Wish I had found this site first.  
Same crap here. Made the order 30 days ago. Very fast to take my money. But do note reply to emails.  
10 to date. Now I am just going to go to my cc company and dispute the charges.

Never, never, never order from these people. They are not based in the US and do not respond to email. Not possible to phone as the web site does not contain a phone number. Still not received merchandise ordered THREE WEEKS ago.

Ordered my product Aug 4th, finally received it Aug 29th.  
Opened the package and the solar charger was broken in many  
pieces. They mailed it in a bubble envelope. No way that was going to survive the trip. Learn how to properly package your products people. No return address on the shipment. Not returning my emails. I guess I'm F'd. All to do now is tell the world about these A holes. Don't do business with them!

Yup, I'm also a victim! Order on the aug 18th. Received a confirmation that it was processed. They charged my credit Card and nothing! I've sent them 5 emails and no response! I will contact my credit card company first thing monday morning! I wished i couldve found this site earlier. I wouldve saved myself $50!

After 15 emails, threats and voodoo dolls they finally refund my money..! PLEASE DONT SHOP WITH THEM!!!

Well like many other reviews on this section of the site, i also seem to be having a craptastic time with this seller. i did not receive any shipping notification first off so i emailed them asking when they shipped my order, then i got the whole " we have shipped your order on 5th Aug..  
 
Typically shipping takes 3-6 business days.  
 
What if the typical delivery time has passed and I still don't have my order?  
 
Because of postal delays it may sometimes take a bit longer for an order to arrive than the typical delivery time.  
 
If you have not received your order within 8 business days after you got your Shipping Confirmation Email, you may reply to this e-mail including your order information. "  
 
so i waited for about a week and a half and still nothing so i emailed a reply asking weather or not i'd get a refund and that i would file a claim with my creditcard. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!! Save your money for an online store more worthy than that piece of trash consoleshop calls a site. :( makes me sad. i hope i get my money back...

Same as everyone here. I tried to place an order on with Divineo but it would'n go thru. So I searched around some more and got a link to consoleshop. I placed the order on July,14,2008. Within mins of placing the order, I got a confirmation letter stating order is processed. Two days later, I still have not recieved a package delivered confirmation letter. So I sent them an email. 24th of July still no reply. Then I found this site....I managed to kick my self in the nuts ith my own foot! I should have checked around! So I sent them another letter, Telling them it was a gift for my handi-caped son, and that I expected to hear from them by the 25th. Wow they replied the very next day. Stating an apology for the delay and that my package will be sent out within 24 hours, with a free express delivery upgrade, and UPS will give me a tracking #. yippers the next day I got the # from UPS. (What a relief) I got my package on the 29th. By the way I don't have a son hehehehe!  
 
The ii Chameleon Wii replacement I got did'nt work. It don't light up but I'm not returning it. Not going thru all that trouble again.  
 
So thru my knowledge The company is not a scam! But rather they are bad at what they do! "VERY BAD!"

Do not order from this website, ever.  
 
I ordered an apple green faceplate for my phat PSP back on the 16th of June, and received a confirmation email. It was supposed to have been shipped out via Express Mail and was to take between 3 and 6 business days. After 6 business days had passed, I emailed them asking where my product was. They sent a reply stating that it was shipped out on the 17th. That was a complete and utter lie. A few days later I emailed again, no response. Over the next few weeks I must have sent 15 emails, all with no response. I even contacted my credit card company a few times and was in the process of having them refund my money when out of the blue (28 days after my purchase, and all of those unanswered emails) my faceplate shows up today (the 14th of July). What really pisses me off is that the thing doesn't even fit properly (the plastic piece on the bottom of the faceplate where you put the screw was made too large, so you either have to break your faceplate, or not use it). Pretty bad service overall.  
 
Avoid modchip.com, consoleshop.com, modchip.de (I looked up the name of the person who sent my product and it's registered to modchip.de).  
 
