I called the day before to check and see if they had the product in stock. They said yes. Therefore, I placed an order for a Sony vx2100 the next day. Knowing that I might get a rude sales person, I called ext. 412 to speak to Tom. Tom sounded pretty rude to begin with and when I asked if he could confirm my order, he transferred me to a sales rep. This sales rep kept trying to push some accessories on me even though I did not want them. He kept going on about these accessories even though I said no and when I interupted him again to say no, he kept talking over me. When I finally said I was not interested, he immediately tells me the camcorder is backed ordered and that 2nd day air will not be availble for this product. I will get it in 3 weeks. I asked him why isn't 2nd day available when you have the option to choose it before you purchase it on the site. He just repeated 2nd day air is not available. After this, it sounded like he just wanted to get me off of the phone as soon as possible. I will probably not buy from them again. I will also tell all of my friends about these guys and hopefully all of their friends will know about them too. Now I feel kind of sketchy about the purchase.

Everyone is name Joe there. I ordered Olympus C750 and received and email for verification. I called the next day and confirmed my CC#. Joe said I'd receive item in 2 wks. I asked whether it's in stock and when it'll be shipped. He said yes and it'll be shipped in 1 to 2 days. An hour later another Joe called and said the item is Back ordered for 4 weeks. I told him I need for Xmas and want to cancel the order. He said he'd cancel the order and send me a cancellation confirmation via email. Now 2 days later I'm still waiting for the email.

Great service. Product came fast. Joe was very helpful.

Tom @ ext 412 was helpful, truthful and knowledgeable about product line.

I spoke with the gentleman at ext. 412. I busted his chops pretty well but he was extremely helpful and worked out a great deal for me. Very polite guy.

Joe X411 provided excellent service, advice, and support. My order is being shipped later today so I am expecting my tracking number very soon. I am very happy with the rock bottom price I received. Thanks for all your help Joe, we will be doing business again soon.

Good job and helpful with order. Tracked shipment and delivery schedule. 5 stars for knowledge on camera and accesories.

Aces Club had the best price I could find for the Canon G5 with a reasonable shipping charge. After placing the order I received a call from a sales rep offering additional items and supplemental warranty. I declined and he was very polite and professional. The camera arrived in 8 days and it's really cool. Terrific price for the product. A good internet shopping experience!!

Joe was great and accommodating. Service was very helpful and everyone was easy to work with.

Tom was great. He had great personality and helped me out tremendously. I wish they had more employees like Tom and more companies like Aces Club. Tom, ext. 412 helped me.

Very friendly and curteous, made me a good deal on a Digital camera package.

I dealt with Sal, xe. #407, and he was very healpful, knowledgable, and kind. I would buy from Aces Club again in a minute. I picked up a Minolta Demage A1, high speed memory, and some other stuff, and Sal did me right. Good deal, good service... what more can I ask for?
