Ordered XBOX fans about a month ago, received confirmation, they took out the money and it has been a month and nothing yet. I sent emails everyday to consoleshop.com but no response.

I am still waiting (20/8) for the product to arrived to me, I have paid €133.74 to consoleshop. I have sending them mail to ask where my products are but no answer.

We ordered an item from consoleshop.com on the 11 August with pririty mail, and the funds were taken from our credit card. However, it never arrived we requested information on the 02/09/09, again on 10/09/09 and now i am starting a daily mail to bombard them for answers, to cut a long story, they have our muny and I have no goods!!!!!  
I will edit this review if i ever see my goods.

this company is a complete scam. i placed my order 4/28 - after nearly a week of nothing ... no shipment, no order processing from my account - i inquire for status .. i get completely ignored. 3 days later, i end up beyond irritated at the matter and send them a nasty email cancelling my order - the next day, i get a confirmation email regarding the order cancellation - at this point nothing has been charged to my account - 2 days later, i decide just for giggles to check my online banking - those scam artists jacked my account for the full order price plus a flippin foreign transaction fee - ..... so now i have to go through the mess of disputing the charges through my bank, changing my debit card number, and waiting for parts to arrive from another supplier now since these jerks are obviously nothing but a buncha scam artists. avoid this company at all costs.

First of all they charged my card immediately then nothing for a week no emails nothing. I checked them out and both of their websites are not legally registered.  
I called my bank to dispute the charges. Occasionally they sent me emails but dont seem to speak english or understand the situation, what a joke. SCAM, Im going to recommend that the have their credit card abilities revoked

First of all, is 24707 even a real tracking number?

I got the e-mail that the order was processed the day of, then I received another e-mail on the 17th sayin that the order was shipped. It's the 19th now so I'll update if I don't receive my product by Friday. But it doesn't look like I'll get my product after what everyone posted, but still, I'll update if it does or doesn't get here by friday.

It is now Saturday November 22, 2008 and I still have not received my package, and I'm getting irritated so I sent this:  
"It's Friday here and my package still has not arrived, I've ordered from Europe and Australia before and my packages came the third day after they were delivered(while using Express Mail). Now with you guys, it's been six days since you "shipped" my package. Now I read the reviews on your website, which were god awful, and I thought that I should trust you, but if my package does not get here on Tuesday November 25, 2008, I'll have to call my cc and cancel the transaction."

I wish I also had found this site before ordering. As I have read from others, the same thing has happened to us. We received an invoice with the order number and notice that we would receive the item within 5-15 days. It has been over a month and never heard an answer back from any of our emails. Total scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.. i orderd some xbox mods. and then i came to this site to see the reviews. like a tard i realized i had made a mistake. so i then went into my account to find no history of the purchase and no phone number either. so i emailed them to cancel the order. they did not respond this was a week and a half ago. today i get a charge on my credit card. so i'm emailing them again and still im getting no response. i will have to wait and see what happends but so far im very pissed and feel cheated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. if it is one. IT IS A SCAM.

If you want your money back hound every contact associated consoleshop.com. First spam(20-30 emails) sales@sonsoleshop.com, jj49q2uz8s8@networksolutionsprivateregistration.com, order@modchip.com letting them know you have full intention of getting a charge back from your credit card co. Then since you have purchased something you have an account, log in, and you can give a majority of the products bad reviews letting buyers know they will get scammed. I ordered a Wii case from these guys on September 2nd. I immediately received an email saying that my order was being processed. I never heard from them again, in spite of my repeated attempts to find out why my package never came. A month later I got the credit card company to cancel the transaction, which finally happened three weeks after that. I think theses guys are living off the float and not actually making any sales. They had my money for 7 weeks, and couldn't be bothered to contact me at all. I wish I'd visited this site before I dealt with consoleshop.com

SCAM! Do not order from console shop! Been waiting 22 days for a 3-day package, and have sent 4 requests for information about my order. There has been no answer. I do not expect to recieve my order. Bummer!

30 days and no order...Unfortunately, I used a gift card and chucked it out, so I'm screwed out of $27.50...

Wow, I guess let me add my two cents worth too! I placed an order totaling almost right at 100.00 on September 18th. Just like everyone eles, I recieved my confirmation saying it's processed, allow 3 to 6 business days blah blah blah. I waited a few days and e-mailed them letting them know I hadn't received my order. Their reply the first time was somewhat prompt, but only to remind me of the "3 to 6" day thing...and told me to let them know if 8 days go by (note that it was past the 8th day already when I got the e-mail). I sent another one.... this time got an appology saying they were working on the problem with their carrier.... what the hell did THAT mean? It's now been almost an entire month, I disputed my charges this morning so I can be done with them. The last e-mail I got from them was Oct. 3 and it's now the 15th!! NOTHING in the mail or via e-mail for explanation! I don't even care about the products anymore, I just want my money back now. Please DO NOT order from these people! Learn from all the reviews you read here, God knows I wish I would have seen them before I ordered!

Looks like I am the latest mug to use this website. I've been using the web for ordering since the early days, and not once have I been ripped off - til now!!  
 
My advice is keep away, they have not answered any of my emails, and indeed there is no sign of my order. Shame I didn't do a search before I ordered!!  
 
Thankfully only $25 in my case, although I will report it to the CC anyway.

After saying they had posted it on the 6th Oct, it arrived on the 4th Nov. I had threatened them with the Credit Card Company - Although they did not ultimately rip me off, they broke just about every written and un-written rule in the book. I will not be going back.
