So far, everything has been fine for me with Bytewize. I haven't received my order yet, but I will update this when I do. Here's a timeline of my purchase:  
 
Nov. 7th : Preorder a GeForce 7900gto from MSI.  
Nov. 7th : Receive confirmation email.  
Nov. 7th : ETA on the 7900gto is for Nov. 12th.  
 
Nov. 9th : Receive email containing shipping  
information. This really impressed me seeing as how my order isn't even shipped yet.  
 
Nov. 10th : I checked the Bytewize site again today to see if anything changed. It appears they have already received their shipment of 7900gto's. If so, that would make it 2 days early.  
 
Nov, 15th: I received my card today. Everything went perfectly.

In my concern Bytewize is one of the easiest Retail Website to surf in and to offer a good variety of products with fair prices. Plus, I don’t hesitate to mention that the purchasing secure section is very accurate and simple to walk through. I had always received a very good and prompt delivery service with all my purchases at a very good price. If there are something not listed on there website that I want, I usually ask for it and most of the time the sales team find it at a fair price compare to the web availability of the market.  
I really feel that they are doing there best to give a personal service to there customers.  
I build my own PC’s and I make sure before making my order that all the parts work well together by reading PC pro’s review. That way I don’t have incompatibility problem.  
To contact them it is very easy, by phone, E-Mail or Live Help chatting.  
Has a conclusion I will say that they should improve a bit more there website on the future but if you ever shop on the web you’ll notice that Bytewize is one among the good one.  

My first purchase from this store and I must say everything went very well.

Very good communication, prompt reply to e-mails and competative pricing

Actually, I never received an invoice for this purchase, it was a tube of Arctic Ceramique, like $20 shipping included, and I have it, shipped, VERY well packaged, over-packaged actually, in very short time.  
 
I inserted my order # in place of the invoice #, as I already said, I did not receive an invoice, nor did I require one. Considering this was a split payment, involving a credit I had at Bytewize, and PayPal, I'm very impressd at how quick it was processed.  
 
The customer service at Bytewize continues to impress me, I will be dealing with them again.

I ordered a PDA on Saturday while they were closed. Immediatly got an email confirmation that the item would be shipped the following Monday (today).  
I then read these reviews and sudently got worried...  
Well I got an email this morning from the shipper stating the item was in there hand and should be here Wednesday as confirmed when I made the purchase. Actually I missed the email and called in...  
The ladie who answered me was very kind and immediately confirmed my tracking number and even offered to resend the delivery confirmation number...  
 
Great service so far even if purchased during the week end.  
 
Stay tunned for an update when I do get the toy 8-))

Ordered some ram on Sunday when closed and received Tuesday morning and I live in BC. The ram was shipped Purolator Air for a very small shipping charge. On the Sunday when I ordered I used there live chat they have on their website as I had some questions about the ram. My questions were answered promptly and the ram runs great. Will happily do business with again.

**EDIT AGAIN: Well I sent them email (to all their accounts listed :) they responded almost immediately, they are definitely good about replying to emails, I wonder if this has anything to do with it. Apparently a capital letter in my email address in my account with them and what shows up when I try to unsubscribe differ and that's why they haven't unsubscribed me the other times. It makes sense but still they replied the other times saying sorry and I will be taken off the list, and it didn't work. My rating goes back up, the saga continues :)  
 
**EDIT: OK this is really ticking me off, I have told them not to email me their flyers repeatedly at least 5 times and I just got another one AND the usubscribe doesn't even work. I really hate this so this will give my review a black eye. It was previously "very satisfied" but not anymore. No more Mr. Nice Guy.

I ordered a brand new Tyan motherboard (i875 ANNRF) from them. They listed it on their site even though they didn't have it in stock, but I had already guessed this when I learned how new this board was. I also emailed Tyan and they said it would be in N. America stores in a couple weeks. They are in Canada and you can change the currency throughout the site to USD, however their invoice is in Canadian currency (don't worry they charged the correct USD to my credit card). Shipping was a little steep but not outrageous.  
 
Aug 13 - placed order w/ Bytewize, charge to my card appeared same day  
Aug 14 - received email from Tyan, board will be in stores in next 2 weeks.  
Aug 15 - Got promo flyer email from Bytewize, I email them to take me off their list and send another email about my mobo, curious if they actually have it. They respond within the hour late Fri. night (this was right after Northeast blackout and they are at work monitoring systems) taking me off their list and say that this late they can't get info about my mobo but assume they have stock or expect stock Monday.  
Aug 18 - They email back, say it's not in stock. Says supplier-provided ETA has been delayed, apologizes nicely and says will send it ASAP. I don't mind it much since I already knew.  
Aug 31 - Receive invoice email from Bytewize  
Sept 3 - I email them at night asking if invoice meant anything, checking up  
Sept 4 - Receive email, says he's checking for updates often. Says it's "overdue" at their supplier and new ETA is Sept.12.  
Sept 15 - Receive email monday, the boards just arrived at their supplier friday evening  
Sept 16 - my order shipped  
Sept 25 - Finally receive mobo, everything good, it works great  
 
One thing to note is that I could only track the package in Canada, once it crossed into the US the tracking didn't work. They said they might be getting FedEx or UPS shipping soon however. The Tyan board still is only listed on 1 Yahoo store and says out of stock and only a few on pricewatch have it.  
 
I definitely recommend them mainly for their excellent customer services (email them and they email back quickly, reliably), their site is nice too.

AWSOME seller! I ordered a Xdreamer computer case from them and it arrived the next day! The site looks very nice and professional, and very easy to navigate. Great Canadian online computer store.

Bytewize is the best online company I've ever bought from.

I ordered 2 Slot-T Upgradeware units, 2 Celeron 1.4GHz processors, and 2 sticks of DDR memory (256MB PC333).  
 
The website was very easy to navigate and uses what is called "Canada Post's e-parcel" (looked this up at Canada Post myself) to give accurate shipping rates (neat tool, and pretty cheap too!!!).  
 
The operation seems very efficient (automated), and while I never had a need to call for customer service, things seem very organized.  
 
Once I completed the order I received my transaction receipt via email and then the next day I found an email with the shipping details in my inbox (tracking number and delivery company details).  
 
My products arrived on time, well packaged, and labelled with Bytewize logo's.  
 
I will shop here again and I recommend it as a strong consideration for others!!!

My experience wasn't great, although I did receive my item.  
 
Ordered a MB on a Teusday. Few minutes later rec'd an email confirmation suggesting it would ship next day. But by the following Wednesday I'm thinking OK there's a problem.  
 
Send them an email inquiry. First strike - no reply. Wait a couple more days, decide I better phone them.  
 
Nice enough on the phone, promise to call me back once they check into it. Second strike - no call back. I call again a few minutes prior to closing.  
I'm put on hold while they check.  
 
Once back I'm told it will ship Monday, should arrive Teusday. Arrives on Friday.  
 
Hey things happen but the poor service is a red flag in my mind. Proceed with caution.  
 
 
 

Did not honor a rebate coupon. Did not even bother to respond to my email about it! And product showing "usually ships within 24 hours" took more than 30 days to ship, and the site STILL shows "within 24 hours".

Never got my item...LOST IN SHIPMENT!! I spent over $350.00 still waiting on refund!!
