Excellent all the way around. Botach had items I could not find anywhere else. Their prices are fantastic. Their shipping is reasonable and fast. I will continue to shop with Botach, and I will recommend them to others.

I ignored the negative reviews because i was already placing my order, big mistake. Four items of my "shipped" order were not included with the shipment. no invoice in the shipment to compare, but obviously they were not there. the email had stated they were in the shipment. After very difficult phone conversations with staff i was placed on a call with "Jeff". I was told these items were no longer in stock so left off the order, and if i added the prices of what was shipped i was not charged for them. One item was substituted for another item, that i did not want. "Jeff" told me he would get back to me, but has not and has not answered emails. I have asked for a pre-paid return label, and reluctently he said he would authorize that. surprise, still no return label. So two weeks after ordering several items I need, I am in limbo with a box of half of the items but not the ones that i really need and caused me to place the order. By the time i order these items elsewhere and pay another shipping and handling fee, i could have bought these all for less and had them in 3 days without the headache. good luck.

I have been ordering from Botach tactical for the last 8-years or so and they have always had good if not better prices. In the last year I have ordered heavily from them and only once did they not have what I ordered but they emailed me right away to let me know. They have always been fast with their shipping also! I had a problem recently with ordering in quantity but now that they have a new customer service supervisor (Sagi) that won't be a problem anymore. Sagi has went out his way to help me and I feel good about ordering anything from them in the future!

To be honest, I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews for Botach. I've bought several tactical items over the last few months from Botach and they've always shipped promptly and accurately. On this latest order, I inadvertently used an invalid coupon (courtesy of a buddy of mine) and my order was canceled per Botach policy. I wish they had notified me, but that sounds like an issue with the design of their website. I got someone on the phone quickly and, after initially being told they couldn't help me, I asked to speak to the supervisor (Sagi). Once he heard the complete story, he fixed the situation quickly and took care of my needs. Turns out, he only started a week ago, so hopefully he'll be able to address some of the negative perception associated with their customer service. As I can say is, I'll be returning to Botach in the future specifically because of what he did today. Thanks!

Slow shipping, they don't answer the phones, and when you do get to talk to someone they are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The prices are good but I wish I had gone elsewhere. After ordering 5 items on Dec. 21st I just received 3 of them about a week ago. After two emails I finally got a call on January 16th to let me know the other two items were out of stock and they were kind enough not to charge me for them. Horrible customer service and obviously not reliable.

Wow - I read all the negative reviews of Botach before buying and it scared me. I ordered a Casio watch from them the day after Christmas - it was on sale for $99, and the next best price on the internet was about $150. So, so far so good. I instantly received an email notification of my order - great - then not a half hour later I got an email saying they've shipped my item! They provide a tracking link, and it tells me my package will be here by Jan 5. OK, great - this whole time I'm waiting for something very bad to happen based on all the reviews. I keep checking the shipping status - it updates to say it will be a day late, to Jan 6 - but this looks like a UPS change, not Botach. I keep tracking and low and behold, it ships and gets here on Jan 6. The exact watch I ordered for $99. No problems. Now it could very well be that my order was a fluke, or it could be that they're trying to improve their customer service, but I can say that I was 110% satisfied with my transaction with Botach. Go figure.

STAY A WAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cancel my order for no reason. No respond on couple emails, no explanation at all.

Choose MANVENTURE OUTPOST instead. Much better. Oh how I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. These people are the most PATHETIC, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, LYING SACKS OF **** you will ever find. I placed the order on Dec. 23, heard nothing for three weeks. Then I canceled my order because they said the parts were on back order. Then miraculously, the parts came in and they could ship out that day. Shocker! The parts came in and my "cold steel" knife I bought was made out of plastic. Run away!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! On 12/3/08, I ordered a gun case because they had a great price. They charged my credit card immediately and sent me an e-mail within a few hours saying that my order had been shipped. About 10 days later I tried tracking my shipment. I found that it hadn't been shipped...only the mailing label had been produced thus notifing UPS. It took about 10 phone call and 10 e-mails over 2 two weeks before I was able to talk with someone or get a response. I demanded to speak with manager and the reluctantly game me his number. The guarnateed me that he would answer my call...he didn't nor has he ever returned my call. I finally was told that my order was backordered but I would have it the following week. On Jan 7th, I contacted them again to find out that they would not be selling the product any more even though it was still available from the manufacturer. I demanded a refund immediately. To date 1/13/08, I have not received a refund but I have contacted my credit card who is willing to take-up the battle for me. This company is horrible...easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I guarantee, I will NEVER do business with them again.
