The order was not delivered until I actually called. No notice of any delay in fulfilling the order were provided. Credit card was charged regardless. I was told there was a mixup with regards to the vendor. I still should have been notified of the delay.

The purchase of this order is very good. I can get the product shipped on the expected date and the product looks good and what I was expected. I would recommend this to others. The only thing I want more detail is the reward point section.
Every time we deal with this company we are impressed with professionalism, customer service, excellent knowledge and response time, even on the weekend and they are never irritated by lots of questions!! GREAT!!

My shopping experience with them so far is good. Although I can not reach anybody through their hot line on Sunday. My email was replied that day and my order was changed according my requirement. Hope the website can have an option to let the people revise their order.

I purchased the Bose Acoustimass5 Speakers for the second time. The first ones were for me and this one is for my brother. We love the way they sound with my 50" Plasma, he's got a 42" but wanted these so bad! They're his X-mas gift. Thank you Electronic Warehouse for your great customer service!