The name of the person who sent it was Beatrice Zohmann, and it shipped out of Monaco.

how i wish i had read these reviews before placing an order!i placed an order totaling $75.00 for various bits & pieces for my two sons xbox 360's,after receiving the processing email i waited & waited for the shipping email but nothing.i sent four emails with no reply until finally i sent an email threatening legal action & suprise suprise they replied full of apologies blaming everyone & anyone but themselves.i have been informed that my order is on the way & to wait a few more days before contacting my cc.i await with anticipation if my order does arrive & i will follow up with what happened.i shall needless to say never use these or anyone associated with them again.

I, STUPIDLY, ordered from this site, $104.41/€73.09/£57, they took my cash immedietly, and did not give me a tracking number, but i thought since i did order on a saturday, i would have to wait till monday t get it, 4pm monday still no tracking order, so i emailed them, about 30 mins later i got an email stating that i would receive my goods in 3-6 business days and my delivery had been upgraded to UPS instead of express mail, i found this a bit fishy considering i live in the UK and it would take much more than 6 days for my order to arrive, i then emailed them stating i either wanted an immediate delivery of the tracking number, and if they couldnt provide one to give me a full refund since they have clearly not shipped my order.  
 
At the moment i am waiting for a reply, and if they provide me with some bullshit answer, i am gonna get serious, my uncle is a lawyer, which is good for me coz then i can take this company down so hard they wont know what hit them, but if i am wrong and they provide me with a refund or even, *small chance* a tracking number then i will come back and report my findings, but im giving them till 4pm July 1st 2008 to get back to me with a reply, i will then threaten them with my lawyer, and believe me, nobody will hear of this company anymore, if there is one thing i cant stand, its those F*CKING scam artists, anyway, wish me luck.  
 
UPDATED: (1/7/08) Well, i seem to have scared them, they have provided me with a UPS tracking order, and according to UPS my package is on its way to be shipped across to the UK from France as i write this, so, if all goes well, i should have my package in 2 or 3 days, again, i will update this once i have my package, but i certainly wont be ordering from these guys again.  
 
UPDATED: (2/7/08) well, i got my stuff today and everything was fine, in fact im impressed, my parcel travelled from France to Scotland in just 1 night, but the only problem is, i dont know whether its coz they are like that intentionaly or its because i threatened them with court action, i mean, they may in fact try their hardest to do things as they should, but i will never know, my best bet is if you wanna test this company out, buy something cheap to start with and see if they provide good service, im gonna try ordering an xbox 360 controller shell but get it shipped to my friends address, but this time i wont bug them with emails, i'll just wait this time, then, this way i'll find out what they are really like, because you never know, maybe they have changed.  
Anyway, they certainly arent a scam company, maybe just really unoganized or something, or maybe most people on here have been the unlucky ones, try this company at your own risk, and good luck, i hope you get the same service i did.

This company is a fraud organization. I placed an order totaling near 65 USD. Like everyone else, I got an email confirmation lightening fast saying that my order had already been shipped out, that same day my credit card was charged. I waited 2 whole weeks after the estimated 3-6 business days before I emailed them. After that I got online and read the horror reviews from this company not delivering their products (and the few who did get something had to wait weeks and weeks and had to practically beg for their order). I sent email after email to the web address provided for any questions regarding to the order... and nothing. As soon as I threatened to report them to the cc company the next week they sent an email back the day that I told them I was reporting it saying that they were sorry and that they were going to look into it.... 5 weeks past, no more emails, no notifications, nothing. They never would reply to any more emails that I sent, or cancel my order as requested, or refund my money. I finally am having to report this to my cc company and hope that they can do something about it. They just stole $65 from me, and it seems like there is nothing that I can do about it. Any activity with this company in the future will be updated as soon as it happens. But unfortunately, the trouble that they have caused me and tons of other customers has made this experience non reversible. Even if they refunded me and sent my items for free I would still be extremely dissatisfied with their lack of service and complete disregard for other people.  
 
So less than one half hour after emailing them for the last time telling them that I had reported them to my cc company I get this email. Note: this is after I've sent nearly 15 emails regarding my order.  
Dear customer,  
 
thank you for your mail. We are sorry that you did not receive your shipment. Your order has been cancelled. Your payment has been refunded. The credit will show up within the next business days.

