I order from QVC sporadically, usually beauty products that are in value sets and occasionally some sterling jewelry. I even have a couple of my orders set up on auto-delivery which arrive every 90 days or so.
One thing I really dislike about their operation is the speed of shipping and the shipping and handling costs associated with ordering. They won't ship orders you've placed until about three days later, then I think it must sit on an outgoing pallet for an additional day. They also really gouge you with the cost of shipping. Seriously, it does not cost $7.00 to ship sterling earrings in a bubble wrap envelope via USPS First Class Mail.
QVC also sells electronics products, lots of them. Combined with selling near or at the MSRP and with the tax and shipping costs, it really isn't worth it. I'd rather order elsewhere.

I ordered Fuji Finepix J110W camera for X-mas for my son. This camera was either defective or a bad design for this model, it simply doesn’t make one single clear/sharp image. There are many of similar reviews on their web site for this camera.
As QVC responded to my review, it turned down my review because:
- a different product is also mentioned in the review
- content is inappropriate or unrelated
- information focuses more on a service issue rather than a product
I reviewed exactly what I bought and what was the problem and what QVC does if people return defective products, all written professional way. They deducted $5.95 from my refund.
I wonder how many more reviews does QVC not post and therefore lies to their customers.
The other problem is with the quality of the products they sell. I shop with them for 20 years. The products were the highest quality at the beginning of my shopping experience. As the years go by, the quality of the products is worse and worse or at least I order always the wrong thing?! They seem to sell more and more stuff that is for the represented companies hard to sell, be it bad quality product, cheap product, or unwanted product on the market.
I don’t state, QVC doesn’t sell good products, they just seem to care less and less what they sell.
If I purchase something from their German QVC company, the story is totally different. All the products I have from them are high quality so far.

QVC cancelled my acct and won't even tell me why. Csr service says a letter was mailed May 23rd. I still have no letter. I called the Office of the President at QVC corporate twice. They won't even call me back.
Horrible customer service that starts at the top of the organization. QVC was like my second family, boy was I misled.
Be forwarned...QVC is a heartless, cold, greedy, poor service money grabbing company and nothing more once you remove the warm and fuzzy propaganda.

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of items from QVC over the years. Their customer service has been consistently above average. I have returned many items and have never had a problem being credited for the returns.
I do have one major issue with QVC. They add the shipping & handling charges to the item cost then calculate tax. It may be legal but I don't think it is ethical to tax shipping & handling charges. They have always done it so there must be a legal loophole but many other retailers don't do it.

I am new to QVC and I ordered the 42" JVC with 4 easy payments. I was waiting 3 days and my order was still in process status, so I tried to contact their customer service and after waiting for a while, I could get someone on their chatting system. When I asked about my order, she said the item would be shipped in the next 2 weeks and there was nothing wrong with my order.
So, I thought I'm just gonna chill out and wait for my order to arrive. After a week, they called me and said they couldn't do the 4 easy payments because I am a new member. My order will be automatically canceled if I don't call them within 48 hrs. I can either pay in full or cancel it, and I decided to cancel it.
QVC charged my credit card for the first portion of the 4-easy-payments and I am not happy. PEOPLE SHOULDN'T GET CHARGED IF ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED OR ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH.
I live in California and I'm sure they have no warehouse or physical store here in California. I think they are located in PA, yet they charged me tax. I didn't realize this until I looked at my order and carefully count the total of that 4-easy-payments plan.
They shouldn't even let me order using the 4 easy payments if they think I am a new customer. I think this is some sort of a bait and switch scheme. I'm glad I canceled the order and got my TV from somewhere else. Once again, your credit card is going to get charged for nothing. They seem to be doing unfair trade practices.

This is just the most recent of many pleasing purchases from QVC. My whole family uses them online and on tv, we've never had a bad experience and we buy from them frequently, even for large purchases. No problems whatsoever, and their customer service is super-friendly!

Products are accurately presented and described with much more information and thorough descriptions than most other online stores, including interior views of handbags and measurements of clothing. Rather slow to ship--don't order anything from them that you need right away unless you shell out for faster shipping.
Returns/exchanges are easy and customer service is reliable--the folks on the phone are polite and even articulate!

Very slow to ship, ordered on the 19th, took QVC till the 23rd to actually ship the order. Expected delivery to be 2 weeks via UPS ground. Total about 2.5 weeks just for a <1 lb order.
not worth the $1 i saved by going through them.
*edit* well it seems their ordering system was messed up and they have rescheduled their delivery date to a more acceptable time frame. I will be changing my rating accordingly. This review was modified by its author, dusadus, on

I placed two orders yesterday. They cancelled one of the order WITHOUT notifying/calling/emailing me. I called in and asked and they said the order was cancelled at MY request. That is ridiculous. Now, the other order is shown to be "backordered". Again, no notification whatsoever. So, they want us to call them back? Who is the customer here?

I got my Gt Xpress meal on time, also i got it $25 cheaper than going to other internet seller.
I would shop here again.
