After reading several other reviews I was at first hesitant to order from this company. But I decided to give them a chance, as I have seen that many reputable companies receive bad reviews from people who just are not satisfied, no matter what the company does. I must admit that I was quite pleased with Botach Tactical. I sent in my order, expecting at least 2 weeks for them to ship my product, due to their low low prices. My order shipped out the following day, and arrived only 3 days after I ordered it. My order was complete and well packaged, to protect the items I had ordered. I don't know about their customer service, as I had no reason to call them, but I was extremely happy with their product selection, prices, constant updates on my order, and quick shipping. They have proved themselves to me, and will be the first place I go next time I need something.

Well I was really hesitant about buying form these guys with all the reviews. But than I see how others are reviewing reputable companies like Sportsmans Guide and Cheaperthandirt. So I figured well it's probobly just dumb people writing these reviews like the majority of those giving the other two companies a bad name.  
 
I gave them a shot because their prices were VERY good. I spent 25$ on a 60$ product and got 15% discount for using "stimulus" as a promo code.  
 
I ordered after buiness hours got an immidiate confirmation. I logged on next morning and the item had already shipped. Exellent speed in shipping to say the least. I have a tracking number and the item will arrive before weeks end(friday) and I ordered it with regular ground shipping on tuesday after store close!  
 
All I can say is as long as the product arrives decently packed as described I'll keep there rating high. Otherwise I'll edit this review accordingly. With the current excellent service I've recieved I would not hesitate to buy from them again!  
 
UPDATE: Item arrived only 3 days after order was placed, exactly as described well packed. Awesome! Will order again.

Excellent product presentation and information.

Ordered a Hard to find Hi-Cap Mag for a S&W M&P 40. Not only was it wonderful to find one, but the price was unreal. The stores in Las Vegas don't have any in stock, and the Local Gunshows wanted $40 for used and abused ones. Botach had it for under $20. Yes !! Half Price. Granted Shipping costs bring it back up a bit, but even with shipping included, it was less than the base price of any other place I could find on line. I ordered my item around 9pm on a Thursday. It shipped on Friday, and I had it before Noon on Monday. Being in a completely different state, I was very pleased.  
This was my first ever order from Botach, but I can guarantee it will not be my last.

I have ordered thousands of dollars of products from this company over the past couple of years. Botach is a great source of those “sometimes hard to get” items and equipment that I rely on a daily basis in my line of work and play time.  
If you are an AR-15 (M16) and all the clones fan, SIG SAUER SIG 556, etc. GET THE H&K SA80 magazines. They are built like a tank! It is true you pay twice as much for it over the aluminum and plastic magazines, but I can not emphasize how great they are. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have I had any type of malfunction or failure, associated with an H&K SA80 magazine. Colt, DPMS, Bushmaster and all of the other “so called” “Mil Spec” magazines that are out there, H&K is the greatest! At $39.95 as offered by Botach, the H&K steel magazine are a steal compared to $60 or more everyway else. With this information, you better snatch them up and as many as you possibly can afford. It is worth it even if you have to go into extra debt to get them. They will never let you down.  
Yes, they (Botach) are not the best communicators in the world.  
They (Botach) will never return emails, NEVER.  
Yes, you have to be tenaciously persistent to speak directly to a customer service representative and sales associate if you call by phone. Don’t leave a message; they (Botach) will not call back.  
Yes, items are sometimes out of stock. Face it America, GUN STUFF is getting harder and harder to find as the upcoming “Revolution” or “Civil War” gets closer to fruition. The rest of us that has any common sense who can see the writing on the wall and are stockpiling so we will have the ability to take our country back from the idiots that want to make the government larger and more intrusive than it already is.  
Yes, I hate their (Botach) return policy as it only allows something like two weeks to have the item/s arrive, evaluate it and decide if you need to return it or not. My worst complaint was I bought multiples of the same item and by the time I discovered one of them had a manufactures' defect, it was beyond the return policy. After explaining the situation to a CSR over the phone they still would not allow me to return it for a replacement.  
Overall, my rating of Botach, when they have something, it is usually at the best price out there with decent shipping fees.  
Once I was double billed for the same order on my credit card. Mistakes happen, I understand, it happens. I brought it to their attention and they did not quite fix it fast enough for my satisfaction. Botach got a little upset with me because I guess the credit card company gives them some grief and adds extra charges. The explanation I received was they have a very thin margin of profit and every penny counts. It all worked out for me though. As a consumer, a consumer that purchases products online, you have to stay on top of all transactions.

