Had to call them to get my item actually shipped and out of "ready to be packed" status. Getting somebody to answer the phone also took a couple of tries, as their phone system rings customer service 4 times and then pops you into voicemail. However, once I got somebody on the line ("Rachelle"), she was very helpful and responsive. When they promise to call back, they actually do follow up; that's not always the case elsewhere. Item arrived well-packed and much earlier than expected (partly because the warehouse stats on the website are inaccurate).

These guys are awesome! They are very helpful and quick to answer any questions you might have. My laptop was on the way within minutes of ordering! It arrived in excellent condition packed extremely well for total protection! I am about to make my second purchase from this trusted and efficient seller! I have purchased from many different online retailers but ExcaliberPC just took first place!

Very professional Seller. I ordered an ASUS Tablet PC for my company (Solution Boxes, Inc) and i needed it overnight for important presentation. They had only 20 minutes to box everything and ship it - and they DID IT for me.Perfect customer support. Tablet PC came on time on next morning, in VERY good and strong box, everything packed perfectly and nice inside. Looks like a toy-clean and new. Best seller i have ever seen in my life. Will do business again!

I live in Brazil. At a first sight, I was a bit worried about how honest they would be. But, after my experience, I can proudly say that this store complies everything I expected.

In one word: the best retailer by far. Thanks ExcaliberPC for great service. I ordered a barebone laptop with with extra parts to build a customized rig, (HD, RAM, CPU, DVD drive, wifi chipset). I heard of ExcaliberPC, through this page and considering the risky nature of the purchase, since I live in Argentina and cannot ship back the items if in case any were faulty, I decided to take the plunge and risk the purchase. All items were in fact in excelent condition, that is, top notch! The notebook once assembled runs so cool and silent its just a pleasure to work with. purchased April 17, shipped April 23, arrived May 4. Also the package contained extra padding the long haul.

What a treat to buy from this store: great product, always a helpful and patient voice on the end of the line, lightening fast delivery. Allen and Steve bent over backwards to help me in a complicated situation. They promised fast delivery of each of 2 separate items - to my delight, the 2 items came in a single shipment, well ahead of schedule. My next online purchase will be from here, period.

Ordered some ECC registered ram for a server. They called to verify the order. Order was confirmed and I was told that I would get in in 3 days. To my surprise it arrived in only 2 days.  
All in all a shame that I have not used them before.  
I'll be back there any time.  
One note I miss product descriptions.  
 
Update: One of the 4 ram modules was defect. Got a RMA and was sent another one that also was defect.  
Waiting for RMA approval on that one.  
 
Got a working module fairly quickly.  
Now everything is fine.

First thing I got from these guys were 2 AMD IQYHA 2600 mobile. I'm an overclcoker and I look for the best out there. and with these guys there is a personel touch. I can always get answers ASAP when ever I need them. I have spent about $3000 with them just last month getting my new QX6700,8800gtx part by part and I have no absolutley no complains with thses guys. they ship good parts and they pack them well. I have been doing buisness with guys for a godd 3-4 years and they have always come thorugh...I just purchased a samsung 244t 24inch LCD and by accident I had paid them twice....the guy actuall writes back to me telling me this...and asking me how I would like them to return the money...man now that's service....99% shops would probably forget about the extra money you sent them.they even said that they are going to bare the $20 wire transfer fees that it sould cost them wire the money...that is pure service!!!

Allen are Steven are awesome folks over at Excaliberpc! I ordered the new Asus 6150 CSM mainboard but was shipped the wrong one. Within 15 minutes of calling I received an RMA, an apology and will be receiving the correct board within 36 hours. Super service! I WILL be shopping with them in the future.

Great store! Probably one of the best experiences I've had with an online store. As you can see from everyone else's rants, ram prices are top notch and can't be beat. I would recommend this store to anyone, and this is coming from someone that just gave zipzoomfly a poor rating! I would order from them again and consider it one of the 5 or so online stores that I would surf to regularly buy parts from.

Just completed my *ninth* order with ExCaliberPC. I appreciate overseas shipping and discount even more than the fact that every order has arrived within five business days! Phenomenal selection: always fresh, brand names, and from what I can tell budget prices. Now that I've tried this company found on pricewatch they will get 100% of my computer/component purchases.  
This was the first company that went looking to source the new ASUS P5AD2-E Premium Wireless Edition Retail even though they already stock the deluxe and 800FSB premium boards. All it took was one email to customer service/sales to locate a small quantity of them and they emailed ME back in three days saying they now stocked them. Most companies take a "this is what we sell" approach but I truly believe this additional effort to secure products for their customers sets them apart from the other competitors. I was looking everywhere for some OCZ Enhanced Bandwidth memory. This was the only place that stocked it at the time. Ordered on Monday, recieved my ram on Wednesday. Fast shipping and good prices.
