I should have purchased from ExcaliberPC.com from the very beginning instead of wasting my time with other on line merchants. ExaliberPC is a legitimate and very professional company that will execute orders promptly and without delay. ExcaliberPC sales and customer service will give you a personable and very customer oriented experience. I ordered an Asus notebook PC that was originally a pre-order item. ExcaliberPC was one of the first on line stores to receive the new notebook Asus since they are located very close to Asus in California. ExcaliberPC accurately reflects product availability in real-time and even tells you how many they have left in stock. If you provide them with a work email address your credit card orders will be verified quick and without delay. ExcaliberPC does not have the best prices but they don't have the highest prices. Price is average. I wish they had a price match system. If you want your order to arrive fast and are willing to pay a little extra you can feel safe and secure ordering from ExcaliberPC.com. I highly recommend this store.

I just wanted to let that you know that I was really impressed with customer service I received from your store. I was in a time crunch to get a laptop in time for my trip. Steve (customer service rep) was very proactive and offered several options in order for me to receive the laptop in time, and I did.. just the day before I flew out. While customer service (these days) is often taken for granted by the representatives and customers alike, superior customer-oriented service is never forgotten. Thanks again.

Nice purchasing experience using this company for first time. Inquired on a "mid March release" Asus laptop and was promptly emailed status when it was available for purchase. Transaction processed smoothly through Google Checkout and item was shipped same day by Fedex Ground for free. It arrived a week later on March 19, brand new in sealed boxes and packaged well for the cross country trip. Will gladly do business with this company in the future.

Here's the story:
I ordered a Thecus N3200 NAS (http://www.excaliberpc.com/Thecus_Te...id-584646.html) from them last month with overnight shipping (just because I love the smell of new hardware in the morning). Since they only do FedEx (FedEx isn't that reliable in my area) I had no other reasonable shipping available.
Anyway FedEx "Dropped the ball" and it wasn't delivered until 2 days later. On the day I was suppose to get the package I called FedEx to see what the hold up was (turns out bad weather in Memphis) then I called excaliberpc and explained my situation. The guy I talked to at excaliberpc was extremely nice and helpful. He told me we had to wait until the package got delivered then they would submit a claim for service failure. So the package got delivered on the 2nd day. Thinking they would only credit me at most half for shipping I was pleasantly surprised to get a e-mail stating I would be getting the entire shipping cost refunded. The whole $87.48. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Even though it was out of their control.
So I just wanted to say THANKS for making a customer really happy! With etailers like this makes one have hope in all the rest.(at least we can dream)
So thanks again Excaliberpc for your excellent customer support! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent company! After having been denied by many others who claimed to have the e110 in stock this company actually shipped my order same day even after 2pm. Couldn't say anything bad about this company. Also they actually pick up the phone when you call.

Great experience! Order went through smoothly, was shipped quickly, and item received as represented. I purchased one of the hard-to-find Asus Eee 8G computers from them. I will be pruchasing from them in the future.

Ordered an Asus "whitebook" laptop on Sunday for a very good price (best available at the time). It shipped Monday and arrived Thursday. Almost exactly three days to the hour via Fedex ground from Ca to CO. Awesome response time and the product was as advertised.
I have hesitated to purchase from anyone but Newegg, however they don't sell barebones laptops. After some research I took a chance on ExcaliberPC and they did not let me down (it's always dicey when you send almost $900 to what is essentially an unknown company).
Hats off to ExcaliberPC, I am writing this review on the laptop they sent, and their bookmark now sits adjacent to Newegg's.

Ordered an Asus Eee PC on January 30. Offer had free shipping with FedEx Ground. According to FedEx tracking, unit was supposed to be delivered on February 6. FedEx failed to deliver continuously for the next 8 days. FedEx tracking site had status as "On FedEx vehicle for delivery." It spectacularly failed to deliver until February 14. I am dissatisfied with this transaction and will not do any business with EXcaliberPC.com

I was amazed at how quickly I received the EnGenius EUB-362 Wireless USB Adapter I ordered from EXcaliberPC. A very positive experience.

Excelent online experience. There was absolutely nothing negative.
The order was sent to the US, and I paid beforehand by wire transfer. If you are afraid that you transfer the funds, and then receive nothing...then DON'T be...there are 100% trustworthy and reliable!
Furthermore, they are very helpful. I needed the order to arrive precisely in time, because I was travelling some days after, so i contacted the sales/support several times...they always answered the emails promptly, or gave me a clear status over the phone. There was one item that was not in stock, so they shipped the rest of them before, and promised me it would be in stock a couple of days after, and they would then send me so that it would arrive when I wanted to. They even upgraded my shipping, with no cost for me, so did as promised!
Great shop, highly recommended. Next time, I'll buy from them again, that is for sure!
