For one they have great prices. Only negative was that my order sat while on back order for two weeks with no communication. Once I called though I got a similar item that was in stock very promptly. All in all the deep discount was worth it.

I have no idea what is going on with my order. I know they received it, I dont think they shipped it though. I got a call after emailing them several times over several days stating that one item I had ordered was out of stock. I told them to cancel the item and ship everything else.  
Its been a week and I have not received a refund for the out of stock item nor have I received any communications regarding the tracking information for the rest of my purchase.  
I regret buying from this company and hope that one day the stuff that I purchased from them will get shipped.

order not delivered on time. a week passed before i called and they said they would "ship it out tomorrow". various follow-up emails (three to be exact) to them since then to confirm order was shipped went totally ignored. later attempts to call always met with a "we're assisting other customers" message, so I left messages that also went unanswered. I do NOT plan on purchasing from this bushiness in the future. too many other businesses who are willing to provide customer service that I'm willing to pay my money to...very disappointed. Stuff i ordered was to be a gift for my brother who is shipping out to Iraq. Now its too late and have to ship it overseas and God knows when he'll get it now. way to take care of your (now former) customers Botach! 12 days and counting since my order and its not here yet. My next call will be to my credit card company to dispute the charges since I've now decided to refuse the shipment if it ever arrives.

Still waiting for my order to be completed. Invoice I received on 9/29 says the order is complete and shipped. Still don't have half of my order at of today, 10/7.  
 
10/8: 1500 hrs. I've had a holster on order with them since Sept 29th. Yesterday I started sending e mails wanting to know the status of my order. No repsonse overnight up till now. 30 min. ago got on their alleged "live chat". Been sitting here on hold. Just called. No one answered. Went to voice mail. Left a message. And I'm still sitting here by myself on their "live chat". I'm not very impressed with this company and am quickly making up my mind to NEVER do business with them again.

Terrible experience. I ordered and was charged for products that were listed in stock but were never shipped. When I found out that they were not in stock I tried to cancel the order. They charged my card anyway and still (2 weeks later) haven't refunded my $$. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this vendor.

Terrible service and horrible website. I ordered a couple of flashlights that showed in stock. I waited a week before calling them to check the status of the order since I never received a confirmation email. After getting the run around I finally got a number to contact someone. They said they were not in stock and were on order from the manufacturer with no ETA available. Because of this I ended up cancelling the order due to the lack of customer service, availability of the item and just poor service all around. I spoke to someone the following day after receiving a call and was told they actually had them. I then again placed an order only to find out they lied again and they were still on order. I left the 2nd order in place to see how horribly long it would take. So far it's still been another week and no response to any of my emails sent.

Great place to shop and their prices are always lower than other online stores. I brought twice from them and every item was lower here than anywhere else.  
 
Their 'stimulus' discount (10% off) offset the shipping cost which is another plus.

Speedy delivery. Only took 2 days for my merchandise to arrive, though that's probably because I live in the same state where botach.com is located.  
 
Everything was received in perfect condition. A joy to work with.

This company was recommened to me by a friend. Prices were reasonable and quality of product was great. I received order in about a week. I will definitely us this company again.

Good price, quick shipping, had everything I was looking for at the time. I'll check with Botach first, next time I'm in the market for tactical/training accessories.

I placed my order on 9/21/2009. Order and payment confirmed and shipped by UPS om 9/22/2009 according to Botach. I sent a request for an update to Botach on 10/02/2009 as UPS only had this order in their system for pickup. As of this date, 10/07/2009, UPS does not have this order and I have not received an update from the company. I understand problems occur, but keeping customers informed would be appreciated. PS...as of 10/27/2009 Shannon is checking on my order and I am still waiting...UPDATE 10/28/2009 order is on the way!!!! Shannon was a great help!

Pleased at first. The price was good and the UPS Ground delivery date worked out for me. But poor Customer Service took care of that pleasure. Botach refused to return a phone message and 2 emails regarding package arrival date. UPS had rescheduled the delivery to one day later when I would be on a plane. I wanted to pick up the package the local UPS which would be delivering it anyway. UPS would allow me to pickup the package before my flight but only if Botach requested it. I called again and got a representative and asked them to call UPS. I offered to pay them. I was told "that's not in our contract to do that for you." I am sure Botach makes enough without my small orders.

Once again, no trouble with these guys! I had only one question, it was answered quickly (next day - I did ask it awfully late at night...) and my shipment arrived in very short order!  
 
Yah, I'll keep ordering from Botach, they've been making me happy when I need gear...

First I am happy with the seletion of products, I'm happy with what I orderd,and I'm happy with how fast I received my order. I would love to say that im 100% happy but im not. I entered a code to get an extra I beleive it was 15% off but never got the discount. I called 2 days later when I realized it spoke with a lady told her what happend I gave her my phone # she said someone would get back to me.a few days later i called again and was put on hold for 20 min i had to hang up.Today I called again and was told the order went through she wont do anything about it.i work in a customer service based industry and would never tell someone i wont do anything to help or resolve a situatoin with out attempting to find some means of reslove.
