I ordered items listed as in stock, received a shipment notice, never received the items, called them, they said they were on backorder. They need to address this.

I got an e-mail from them on the 29th showing that both items I ordered had shipped. I then received a phone call on the 30th letting me know that one of the items was not in stock. I told them to cancel that item and to send the other. I was told that shipping would have it out that day.
fast forward too today, the 9th of October, I had not seen an update on the tracking of the shipment other than "billing info received". I called their customer service and found out that it hasn't shipped yet, but would go out today.
So to sum things up, I ordered on the 26th of September, the order has yet to be shipped almost 2 weeks later, my account has yet to be credited for the cancelled part from over a week ago, and I now have to wait another week for the part assuming they do actually ship it today. I guess 3 weeks isn't too bad is it?

Excellent service!! Boots fit great! I also think it's cool that you guys took a religous holiday off and plainly announced it on your website. Life ain't all about work and makin' money =-)

I was loking for a specific holster and drop leg platform that is discontinued, after a search on online, I found that botach was one of only three companies that still had them in stock. Of the three two had the right color and Botach wasn't only cheeper,but the holster was discounted(in the right color, the drop leg platform was not). After recieving my package, the holster didn't look khaki, but looked greenish. I called Botach and spoke with Jeff, and he explained that the holster brand's khaki color was greenish and asked if "this was still alright" I am very pleased with Jeff's service, the products, and the price? I saved more than $70.

I ordered a pair of HiTech boots which were on sale. They arrived quickly and they were a great pair of boots. Stiff but solid, they offer protection to the ankle area but are comfortable with wear. Only wish would be to have an invoice in the box witht he boots for tax purposes.

I recently purchased three Glock magazines and two KZ Clip-On magazine holders on September 24, 2009. I received confirmation that the order was processed and sent for delivery. The package was scheduled to arrive at my home four days later. I waited patiently for the package to arrive, to no avail.
On October 6, 2009, I called customer service and they advised that the order was on hold due to not having the KZ Clip-On Magazine holders in stock. The customer service agent advised me that the account was noted that they attempted to contact me the day prior. This is incorrect and or just a flat out lie. No one left a message on my phone nor did they call my phone.
My only issue with Botach has been their lack of communication. If they would have contacted me about the discrepancy, it would not have been a problem. This is not the first time there has been a delay in Botach shipping a package that was paid for.

This purchasing experience from Botach was quite poor - unusual to say the least. I have made orders in the past and always been exceptionally happy with them...until this time. I ordered 4 sets of pants, and a belt; 3 sets of pants and a belt arrived. Despite calling customer service twice and being assured that this would be taken care of, nothing has been actioned to date...

Order states that it was shipped. After not receiving product 8 days later, I traced package. UPS states that shipping billing was canceled. I still don't have my product despite being billed ($1300 order).

Worst people to order from on web, took 7 days to process order. Then called to tell me item out of stock sent similiar item that took an additional 8 days to get here. Item I originally ordered is still on website for sale, wouldn't ever buy from again....

Placed order on first of Oct. and received item in timely manner. Have used Botach in past and have had no problems. Prices are always great and have had no issues with service.

I have been buying product from Baotch Tactical for almost 10 months and I have found not one other customer can bring their product selection or pricing to the table. The pricing and unique oproducts allow me to resell their product and realize markups among the best I get including my direct dealerships. They also offer periodical discounts to customers who buy often that make it even better. Most every order has been shipped the same or next day at the most competitive shipping rates and they have gone out of there way to show me my business is important to them.
I would recomend to anyone buying tactical or sporting goods to use Botach Tactical to ensure they recieve the finest products at the very best price.

I'm a little disappointed with Botach Tactical. I placed an order on the 1st of October and still don't know the status of my order. I've emailed them twice and am awaiting a response. I can only assume it's on back order.

They overcharged me on shipping and won't admit to their mistake and reimburse the difference. I brought the matter to the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Like many other customers of Botach Tactical, I placed my first order before discovering the many, many complaints logged by other customers at Epinions and other sites.
I placed an order early in the morning, on a Tuesday (9/29/09). I received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order online. At 5:30 p.m. the same day, I received an email advising that my order had shipped, and providing a tracking number (UPS 2nd Day Air was my chosen shipping method). Clicking through to UPS' website revealed that they had received only the invoice - the package had not yet been picked up. This status remained unchanged throughout the following morning.
At 1:00 p.m. the following day (9/30/09), I received a phone message advising that several of the items I had ordered (and which they had told me via email had already been shipped) were actually out of stock. I called the number that was left for me in the message, and got through to an operator on the third try. I made some substitutions on a couple of items, and canceled one other, and the customer service rep advised that the order might make it out today, but more likely tomorrow.
The basics of this situation - being out-of-stock on popular items - can and do happen to all vendors, both online and bricks-and-mortar, and can be forgiven. However, I have since read of MANY other customers who have experienced this specific combination of problems (order placed, customer told order has shipped, tracking number issued, THEN customer told of out-of-stock).
Clearly, Botach has an ongoing and long-term problem with the way their process-flow works - in other words, they tell their customers that the product has been shipped, and THEN inform the customer that an out-of-stock condition exists.
This shows that their website is not correctly connected to their inventory system (which should show an out-of-stock condition when a customer selects the part and attempts to place it in their cart).
This also shows that Botach are prematurely sending invoices to UPS, who then issues a tracking number, and Botach in turn sends it to the customer and falsely advises that the merchandise has been shipped. Obviously, this is guaranteed to make the customer very angry.
The fact that so many customers have reported this exact chain of errors, and for so many YEARS (the first example I found was in 2005) indicates that the company is NOT in the habit of studying the complaints it receives and using the information to improve its business processes or its customer service.
As a result of all of these issues, I would strongly recommend against doing business with Botach, until such time as they show evidence that they are AWARE of this recurring issue, and that they are taking CONCRETE STEPS to resolve these problems. These are NOT signs of a healthy, ethically responsible business. They may have grown so fast that their service levels weren't able to keep up, but it's never too late to start repairing the damage. Unfortunately, it seems that the management at Botach don't seem to be too interested in improving things.
One final note: I DID receive my amended order one full week after placing the original order, but while UPS did fulfill the 2nd business day shipping once they had actually RECEIVED the order from Botach, I did not get the kind of turnaround time that I had paid extra for, due to Botach's delays in getting the order out the door. With the combination of errors I experienced, I will not be ordering from Botach again, despite their low prices.
