"This is the second tv that I bought from Photo Connection. I have to say, if you are concerned that you are buying online, don't be. I have always recieved the factory sealed product that I asked for. I have never had a problem with either of the tv's. They delivered fast as well. Customer service was top notch as well. I spoke to Joe numerous times and he was very informative and helpful. There was a problem with my credit card and the delivery address being differant than the billing address. Photo connection was right on top of it and sent multiple emails with attachments to fix the problem. I don't ever see my self buying an HD TV from anyone else. I'll find it locally then by it from Photo for 30 percent or more off. It's a no brainer. I recomend this site to everyone I know looking for something electronic. Thanks, Doug"  

Everything went fine. I ordered the camera Thursday night, received a call to verify my order on Friday and received my camera on Monday. I did not expect to get it that fast. Owen was my salesperson and handled everything well. The only complaint I have (nothing to do with Owen) is the free baby tripod. FotoConnection should be very clear about that. I did not need a tripod but would have been very disappointed at what they sent if I had. Although everything went well for me I would not have ordered from FotoConnection had I seen the poor reviews they received. Hope the happy customers just didn't bother to submit a review. One other thing I forgot to mention. I was told the battery that was included was a starter battery with, I believe, 1/2 hour run time. I was offered a longer life battery and bought it. I would have bought it either way but do not believe their is such a thing as a starter battery and should not have been told that. You should also beware that defective items must be returned to the manufacturer (ex:canon). FotoConnection will not replace a defective item free of charge as most reputable dealers will.

I purchased A Canon 40D Kit, Nick EXT:2074 was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. Fotoconnection has the cheapest prices on the web not to mention fast delivery and great customer service! I could not ask for more. Ryan Nebraska

My salesperson, Sam, handled the transaction professionally and answered all my questions. Camera over nighted and exactly what I asked for. Was surprised with the additional items included.

I purchased a Minolta A1 because they have the best price that have item actually in stock. Most places do not want to send camera if you don't order any accessories. With this place, I ordered on Friday Jan 16 and arrived Wednesday Jan 21. The sales person "ROMAN" was extremely friendly.

I wanted to share my experience in purchasing a Canon S45 digital camera. ePhotoClub made this an easy and stress free purchase. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was on time. Order tracking was informative and the package was delivered in good condition. I used this site and Bizrate to choose ePhotoClub and I'm glad I did. I will buy from them again.

You really can save money, by buying your camera from here (ephotoclub.com) I payed about $200 less for an Olympus Camedia C5050, than you would pay locally at a large retailer ($609 vs. $799). My experience was basically pleasant and low hassle. They called to confirm the order- and offer ad-on items ( which is done at some well known retailers, as well) but were'nt pushy about it. I recieved the camera three days later-works great. Has USA warranty. I saved money. I'm very happy.  
I highly recommend ephotoclub.com, and will deal with them again.  

I bought a sony dcr trv25 and it was a really great experience with the lowest price ! I strongly recommend purchasing from them. Delievery is BEFORE TIME, least price, no hassle from customer support, very good service and of course the camcorderis really great !!!

I ordered a 28-135MM F/3.5-5.6 Canon lens and paid extra for UPS 2 Day Air. I needed the lens by Jan. 6. It arrived on Jan. 7th. I'm not mad about that though, due to the holidays, I understand it's out of their control. The box included the documentation and warrenty card. I'm still not happy with how one must contact them for any information on an order. They should have a e-mail link if they expect to do business over the internet.

I ordered the Pentax S4 from them. After one day later, I got a phone call from them confirming order and trying to sell me some other stuff with some ridiculous prices. Refused everything. Shipped on time and received on time. No complaints. I got it at the cheapest price possible.  
 
Only gripe: The guy who called me tried to sell me a card reader and when I refused, he said, rather rudely, that I don't even know what a card reader is. Considering I have 14 years of experience on computers, this is laughable. And this is the only reason why I am 'somewhat satisfied'.

I am satisfied with the purchase of the Sony DSC-V1 camera. After I submitted the Web order, I had to handle a seller phone call offering more stuff. I agreed on buying one extra item i really needed, the price was fair and everything went smooth, both shipping and receiving expected dates.

For some reason these jokers decided they needed to confirm my order by phone. I am out of the country and didn't get their confirmation email for 2 days, and it will cost me several dollars just to call and confirm it.  
 
I was having this shipped to my wife at our credit card billing address so I don't know what their deal is. I do know that I will never shop from them again. When I order off the web, I want a quick, hassle-free order. If I wanted to deal with some sales rep trying to upsale my order, I would have gone to a store instead.

I purchased a tv stand. They wanted me to call to confirm (foto connection) Then the salesman told me the cost and it was higher than advertised. So I called talked to a lady told her to cancel my order. She never sent and email confirming she cancelled it so I went to the bank put a stop on any withdrawls from my account. Unfortunally, a week later they withdrew 329.00 out but I went to the bank and the bank is replacing my money and handling the foto connection people. They also went ahead and shipped the tv stand but I didn't take it I told ups I cancelled the order and it was returned. For now on I will google reviews before purchasing anything else off the internet.Foto connection doesn't stand by their ads, they have rude sales people and they try to intimidate you. I don't advise anyone to even think about this company.

Avoid these guys if possible. When I called to confirm an order I was told the lens was a manual focus lens and was talked into spending another extra $100 that I could ill afford to get an auto focus lens. This more expensive package contained items I really didn't want, but after listening to the same spiel at 3 other of these NY based photo shops I gave in (unfortunately) and purchased the higher priced package. After looking at what was advertised on the web site and what the final invoice listed I noticed that I was receiving the same lens, which after checking the Canon website is the standard lens on camera packages. In other words I was outright lied to to get me to spend more.  
Just an update: Have talked to 3 different people there and everyone gives a different BS answer to my complaints. Want me to pay to ship it back. BBB here I come. Avoid these guys under their myriad of names at all costs:
