Poor customer service. Item received was different than pictured. Description for a RCA Y adapter was possibly confused. Customer service rep would not admit the wording was incorrect under the item description. Offered a refund if I paid for return ship, which was the same as the cost of the item. Not a happy guy. Oh well, next time I will save money by running to local Radio Shack and paying more up front but not having to hassle with return shipping, etc.

The order was not delivered until I actually called. No notice of any delay in fulfilling the order were provided. Credit card was charged regardless. I was told there was a mixup with regards to the vendor. I still should have been notified of the delay.

My shopping experience with them so far is good. Although I can not reach anybody through their hot line on Sunday. My email was replied that day and my order was changed according my requirement. Hope the website can have an option to let the people revise their order.

Excellent pricing of products and services. I Will definatley shop again. This is my 1st purchase from them and I am very please with the service provided.

problems with order processing/shipping and feedback to the customer.

I've ordered from them twice. Prices on their specials are amazing, delivery is prompt. I called customer service once because I couldn't locate the code for the discount my first order provided for my next order. The service person was pleasant and helpful, and followed up with an email to me to make sure I succeeded. An outstanding on-line merchant.
