I recently ordered a laptop from Excaliberpc, had a little mix up with their customer support and question about products, but this was solved very professionally. A employee from the website gave me a call quickly and effectly to sort out the issue. This is by far the best customer service I have seen. A company that is willing to go so far as to rush a call and even offer further assistance is good quality service in my book. I haven't recieved the product yet, but will update after I've recieved it.

I originally ordered an Asus U20A B1 laptop with another dealer which shall remain nameless in this review. Even though they told me they had the laptop in stock, they didn't when it came time to ship it. I requested the order canceled and found the same laptop CHEAPER, AND IN STOCK at EXcaliberpc.com! They were the only dealers that had the notebook I needed and they were very helpful in the ordering process and offered excellent customer service. I even canceled an item and they were quick to refund it since it was on backorder (car charger wasnt available anywhere) Fedex dropped the ball when shipping this order (took 9 days to get here!) and excaliberpc kindly refunded the rush processing fee because the order took so long. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Asus laptop or computer product when you cant find it anywhere else they probably have it!

Even though the laptop I received had a display that had a tint that was not correct, I found out enough to know that the laptop was very good.  
 
But, more importantly, I now know that the ONLY place I will shop for Asus laptops and accessories is at Excaliberpc.com The customer service they gave me on my last two orders was way beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. I almost thought it didn't exist anymore. Well my friends it does, at Excaliberpc.com. They will stay with you through every step of the process and make sure your satisfaction is guaranteed. I made an international order(to Poland) with excaliberpc and I must say I am very satisfied with the service.  
It was fast, the package was ready to be picked up from the customs service 4 days after shipping. Everything was tightly packed and my laptop arrived in perfect condition.  
On the other hand, I recieved an order confirmation instead of an invoice but it was only a mistake and a proper document was sent to me immediately after I called.

Hands down, the best customer service. I had nothing but a first class experience with this store. It was my first order with them and I ordered an expensive item, which was promptly shipped and delivered in perfect condition. The communication and status information was also very good.

Had to call them to get my item actually shipped and out of "ready to be packed" status. Getting somebody to answer the phone also took a couple of tries, as their phone system rings customer service 4 times and then pops you into voicemail. However, once I got somebody on the line ("Rachelle"), she was very helpful and responsive. When they promise to call back, they actually do follow up; that's not always the case elsewhere. Item arrived well-packed and much earlier than expected (partly because the warehouse stats on the website are inaccurate).

I had some wireless issues right out of the box with Asus F8Va-B1 laptop. It did not see my Wireless N and would not connect to my G. Contacted Asus and they had me send it in, they keep it for a week and returned it with same issues. I contacted EXcaliberPC and they immediately offered a RMA on unit and a full refund which I applied to the purchase of F8Va-C1. Received PC, works great, one powerful little laptop. EXcaliberPC is an outstanding company to deal with and definitely near the top of my “Approved Vender List”