I don't know if I am getting my money refunded to me or not, they could be lying, like every other time. But I do know that I'm not stopping the dispute in case they really aren't refunding my money. I also have no idea why some of the order info is in French. ?! I do not speak french and I have never received anything from them in another language before but they place the date and other strange info that I don't know what it means in the different language. H'okay... Just take it from me, unless you are an agressive buyer that will fight to get your product with your time and money, then I would never deal with these guys, it is too stressful and never worth it to me. I will update again when/if I get my money back. All I can say is that they better not pull an over night shipping stunt and after my cc company disputes the charges I miraculously get my order in the mail.  
 
7/3/08 After getting that email from them I was in serious doubt that I was getting a refund. I went to my bank and was surprised to find out that the full amount was deposited back onto my credit card. I am still nervous about these people having my credit information. I could see them making more charges in the future and having to dispute them. Thing is, there was an entire month where they would not contact me, and then I told them that I filed a dispute with my cc company and immediately things are fixed. It's also funny because I don't believe they had the item in stock that I ordered ever because when I ordered it, they were the only company that had the item at the time over several other companies. This is probably why I got a full refund instead of my product immediately shipped to me in the mail. If they actually have the item, they will ship it asap but if they don't they will refund. So in general, you can't trust that they a. have your items b. will ever ship them c. give you any kind of contact info. But one thing is for sure, you can count on them to get the money off your credit card immediately after making the purchase!

This site provided the worst experience I've ever had online. I ordered a Chameleon replacement case for my Wii about two weeks ago. Unfortunately I had not seen this site before then. In their shipping statement it clearly says: consoleshop will provide you with a tracking number and shipping confirmation the SAME day as payment (for cc purchases).(keep in mind I also paid for the 3 day shipping) After 4 days, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received any emails from them other than one stating they had taken my cash. three days pass; no response. I email them again, again with no response. Two days ago, I emailed them again, with no response. It had been two weeks and they hadn't even shipped the item yet. The next day I emailed them, stating to refund/cancel my order or else I would be forced to contact my CC company. They replied that my order had been cancelled later THAT DAY!! Cool, I get my money along with a huge headache. But why wouldn't they respond to any of my other emails?? I even emailed them afterwards asking them why they responded so quickly when I threatened to contact my card company yet failed to respond to my other requests.. and guess what; no response!  
 
BOTTOM LINE: Don't order from consoleshop.com

I ordered my item, a psp slim faceplate, on May 31st. I paid for the express mail option which is supposed to be 3-6 work days; its been over 10 work days and I have yet to receive my item. I have sent them a couple of emails and have not received any reply. I will give them until next week to reply or deliver my item or I will place a complaint on my CC for a refund.  
 
I do not reccommend consoleshop.com or anyone related to them. They appear to be a scam.

Update to my previous review. I received an email from Consoleshop on 18 June 2008, confirming my order had shipped on 4 June 2008!!! Yes that's right I was told that my order shipped the day after it had been received!!! My credit card was debited for the amount payable on 3 June 2008, to Modchip.com in Monaco!!! My order was also shipped from Monaco.  
 
Well if anyone wants an address to contact them, here it is, Beatrice Zohmann, 47 Avenue de Grande-Bretagne, 98000, Monaco, Monaco. (see my previous review, is she somehow related to the website owner Frederick Zohmann?). I hope your not surprised if you do not receive a reply.  
 
I have used Google Earth to track down the location of Ms Zohmann, but because this is an exclusive area for wealthy people, the image is blurred, so not much detail is present. If I recollect correctly, places such as military bases and other sensitive areas are moved or blurred.  
 
Anyway, to sum up, my order was delivered within the 5 working days from 18 June 2008.  
 
The following paragraph is a series of questions, and I do not wish for them to be interpreted in any other way. The United Kingdom has draconian libel laws!  
 
I wonder if this is a company that keeps no stock? If this is so, it may be the reason for the delays. The Principality of Monaco is I think, some sort of duty free zone, does this company acquire their stock duty free?

emailed this company about my order and got nothing, then told them i was telling the credit card company to stop payment and got the standard " we are very sorry that you did not receive your order yet.  
We are currently working on the problem with our carrier and we will contact you within the next business days as soon as we get new information."  
business days whats that mean?1 day 365 days, do not use this company
