock on the package, but they offered to sell the body and lens separately and still honored the great pacakge price they had listed on their web site! The sales rep was courteous and helpful and gave me no suck and jive about accessories or extended warrantees or any other nonsense. I would HIGHLY recommend ePhotoCraft and I hope to do business with them again in the future!

Excellent! Will continue to do business with this retailer. Two weeks before this order, I visited their web site to query about a special order on a Gitzo tripod they did not carry. Next day, I received a price quote (which was lower than everyone else) as well as other suggestions on alternative models. Skip ahead several days when people who had placed pre-orders in September were still awaiting the arrival of their Nikon D300. On a whim I visited their web site again and registered to be notified when they had any available. The NEXT morning I received an email that they were in at MRSP, not at a jacked up price like some retailers. I placed an order that included the tripod and a high speed 4GB CF card. Because the total exceeded $250, UPS ground shipping was free and since they are located in Virginia, I had my D300 two days later! Lucky timing in my case but everything from responsive customer support, ease of ordering from their web site, being notified by email at all stages of the transaction and competitive prices have turned me into a loyal customer. Highly recommended. Update: latest order on a Nikon MB-D10 battery grip for the D300 plus a spare battery. Placed the order last Friday and received on Monday!

This was a FANTASTIC on-line shopping experience! I was kind of nervous about buying such a high dollar item on-line, but I am so glad I took the chance here. They are great! I ordered my item Wed morn and had it by Friday afternoon...and that was just their standard, free shipping! I was just shocked that my item was shipped the same day! Service like that is unheard of these days! My camera (Pentax K100D Super) was perfect, just as promised! You won't be disappointed! I even called to make sure my item was in stock and ready to ship. They in NO WAY try to pressure me into buying accessories. I even had to ASK THEM about a warranty and they advised they will not sell 3rd party warranties since most are scams. They only sell Manufacturer Extended warranties. I was highly impressed by this. They could easily pocket extra money by peddling aftermarket warranties, but they don’t! Also, they do not sell grey market items. I was concerned with this since so many on-line sites do. Well have no fears, you get the real deal and at a fabulous price! They even offer price match! How can you beat that? I will absolutely buy from them again! They have won themselves a lifetime customer!  

With the grey-market nightmares possible when purchasing photographic equipment, I was more than happy to find ePhotoCraft.com. They were completely reliable. They have a user friendly internet site and responded very quickly to my 2 emails. They shipped promptly, charged my card only after shipping, and packed my purchase carefully so that everything arrived in fine condition. I ordered a Canon 135mm lens from ephoto. The transaction was flawless and I received my order in a timely fashion. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

A+++ Ordered Canon 430EX flash Monday night. It shipped Tuesday via UPS ground and arrived on Thursday. Product is new and exactly as ordered. Shipped to alternate shipping address registered with Discover credit card without any problem. Good e-mail communication. Highly recommended.

WOW this was the only place in the country that I could get the flash I wanted and they don't even stock it talk about great. I needed a flash for a wedding that I was shooting and the place that I was going to get it from keep giving me a run around. Finally with only a week before I had to leave for the wedding I needed to find another place to get my flash I wanted a Metz 54 mz4i which is AWSOME by the way. I tried B&H Adorama and all the other big photo places every one said that there was no way they could get it for me. I went to Bogen's web page went through there on line vendor's not a single on of them could even get it for me in time. I called Photo Craft and they were able to get it to my door in 2 day they don't even stock this flash but some how they did it when no one else would if I ever need anything for my photo stuff from now on I will just call them first.

My experience with this seller can be rated good. The answered all my questions rapidly and clearly.

This is my second order with ephotocraft. The 1st order was a Nikon D80. I received it the next business day! Saam is awesome and I have not had any problems whatsoever. They are very responsive to all of my questions as well. I really couldn't ask for anything more - other than one lens was out of stock I was looking at, but no biggie.
