I have read lots of bad reviews on Botach Tactical. I have ordered from them 4 times and 3 of the 4 times have been 100% satisfied.

Avoid these folks. They charged my credit card for over $200 on 29 Sept, the day after I ordered, and marked the order as shipped. In reality, my order still hasn't shipped as of 12 Oct. They took my money and delivered nothing. I called their support number and was told that they were out of stock, but someone would call me back. That was over a week ago. If it was out of stock, why didn't their website say so, and why did they charge my credit card and mark the order as shipped??? In trying to save $40, it looks like I was taken for over $200. Watch out!  
 
UPDATE 10/29/2009: I finally received my order today, a month after I placed it and Botach marked it as shipped. The product was as ordered and at an excellent price. I did finally receive an email response the day before they actually shipped my order - almost a month after their website marked it as shipped. I'm happy with the product, but I don't believe that I'll order from Botach again. They really need to post out of stock markers for products on their website and follow-up with customers. Most of all they need to stop charging customers' credit cards and marking items as shipped long before they actually ship the orders.

I called Botach customer service 4 days later for shipping information. I was told my item was back ordered for two weeks. I asked if an email was sent out to let me know this. The service agent said no they don't do that. I asked if she would please sent an email with the status of my order. She did. On Oct.7th I received my order that I place on Sept.14th, 28 days later.

I wouldn't recommend Botach Tactical to anyone. They have many clearance products "available," but upon placing your order, they call you a week or 2 later to tell you they don't carry the product anymore. The worst thing is that they STILL advertise the product, rather than removing it and making it unavailable. Poor customer service quality overall. 2 thumbs down for this company. I will never order from them again!

1. have not received my purches yet. been a month. made a purchas the same day with sportsmans guid and received it in 3 days. 2. costumer servise sucks. i have called serval times 20 or so (no kiding) ever time Either just get a they don't answer or they answer and put you on hold and leave u there until they hang up on you. Yes I am calling during buisness hours. Botach is not a company to deal with and i can not even get a hold of them to get my money back. guess I need to talk to my lawer... sugestion DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

My order was filled promptly and shipped the following day. It was received on-time and everything was as-expected. Throughout the process Botach kept me informed of my order status. I am pleased with the service and the quality of the merchandise. I will definitely order from them again (and recommend them to my friends.)

Product was exactly what I ordered. Received the product roughly two weeks later. Only problem encountered was when I attempted to contact Botach about my order. An automated system picked up and automatically put me on hold. After about 7 minutes of hold time, I hung up. The bottom line, GREAT products, GREAT price, FAIR customer service.

Customer service is poor. After numerous phone calls to get an update on my order I was told someone would call me back. I never recieved the phone call. Also have not recieved my order as of today almost 2 weeks later.

Ordered product, got a prompt confirmation with order # followed by shipping a tracking info. Received the product within 3 - 4 days, well packaged.

Superb items for a superb price. You truly can't beat out Botach Tactical on their prices. I love, but yet hate going to their site, as I know that I will find something at such a great price, that I will just have to buy it... Ok, that is my problem, but with that being said. If you want a great item at a superb price, do yourself a favor and check out Botach Tactical.

I bought the CMMG-22CK and the unit looked somewhat used and the description specified "Magazines molded from impact-resistant, “smoke” gray translucent polycarbonate that lets you see how many rounds are in the mag" The mag I received was a dull grey and solid not translucent. Not the first time I've received something different than what was advertised. But their prices are the most competitive around....

I have heard some questionable customer service reports on some forums, but my experience was excellent. I had an order confirmation immediately and a shipping notice the next day. The package arrived on-time and the product was in perfect condition. The price on the item I ordered with the discount code COULD NOT BE BEAT. I am very impressed with the whole experience and I will definitely order from you again. Thanks  

Very poor delivery time! Order was placed 9/25/2009 and recieved (incomplete) 10/9/2009.  
Prices are ok but I will not order again due to the poor delivery time and the fact that UPS was the only service available. I routinely use USPS for similar orders with much better delivery times! WILL NOT USE THIS STORE AGAIN

Don't bother trying to use the "Customer Service" e-mail link. You will not get a response. Just hope you have no problems, getting them resolved can be a "challenge" to be polite.
