This was the best move I ever made! I had a bad hard drive on a Hughes TIVO GXCEBOT. They talked me OUT of paying them to put it in and into trying it myself. Not only did that save me money but it was extremely easy to do! The instructions were very easy to follow and within 20 minutes it was done! I'll be back for more!

Great Product, Great service, Great communication! I had a bad hard drive on my Sony Tivo unit. I was able to replace the hard drive and triple the capacity for under $200. In less than 30 minutes I had it changed out. These guys Rock!

Excellent product! I was able to install the replacement 106 hour hard drive in my DirecTiVo system (Philips DSR6000r) in about 15 minutes and I was recording my favorite shows within an hour. I also noticed that I am able to scroll through the menu screens much quicker than before and that's a nice benefit. The instructions provided were clear and precise - very well done. I recommended your product to a friend and he was very impressed with my opinion of the product. Keep up the great work!

Great people to work with! They were extremely responsive by both e-mail and phone - spent a lot of time telling me they did not have to sell me something. But I was GLAD I bought from them! Unit (HDVR@) with extra hard drive and dual fans came very quickly, setup was smooth - and they gave me advice to sell my old Standalone TiVo unit. What could be better?! In my opinion, not very much! A real pleasurable online buying experience!

TwinBreeze Bracket (full) which includes new fan, extra fan, torx(2) and other hardware. Basically everything you need if you are doing a HDVR2 upgrade yourself. Great product, excellent service. Clear instructions. Easy to do the job. Would heartily recommend to anyone who is handy enough to use a screwdriver.

Great upgrade kit! I got my 80 GB Drive yesterday and the kit installed like a champ. The TiVo is working flawlessly. I'm very pleased to have all this extra space. Now I don't have to delete programs simply because I'm starting to run out of room on the TiVo. Also..now "Medium" is the lowest setting I'll do for shows. I won't have to worry about recording at "Basic" just to optimize limited space anymore.  
 
If I have any more TiVo upgrade needs in the future, I'll certainly look at Weaknees.com!