Botach Tactical gets many bad reviews, but I decided to try them anyways. I placed an order for a tactical flashlight kit with them. I received the order promptly and it was exactly as described, no issue.  
 
Botach has a large inventory of hard to find parts, and I will definitely end up purchasing from them again.

I must say I was a little concerned after reading the mixed reviews on this website... but I took a chance anyway because they have some of the best prices around and because I was ordering with a credit card so I'd have plenty of recourse in case something went wrong. However, I did not experience any problems ordering from them. I placed my order (over $300) at around 18:30 on 5/20/09 and got confirmation of order receipt via email that same day. I got an email that my order shipped on 5/21/09 and I followed the UPS tracking number daily until the order arrived as expected on 5/28/09 (I'm across the continent in NY). The order was adequately packed without being over-packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. My credit card was charged properly. I'd recommend them and would order from them again without hesitation. This was a textbook perfect internet commerce transaction.

I don't know how these people stay in business. I ordered a pair of boots and a few gun accessories carefully avoiding anything on their website that was listed as not in stock. After several weeks of waiting I sent an email, then another. No response. I finally called them directly and they said that they no longer had my credit card info because more than 30 days had passed! They assured me their shipping department would handle things promptly so I gave them the number again and waited a week, again nothing, not even an email confirmation. Unbelievable. So I canceled the order after almost 6 weeks of waiting.  
This company lures you with low prices, but as they say, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Botach Tactical is a Scum-Bag outfit. They sell stuff they don't have. They are trying to screw me out of $350.00 right now. If you call, your placed on hold forever... they don't reply to e-mails because they don't want canceled orders... Heck, they might have to do something honest like refund your money... BEWARE! I order lots of stuff on the internet and this is the worst place I've ever delt with. Several orders from them went OK but if there is the slightest issue... your screwed. BEWARE!!!

Stay away if you don't want headaches. Order anything from Botach and you'll regret it the rest of your life. In case you don't understand what I'm saying.... STAY AWAY FROM BOTACH TACTICAL !!!!!!

I was reading the reviews and wanted to add my own here as well. A little over 2 years ago I ordered a magnum 100% polyester shirt to were under my vest. I waited for about 14 days to get it and when it did finally come it was the wrong type. I emailed BOTACH and asked if I could return the item and got a pissy email response. I ended up asking for my money back AFTER I sent the shirt back. Two years later I still don't have my money. I will never order from BOTACH again. Since this incident I have spent well over 2K on duty gear, all through another company and I'm more than happy to pay a little more for the respect and piece of mind. Screw you BOTACH!

This is the worst retailer on the planet.  
The only reason they're still in business is because the owner's brother is a wealthy real estate mogul in California who set up this business to keep his low-life family employed. Botach Tactical is located in the ghetto side of east Los Angeles. The premises are in an old pawn shop.  
Botach Tactical rarely responds to customer complaints which are many. Botach says items are in stock which are not but charges your credit card anyway. Botach and staff will lie to you without a second thought.  
It's my belief that they actually enjoy screwing with customers...it's entertainment for them.  
Avoid this company at all cost.  

This company is HORRIBLE! I just received my order after 9 WEEKS!!! After 5 phone calls and 4 emails I initiated a credit card fraud claim and they were finally able to get Botach to pony up the goods. The Credit Card Company said they would destroy the company's credit if they didn't issue a refund or send the products. The real problem is I needed the items 5 days after I placed the order. I paid a TON EXTRA for 3 day UPS select shipping and it took 9 FRIGGIN WEEKS! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Even if their prices are temptimg (that's how this entire batch of reveiws came about) they are not worth the ass-pain. Spend a few bucks more somewhere else and get your items when they were promised, not 2+ months later. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM ANY COMPANY!!!

1) Very slow reaction - i receive my order only after 39 days (shipping time = 18 days).  
2) I send 15! e-mails but don't have any responce.  
3) One item was not sended without any explanation! I can see only pen writen "14,95 credit" at the invoice. Of course I send mail with explanation demand and don't see any responce too(one week).  
4) They are mix up google lens adapter and I cant use it - wrong model!  
I was realy disapointed with Botach service.

Placed my order and received an order confirmation. Didn't hear anything for a week, so I requested information on when my order would be shipping. This began a series of emails and phone calls over the next month, each time resulting in absolutely nothing. Finally I learned that the product was backordered, so I cancelled my order. A very, very unhappy experience.
