i chosed excaliberpc to get the new asus f8sv-b1 notebook and am more than satesfied with the service and support, i order it to iraq which crazy country to get anything and these guys made my dream true allen i guess the sales manager been very patient with my request and the modified order and quick as light on replying my emails, i felt am dealing with a family there i mean they just need to help you, if its computer stuff nobody else than excaliberpc can deal with.

The folks at Excaliber PC were fantastic! Not only did they offer a great deal with the pre-order of the laptop I purchased, but whenever I had a question regarding payment or shipment, they responded quicker than I've ever experienced before from any company!  
 
They were always friendly in their emails as well, and I'd say have fantastic customer service!  
And being in Canada and an international buyer wasn't as much of a hassle it's been for me with other companies in the past.

After looking through stores to buy a laptop online, this store has been the best in service providing me with quick replies and information. I was a international customer and had a few questions to ask and they replied back to me promptly unlike some other companies that i also asked. An extremely positive experience. I placed my order for a modular battery for my Asus R1F tablet on Thursday, and received the battery Monday! Order information and tracking info was emailed within a few hours. I will very happily purchase from EXcaliberPC when I need components.

Bad: I ordered a product that was backordered and probably would not be in stock for at least two weeks. They immediately charged my credit card. They also tacked on a $3.00 "insurance" fee. The fine print said that there would be a charge of $10 plus 5 percent if I cancelled after my credit card was charged.  
 
Good: When I called to complain about the above, they were courteous and cooperative. When I said I wanted to cancel the order, they gave me a full refund. I commend them for taking extra measures to prevent fraud. I'm willing to put up with some extra inconvenience and even cost, but I wish they had been more open about this before they charged my card.

I ordered a laptop from EXcaliberPC in Sept. Because I was out of the country when I ordered it their security system picked up on it, that was good to know. I called them several days later after I noticed no change on my status. I spoke with Steve and after sorting things out, the order was continued. However, Steve sent me an email telling me that the model I had ordered was not available at the current time but that they would upgrade me to the next newer model at the same price. I looked it up and was impressed at the newer model. Because so much time had passed, I needed the laptop right away because I was leaving town again. Steve set up 2 day shipping at their cost. I got the Asus as promised, have had no problems and would recomend EXcaliberPC to all my friends. These people took good care of me, gave me a better deal and fast shipping. Thanks Steve and everyone else who made it happen.

Excellent excellent service. Extremely efficient communication and very competitive pricing. I received an unbeatable deal with this store and the laptop was amazing. The shipping was unbelievably fast and support was there throughout. I highly recommend this store to anybody who is planning to make a purchase on anything computers. On a sidenote, correspondence to sales@ was very slow but emails to allen@ were replied to almost always instantly.

Got a Asus VX2X-B1 Blu ray and it got here in two days. Nothing but great things to say about Excaliber. Got a confirmation phone call and got free shipping. Better experience the New-Egg or any other place I've dealt with. Came with more extras and a better price than any other place was offering.

ExcaliberPC offered me a fantastic price and very cheap international shipping to Australia, Inlcuding Customs time it took less than 7 days to reach me which was extremely impressive, they checked my machine before shipping and were incredibly helpful answering my many questions and providing support to me. I strongly recommend them to any buy, especially those ordering from outside the US.

Well after I purchased an Inspiron 1520 back 1st of August, got it and after some dissapointment sent it back.  
Somewhere there I found www.notebookreviews.com where I began to do a lot of research on laptops. That's when I discovered ASUS, then came the decision of which model to buy.  
It was between G1S and the V1S that was newely coming. Well I choose the V1S which was a little less flashy, while being sleak and sophisticated. Then came more research, where to buy from.  
I sent an email to a few different resellers and ExcaliberPC was the only one to reply to my emails, and answer my questions quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by there service, and very disappointed in the other companies that still have not responded to this day.  
I placed my order Saturday the 18th and the laptop was shipped that following Monday by Fedex ground. It's now friday and I am typing this on my beautiful new great and wonderful laptop!! :)  
Very happy with ExacliberPc.com service and I would highly reccomend them.
