This company has great communication which offers e-mail, messenger, and a phone #. Customer service was great answered everything within a day. I would recommend then to anyone interested. Product was excellent and very satisfied.

I ordered an Asus G1 notebook online from BtoTech.com. Ordering was straightforward and easy to accomplish. Pricing was excellent for this model. Time to process the order and ship it met my expectations. The fact that they have their own online forums is refreshing and can prove useful in the future if needed. I would put my trust in BtoTech.com again and look forward to any future business I have with them.

I ordered my Asus G1 form Eddie on Super Bowl Sunday. I had a few problems with my cc, so I called Eddie to see what I could do. Within a few hours he called me back and helped me through the purchase process. He went above and beyond my expectations by helping me out on Sunday, not to mention Super Bowl Sunday!! I recieved my computer on Wednesday. I am enjoying my new computer and would definately purchase from him again.

I was a little leary of using paypal for such a large purchase, but within hours of my submission, I received an email from geared2play thanking me for my order with a question about who referred me. He even responded to my answer, again within a couple hours!  
 
I Purchased an ASUS G1 laptop late on the 24th of January and decided against paying extra for quick turn-around or second-day air, as I wasn't in a special hurry. When the laptop arrived on the 26th, I was shocked. I live in the midwest, and he's on the East coast, so I had assumed after processing my order, I wouldn't see anything arrive until a few days after the weekend.  
 
Bonus! I got to play with my new toy for a whole weekend. Heck, I created this account just to say something. Will definitely be looking here for future purchases.

Geared2play/btotech are great! I needed a good laptop to travel with ASAP. I ordered an S96J Asus barebones laptop on Wed Dec 26, it arrived Fri Dec 28. You really can't beat that.  
 
I had a minor snafu installing some drivers that I couldn't figure out right away so I sent an email to Eddie at around 10pm EST on Saturday, expecting to receive a reply next day at the earliest, if not after the holidays. It was answered in 10 minutes. That's some pretty good customer service in my book.  
 
The main reason I bought from them is because of the no-nonsense reviews they put up on their forums. Nothing is hidden- the good, the bad, and the ugly are presented to help you make an informed decision. It's refreshing these days to have someone give an honest review of the products they sell. I asked for some comparisons on this particular model and got a straight-up answer. That's the way to do business in my opinion... no fluff or ad-man rhetoric. If there's a rough edge here, it doesn't bother me. I'd rather have the straight dope.  
 
I would and have recommended these guys, and will continue to do so. Good prices, BAREBONES laptops (very hard to find), extremely quick customer service, no-nonsense reviews. You won't regret it.

Very dissatisfied with my purchase. I bought the R1f-K018T tablet for my daughter for christmas. It arrived quickly and I spent christmas eve loading her sims2 on it. The next day when I went to hook her ipod up to it the usb port did not read it. I tried an external drive and a psp and none of the three usb ports would read. I am very disappointed that I can not get this replaced without sending it to Asus. And all I got from this store is that I was rude and sending borderline hatemail because I was very upset and regreting that I did not purchase a tablet from a local store that I could just go in and tell them of this problem and get one that worked properly.  
I will never purchase another big ticket product online or from this company due to the fact if something is wrong with it I can not take it back and get it replaced. I was told by this company I was not the first one to get a "D.O.A. system and I wont be the last". But this will be my last time that I have to deal with going through all of this on a product that don't work properly after purchase. I will stick with 14 day return policy at local stores or the 30-90 return policies. This quoted statement from this company: There is no reason to direct anything but a "thank you for your prompt reply" because that is all that i can offer you.  
Is even more upseting to me from a company that sold me a product that did not work properly and wondering why I am uspet about having to get it serviced than getting it replaced. If I wanted to  
deal with a brand new computer getting serviced after purchase I could have bought a used one.

Very responsive dealer. Answered or returned calls and email very promptly. Gave honest and accurate advice on my system purchase. Best thing I can say is I trusted him enough to buy HIS extended warranty as I elected to spec upgrade parts that were not changeable (if I wanted factory warranty) on this model. I wanted the laptop with the cpu/HD & ram "I" wanted. This seller easily accomodated that and I feel he'll be there as required in the future. System arrived as spec'd ON TIME, perfect..

They are super responsive to email; I got a response really quickly to my initial inquiry from someone who clearly read and understood my questions. I ordered a customized A8JS with 48 hour turn around. 48 hours later I got an email with my UPS tracking number. The laptop arrived and is even better than I hoped. They did an awesome job upgrading it (I got bluetooth added). My experience as a customer could not have been better; from the fast friendly response to email to the fast shipping of a wonderful product. I will definitely buy from these guys again and recommend them to everyone I know. Asus deserves some credit as well for building an excellent product, but these guys took a great laptop and made it my perfect laptop. Thanks guys!

Purchased a customized Asus A8Js laptop from BTO Tech, and the experience was very good. I purchased an extended warranty from them, and they were able to ship the customized computer ahead of schedule. I would recommend them without reservation.They really excelled in being able to do customizations that few other resellers even offer.

The price for this configuration & the availability for this new high end Intel CPU chip (I found very few vendors that had this chip on hand) was the best in the marketplace.Eddie answers all & any questions via email & telephone promptly.  
He gives an excellent description & explanations of features which makes decision making easier.  
He does NOT push higher price items. He convinced me to spend less money on items that did not suit my needs or requirements.  
I will be back for additional notebook purchases from this outstanding notebook vendor.

I both a first laptop in my life - and I can't imagine being happier. The Laptop came in the perfectly prepared box, one day after being shipped - and even though it was few days after I ordered (thats because I ordered it on weekend and monday was labour day) Customer support let me know about it the same day i've placed the order!  
 
The price was over 50$ better than anyother in the web(believe me I looked for 2 weeks)

The website for this vendor made customization quick and easy. It allowed me to order the exact notebook that I wanted. As well, the prices were quite reasonable.
