Target online has offered the Xbox 360 Live Vision Gold Pack online at $39.99. They sold out online and gave you 4 options: 1. Add to Club Webb, 2. Add to Target Baby, 3. Add to Wish List, or 4. Find it at a Target Store. It did not say anywhere on the page that the item was a web deal only, so, I printed out the online ad and took it to the store. I was told by the store manager that Target online and Target retail stores sometimes have different pricings and would not price match to their online store. HOW CAN A RETAIL STORE NOT HONOR THEIR ONLINE STORE PRICE?? Honestly, I really want to know why this is. Personally I will never shop from a Target store again. Aside from the cashiers, their management is horrible. No straight answers to my questions. Note to Target: IF YOU ADVERTISE A PRICE ONLINE AND ITS ONLINE ONLY, DO NOT OFFER AN OPTION TO FIND IT AT A TARGET STORE!

I was unhappy with my purchase at Target as their return policy is very unforgivable. I had gotten four items as a gift, and I had to replace them with four items of equal or greater value from only that department. There was nothing in that department that was of equal value so I had to spend more, and I didn't really want anything in that department so I was really disappointed - Why couldn't they let me buy one item for the total amount or any department in the store. I think their return policy is extremely UNFAIR and I will never shop Target again

They hadn’t shipped the razor yet.

Where is the shaver? It is supposed to be delivered by tuesday - the delays are incredible.

less than positive.  
 
We strive for convenience and efficiency at Target.com, but in this  
instance we have fallen short of our goal, and I am truly sorry.

prevents us from being able to cancel the order.  
 
We have been in contact with our technical specialists, and they are  
currently doing everything in their power to correct this problem  
and ship your order as soon as possible.  
 
However, we have no new information at this time regarding the  
status of your order; you will be notified as soon as there is an  
update.  
 
If you no longer want or need the order, you may refuse this  
shipment when it arrives. Refusing the shipment allows you to return  
it without having to pay for return shipping.

and should leave our fulfillment center soon. Because it's being  
processed for shipment, I can't upgrade it to a faster shipping  
method.  
 
I apologize for this inconvenience and have requested a refund for  
a portion of your shipping costs. A refund in the amount of $10.00  
should appear on your next credit card statement.

Don't really have a lot to say about Target. My wife just needed a new vacuum badly because the old one really sucked... er, didn't. After reading a bunch of reviews online I decide to go with the Eureka 4870HZ and Target had the best overall price. I checked an actual store first but they didn't seem to carry it. Target.com got it to us in about a week though and it works great.

This order was for an electric bike originally ordered on March 27th. The item showed (and still does as of this posting) shipping with 5-7 days. Today almost 2 months later I receive this e-mail.

It appears they sell stuff then try to get it shipped. What a backasswards way of doing business. Target has not only lost me as an online customer but guess what brick and mortar store I will never shop in. I would understand if they informed of the situation in a timely manner, I could have ordered and received on somewhere else bye now. But 2 MONTHS! Pathetic!

READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING THROUGH TARGET. I placed an order for $323 worth of merchandise and the lure was a $49 Bialetti Fusion Cookware set well below the price of other merchants. I ordered April 20, 2006 and much of the order did not even ship until April 28th.  
 
The Bait & Switch (Bait & Wait?) cookware set was still on backorder and the worst part of this was attempting to access Target customerservice. I have never in my life encountered a less customer-friendly website. Go to www.target.com and see if you can find their customerservice phone number in less than five minutes...after finding the number, their people were friendly and useless in answering WHY THEY DON'T LIST THEIR LOSS LEADER COOKWARE SET AS "BACKORDERED" They also were unable to answer why it takes EIGHT DAYS to ship items that are in stock.  
 
I sent several inquiries to TARGET CUSTOMER DISSERVICE and received auto-replies. I've used Smart Bargains, Walmart, Overstock and many other merchants and Target can be described in one term - HORRIBLE.

I ordered a laptop bag from Target.com, and after reading horror stories about the website, I was really excited when the bag came earlier then expected, until I found out they had sent me the wrong one. Luckily I was about to return it to a local store, however, the guy at the customer service desk was very rude and unhelpful, and Target didnt refund my shipping and tax, when THEY sent ME the wrong item...

On December 8th, 2005 I ordered a "Revlon Moisture Stay Paraffin Bath" as a Christmas present for my wife. Target's website showed the item in stock, but when I received their order confirmation it gave the estimated shipping date as January 20th, 2006!!! It didn't even list it as backordered or anything. Needless to say, I canceled the order. This is *THE LAMEST* experience I've ever had shopping online. Kudos to Target for a new benchmark.
