Botach had some of the lowest prices on the net, that is what drew me to them on the net. Only part of my order was shipped, but Botach charged my card for all the items when I placed the order, even my back ordered items. The back ordered items said they would ship directly from the factory in 3-4 days. When I received my order one of the items was damaged and I had a duplicate item ordered that I had to return. I am still waiting for the correct amount to be credited to my card for the returned items and for the two items that were supposed to ship out in 3-4 days that after a month I canceled. Also they are a nightmare to get a hold of, 90% of the time I call their number during working hours I get their voice mail. It also takes them to long to return calls on their voice mail and return emails. I will vote with my money and avoid shopping at Botach Tactical.

I spoke with a Botach re and asked if they had an item that I needed in stock. He indicated that they has it in stock and ready to ship. My CC was charged and I was sent a pickup manifest with a tracking # for UPS. Three weeks later I still have not the item in my possession. I contacted UPS and they stated the item was not shipped. I spoke with Botach on Dec 22 2009 and they stated the item was not shipped but on back order. They lied to obtain my order. I had a deadline to meet and required this item. They are unethical and liars. Do not do business with them. I have found numerous complaints about them online .

Ordered on first of October. After several unanswered phone calls and about two dozen emails my product arrived nearly 8 weeks later. It was what I wanted and at a good price but the time taken was unbelievable.

I would not recommend Botach Tactical to anyone. Three weeks after placing an order for two items “in-stock” and after 3 unreturned calls, and 4 unreturned emails, still no delivery. All I wanted was the status of my order. I finally said done and sent one final email asking they canceled my order and, after only 2 days, they told me it was canceled. There was no explanation for not answering my calls and emails, no explanation for no delivery, nothing. And no, they don’t have the best prices in town. I found the very same items at a trustworthy site for the same price. I would not trust them to a friend.

Placed my order on 11/27. I did not receive any email updates, so I used their online customer service live chat feature. Discovered the order was placed, but the "paperwork had not been submitted".
The person I talked with submitted the order to be shipped, and the order for a pair of boots that were to be drop shipped from the manufacture was submitted.
This took place on December 10. The item they had in stock arrived on December 18. I have yet to hear from the manufacture of the boots as to a shipment date.

This was a great experience dealing with Botach. I have previously bought items from Botach and have found their expertise in their merchandise unrivaled. Again, Botach continues to provide professional services for their customers.

I found the items I was looking for at a fair price. I ordered from another online vendor the same day. After I received my other order I decided to check on my botach order. I got a live chat helper and after at about 30 min of waiting he said he would ship it out immediately. I never noticed anything that said backorder or any other reason I would have to call and remind them to ship my order. Not sure if I'll buy from them again.

Botach customer service was very prompt, helpful, and polite. I'm impressed with the number of ways to contact them, whether it be by phone, email, or even live chat or text.

Always a great experience whenever I shop with Botach Tactical / Defense. Great customer service and product knowledge is what I have come to aspect from them. Had a problem with my most recent order which wasn't even their fault and they went the extra mile to make things right and keep me happy! With service like that they will always be my first stop / go to guys when shopping for new gear!

I made a purchase from Botach and the order was sent and arrived on 10-13-09. In the invoice it showed that I was shipped and received an item that I never received. I immediately called, having great difficulty getting a hold of customer service. I left messages that were never returned. I eventually ,after about a week spoke to someone who said they would research the order and get back to me, which they never did. I had to call again just to be told the item was backordered and that the item would be in on "Friday" and promptly shipped. After waiting and waiting, it never arrived. I again called at the end of November and was first told the item was not in, and again was told it would be in on "Friday". This person then put me on hold and came back, saying she just spoke to her supervisor and he said the item was in and they would be shipped. It is now Dec. 16th and nothing. I will never do business with Botach and I have told everyone with my Police Department about this poor service not to mention the many forms I subscribe to. We used to send out emails to the entire police department with Botach specials, those were replaced with an email detailing this poor service. My Fraternal Order of Police lodge purchased 180 Knives last year as gifts to members, this was a substantial order this year Botach lost a $2000.00 order because I refuse to do anymore business with them.

Do not buy anything from Botach Tactical. This company is either a scam, or run by incompetents. I was charged $37 for 3-day shipping and have not yet received my order after two weeks, and was never provided with tracking information from Botach Tactical. I called to get tracking information and check on the status of my order, and was told my order was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and that I would get an e-mail with tracking info from Botach's shipping department. I never received an e-mail. I called back again and was told the shipping department would call me back before the end of the day. The shipping department never called. I e-mailed the company and did not get a response. After all of this, I decided to contact the manufacturer of the boots I ordered and explain the situation. Before I gave them my order info, the customer service rep from the boot manufacturer guessed that I ordered through Botach Tactical. The boot manufacturer has obviously dealt with this before, and offered to ship my boots overnight for no charge. Do not give Botach Tactical your business.

Botach (Dan, to be precise) took my order, hand walked me through it, verified the items were in stock and ready for immediate shipping and insisted I maintain contact throughout the delivery process. He did this to ENSURE my satisfaction. Well, he succeeded. My order arrived last night and the first thing I noticed was the diligent method used to package it. Inside, the items were as described and I was quite pleased with my first order from Botach Tactical. A personal thanks to Dan's professionalism and customer service. I'm certain he is worth more than they are paying him.

Botach and Dan were great. The pricing was very good, the additional discount they were offering was competition-beating, and Dan was great at answering my questions and assisting with all aspects of my order and any concerns I had.

I ordered items from this company over 2 weeks ago thinking that I would get the items in a timely manner and that was not at all the case. At the same time I ordered from them I ordered from another company and received my order within 3 days. I have YET to receive my order from them. Phone calls go unanswered and I would swear that they screen their calls. I know that they have caller ID because I have left messages only to have calls returned by someone who has not listened to my message and is not able to help me. When I called today I called from the same # that I had been using and no one answered. I immediately hund up and used another line and the service rep promptly answered. Are they dodging unhappy customer calls? I think so. When they actually call you back they are basically are wasting your time thiinking that you are going to order something. This happened 2 or 3 times with no one being able to help me with the status of my order. I Finally got ahold of someone today and they assured me that my order will be going out today. Well, I guess we'll see if that happens. Something tells me not to hold my breath. This company is insanely difficult to deal with and customer service is non-existant.

the service i recieved was excellent! dan helped me to find the status of my order very fast. he also informed me of the back order for my timney trigger. he then made the adjustments of my order very easily. thank you dan for your great service.
