Slow shipping, they don't answer the phones, and when you do get to talk to someone they are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The prices are good but I wish I had gone elsewhere. After ordering 5 items on Dec. 21st I just received 3 of them about a week ago. After two emails I finally got a call on January 16th to let me know the other two items were out of stock and they were kind enough not to charge me for them. Horrible customer service and obviously not reliable.

Wow - I read all the negative reviews of Botach before buying and it scared me. I ordered a Casio watch from them the day after Christmas - it was on sale for $99, and the next best price on the internet was about $150. So, so far so good. I instantly received an email notification of my order - great - then not a half hour later I got an email saying they've shipped my item! They provide a tracking link, and it tells me my package will be here by Jan 5. OK, great - this whole time I'm waiting for something very bad to happen based on all the reviews. I keep checking the shipping status - it updates to say it will be a day late, to Jan 6 - but this looks like a UPS change, not Botach. I keep tracking and low and behold, it ships and gets here on Jan 6. The exact watch I ordered for $99. No problems. Now it could very well be that my order was a fluke, or it could be that they're trying to improve their customer service, but I can say that I was 110% satisfied with my transaction with Botach. Go figure.

STAY A WAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cancel my order for no reason. No respond on couple emails, no explanation at all.

Choose MANVENTURE OUTPOST instead. Much better. Oh how I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. These people are the most PATHETIC, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, LYING SACKS OF **** you will ever find. I placed the order on Dec. 23, heard nothing for three weeks. Then I canceled my order because they said the parts were on back order. Then miraculously, the parts came in and they could ship out that day. Shocker! The parts came in and my "cold steel" knife I bought was made out of plastic. Run away!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! On 12/3/08, I ordered a gun case because they had a great price. They charged my credit card immediately and sent me an e-mail within a few hours saying that my order had been shipped. About 10 days later I tried tracking my shipment. I found that it hadn't been shipped...only the mailing label had been produced thus notifing UPS. It took about 10 phone call and 10 e-mails over 2 two weeks before I was able to talk with someone or get a response. I demanded to speak with manager and the reluctantly game me his number. The guarnateed me that he would answer my call...he didn't nor has he ever returned my call. I finally was told that my order was backordered but I would have it the following week. On Jan 7th, I contacted them again to find out that they would not be selling the product any more even though it was still available from the manufacturer. I demanded a refund immediately. To date 1/13/08, I have not received a refund but I have contacted my credit card who is willing to take-up the battle for me. This company is horrible...easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I guarantee, I will NEVER do business with them again.

horrible customer service . back order cancelled 3 weeks ago no credit. charged before shipment . Will not return emails and calls . Have not recieved stuff they said was drop shipped 2 months ago.19Jan09 update!!! finally got my refund and my stuff less the backordered mags they cancelled and now charge double for . never again will I deal with them.

Mixed bag here, but you should probably avoid Botach. You will not always get what you order. In this case, I ordered some items including 2 pair of tactical pants that were advertised at a closeout price. When I got the shipping confirmation email, the pants had disappeared from the order. I emailed Botach and never got a response. Sure enough, when the order arrived, the pants were not included and they had been removed from the invoice!!! Again, no reponse to a second email. It's a version of bait and switch. They did not charge me for the pants so I think their problems are more related to bad communication and bad business processes as opposed to intentional fraud.

These people suck. I placed the order mid August and to date 12/25/2008 still haven't received order or a refund. Can't get in touch with this bunch of losers. I'll be in LA this summer and can't wait to stop in for a visit. If anyone from Botach reads this, I'll be the pissed off 6-3 200 lb. irate customer wanting to speak the spineless owner/OOD of this company for a little face to face chat. Your DOD buddies won't be able to help you then. Can't wait to meet you. Hugs and kisses.

Stay away from these people. They canceled my order without notifying me. Two weeks after ordering and receiving a confirmation email, I called to find out what happened to my shipment. They casually remarked that it was canceled because a current and valid discount code was declined. No explanation. No apology. No offer to get it out ASAP, etc.. It was surreal, like someone was playing a practical joke on me...except it wasn't funny.

I placed an order on 15 NOV 2008. The order was partially delivered and I was not informed that  
the two items not received were to be drop shipped.  
I was finally told two-three weeks to receive merchandise. Botach had already charged my credit card. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Botach lied to the BBB and stated I had received the full order. Botach knew I had not received $200.00  
worth of merchandise. I have done over $4000.00 worth of business with Botach tactical and I will never do business with them again. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. THEY INTENTIONALLY DECEIVE AND COMMIT FRAUD ON A DAILY BASIS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.  

This company is HORRIBLE! I just received my order after 9 WEEKS!!! After 5 phone calls and 4 emails I initiated a credit card fraud claim and they were finally able to get Botach to pony up the goods. The Credit Card Company said they would destroy the company's credit if they didn't issue a refund or send the products. The real problem is I needed the items 5 days after I placed the order. I paid a TON EXTRA for 3 day UPS select shipping and it took 9 FRIGGIN WEEKS! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Even if their prices are temptimg (that's how this entire batch of reveiws came about) they are not worth the ass-pain. Spend a few bucks more somewhere else and get your items when they were promised, not 2+ months later. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM ANY COMPANY!!!

These guys took my money and never delivered my orders. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not return calls or emails and I now have to go to my credit card company to get my money back.

Very disapointed this company, did'nt check them out before order. Charge money for item did'nt have instock, did not responce to email or call, did not give back money for not sent item. Very...very BAD E store, buyer Beware. Had to call credit company to issue a chargeback.

1) Very slow reaction - i receive my order only after 39 days (shipping time = 18 days).  
2) I send 15! e-mails but don't have any responce.  
3) One item was not sended without any explanation! I can see only pen writen "14,95 credit" at the invoice. Of course I send mail with explanation demand and don't see any responce too(one week).  
4) They are mix up google lens adapter and I cant use it - wrong model!  
I was realy disapointed with Botach service.
