Excellent service and products. I ordered the Matrix Orbital MX222 and it arrived a few days later. It was my first time shopping with Performance-pcs.com and it probably won't be my last.

Very satisfied with Performance Pcs,They answered my e-mails very quickly,I ordered a Swiftech MCX159-r on a wednesday and I recieved it that friday,their in Fla. and I'm in NY ,That Is Fast!!!,They have some extremely hard to find items amongst their very large variety of computer items.Guys keep up the good work.

I ordered a Vantec NexStar 2.5" External USB 2.0 hard drive enclosure at 6:53pm and it was shipped by 7:01pm, recieved tracking number by 7:02pm. You simply cannot get any better then Performance-PCs. I've ordered multiple times over the last year or so and it only gets better each time. Good job guys!

I got a completely customized Vantec 520W power supply for only 20$ over pricewatch low, and added a custom fan, sleeving. Shipping was timely, 3 days, a great response considering it was custom.

Placed over $600 in orders with performance-pcs.com this past month, and I'm very happy with the quality of the products and the attentiveness of Hank, the owner.  
 
I'm just about done with building my new workstation and everything in there is sleeved either black or neon green, power supply/fans, motherboard header cables ATA100 cables, everything. it's truely a thing of beauty in this case.  
 
On the exterior, all my drives are black or silver; I especially like the custom modified Sony DRU-500AX DVD-RW I ordered from performance-pcs.com where part of the bezel was hand dyed black so as to match my case.  
 
I'll definately be back for more in the future.

I began looking last Novemeber for someone to build the PC I wanted and not something that was taken from a list of options. Hank was the only one who said send me what you want and I'll do it.  
 
Needless to say we traded a lot of emails discussing one option versus another. Not once was I ever under the impression that Hank was "pushing" any one component over another. Sometimes he suggested what he thought was a better selection than the one I wanted and gave me solid reasons. And sometimes I changed and others I didn't.  
 
Bottom line is that it isn't very often that one has the pleasure of dealing with a craftsman but this is a case of having the plesure of dealing with a true artisan.  
 
How do I know this? All I have to do is look at the 2 systems Hank built for me and I smile knowing that there are very few, if any, PC's around that can compare both in quality of the finished product or the beauty of the craftsmanship.

Excellent job on the vinyl dyed DVD-ROM drive. It looks like it came new from the factory and now its one of a kind! Just one of many smooth purchases from this place.

These guys are awesome. I am very pleased with my purchase. The communication was excellent and I found Hank and his crew to be very accomodating of my last minute requests. A+ in my book!  
 
For the record, I purchased a custom sleeved AntecTrue 480 and to make things difficult for them I ordered a fan at the LAST minute. They did a fantastic job of making sure I was satified. If the net were made up of merchants like this the world would be a better place :)

Excellent e-communication, first rate products and services. I build several full custom PC mods per year, using high-end/high-quality components and also fabricate components to build my super-mod machines. With true custom mods (not merely an assemblage of generic parts available to anyone) it is necessary to think outside the box,- creative ingenuity beyond aesthetics; a lot [most] techies out there build what they consider 'custom' PC's using components available to every Joe (and think that more and flashier is better),- but very few build one of a kind. A lot of modifications are so focused on cosmetic appearance that they sacrifice optimal function and even undermine the proper function of components (even create structural weaknesses by modifying parts and not re-engineering mounting/bracing points, etc, to compensate). I am always able to appreciate when I find someone as interested in detail and perfection as I am,- and Hank of Performance PC's is a great example of an individual who brings something to the table that not only stands out from the rest for detail and quality work, but provides a niche' market service that has been sorely needed,- namely, custom sleeving of wiring harnesses, connectors and adapters. His work is not just eye-candy,- it also makes for a much neater and accessible workspace inside the computer case, and not only strengthens smaller wires but protects then from abrasion. In a market where most of what I see is "me too" work, Hank and his work stand out from the rest, and he scores a perfect 5 out of five stars in my book.

I swear this site is one of the best out there. I have made 4 purchases from Hank, and have been satisfied with everything. They are very helpful, and really do quality work. Havent gotten my power supply sleeved yet, but thats next for sure. Big props to performance-pcs.com!

Working with Henry and his company was an absolute pleasure. I sent my power supply to be sleeved, and Henry was able to even customize the power supply cover for me. All the work they did was very professional looking and Henry was very timely in returning emails and responding to concerns and questions.

I ordered an Antec TrueBlue 480 Watt sleeved power supply and a black CDRW around the 19th of December. Due to Christmas, it didn't arrive at my house until the 30th, but that was expected and wasn't a big deal. Before I ordered, I spoke to Henry by email a lot, and he was always very helpful and polite. Both the PSU and CDRW look AMAZING. The color of the CDRW matches my case perfectly, and the sleeving on the PSU is extremely professional. I will absolutely be buying from them again.
