I ordered the Asus V1s from ExcailberPC on August 19, 2007 and received it on August 24, 2007. I contacted ExcaliberPC through notebookreview.com about ordering the laptop on Saturday and he gave me a prompt response latter that night. I eventually decided to go with ExcaliberPC because they were the only Asus resellers that had the V1s still in stock.  
 
I placed my order Sunday afternoon and immediately got a confirmation of my purchase. The ExcaliberPC website was very easy to use and I really liked the way you could check on your laptop as it went through the order process.  
 
My laptop ended up shipping on Monday. I had my laptop shipped FexEx ground since this was the free shipping method. It took 5 days for the laptop to reach me in Minnesota. On the same day that my laptop was going to arrive a representative from ExCaliberPC even sent me a personal message on notebookreview.com making sure that everything was okay with my order!  
 
I was very pleased with the packaging. Three boxes were used in total and packing peanuts made sure the boxes didn't move around too much.  
 
Overall I was very pleased with ExcailberPC and I will definitely consider him again when I purchase any accessories or in a few years a new notebook.

Good customer service, great prices, fast/fair shipping. This was my 2nd order and I couldn't be happier.

All I can say is wow ! I am here in qatar, and four days after shipping, my ASUS c90 notebook got here already.. Im really impressed.  
 
And, like everyone else, I also had some hesitations ordering online. They just proved me wrong... they're so helpful and trustworthy.( answering me all the time even for my trivial questons ) I would definitely buy from them again and again...

Very professional Seller. I ordered an ASUS Tablet PC for my company (Solution Boxes, Inc) and i needed it overnight for important presentation. They had only 20 minutes to box everything and ship it - and they DID IT for me.Perfect customer support. Tablet PC came on time on next morning, in VERY good and strong box, everything packed perfectly and nice inside. Looks like a toy-clean and new. Best seller i have ever seen in my life. Ordered a 12" Asus notebook pc from ExcaliberPC, found the best deal here... Shipping was delayed just one business day until a representative could confirm the order via phone which was simple and quick. It arrived as promised in 2 days in Los Angeles county. The product was well packaged in a larger additional box on top of what Asus packaged the laptop in. Product works great, thanks!

I ordered an Asus laptop from this resller and found this place's price to be the best out of any place I could find. I checked here and found that ratings to be pretty good but I was still a little leary about it but still placed the order. I had to have the laptop shipped to a place that is not my billing address and was worried about that too but they called and verified everything and checked with my credit card to see if that was an approved shipping address and everything was fine with that.  
 
The day before my laptop was to be delivered they called once more to let me know that it should be arriving the next day and that it needs a signature so if I could have someone home to sign for it then I would be assured to get it on time.  
 
These guys were great. I would totally order from them again! Actually I did - I ordered a stick of RAM for the laptop too.

I'm very satisfied with excaliberpc and especially with Allen regarding ordering and prompt responses to my questions.

Ordered an ASUS notebook computer from these guys, and they are absolutely amazing. My order was shipped out the same day and a tracking number was sent to me shortly after I put in the order. The packaging was packed tight and secure, double boxed with enough tapes on it, the notebook arrived in less 48 hours. Their price is very competitive and I will definitely recommend them to others. A++

Great store! It's all I can say and I have to encourage people who are interested in buying something from them. I'm from Romania, and it seemed rather difficult to buy something from the US and have it shipped to my country. Surprisingly, everything went as mentioned by the online store - bought an Asus notbook, wired the money and after 6 days I started working with the device :) I'll definetely shop with them again!
