If there's ever something I need for custom computer work, I can be 99% sure it's at Performance-pcs.com - their selection is second to none as far as I have found. All of my watercooling parts have come from here, and I will soon order a new case, because they will drill blowholes in the top for fans, attach case handles, and sleeve all of the interior wiring. Not for free, but then again these are valuable bits of custom work for those that are clumsy with a Dremel (like me). Prices on things like case fans are higher than other places, but for good reason - They sleeve all of their fan wires before they ship them off, which is awesome! Their slogan, appropriately, is, "sleeve it and they will come". I hope they keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service i recieved from ppc's on my order, I have started building a really high end system and have been ordering from alot of places for various parts...it's been headaches galore, with regards to shipping, prices etc... even from newegg...had to submite my order 3 times before thier system would accept, each one with a 24 hour delay before it would bounce back.  
 
3 days wasted just trying to pay, sheesh.  
 
Then the Corsair store charged me 103 dollars on shipping for memory modules, it took 4 days before I could even get thier website to work properly.  
 
PPC's entire order was shipped to me at half the cost, in a single day...for about 30 watercooling items, not just a stick of memory.

Performance pcs had all the high end gear I needed, and was able to make corrections to my order on the fly and when I called in I got a voice on the phone immediately.  
 
That kind of service is rare these days.  
 
Their is a bit of a premium on thier pricing, however you get what you pay for so to say... no headaches, fast processing, high end gear.  
 
Don't even hesitate, its a great store.

This is not my first order with Performance-PC's. Their site is easy to shop and to submit order. My order was well packed, exactly what I ordered, and new. I would definitely order from them again.

This is an excellent company who excels in so many ways. I have no relationship to the company and am simply a satisfied repeat customer.  
 
I buy a fair amount of PC related products on the net and this company is absolutely one of the best. I have ordered from them about 4-5 times now. Every order has been 100% filled and their shipping is very fast. Many times I'll order about 3pm (their time) and my order ships that same afternoon before 6pm. I really like their ability to add custom sleeves to cables that matches the cables already in my PC. If you are on the East coast, it's nice to have an alternative to the West coast PC products suppliers and cuts a few days off the transit time.  
 
Buy with confidence from Performance PC's. They are a great company, very responsive to emails and just an all around well run organization.

This is the third time I've ordered from these guys and they are truely one of the best online stores out there for Computer parts. They have a great inventory of some of the newest parts & mods, plus lots of stuff for some of you folks running older system that want to upgrade. Their customer support is by far the best I've ever dealt with. On this last order I had a question about a CPU water cooler that I've been looking at for awhile and I shot them an email with some questions and I got an answer back in like 5 minutes. Actually they replied promptly back several times to every inquiry I had (4). The suppport rep that I was chatting with was very helpful in helping me making a decision to buy or not to, he actually suggestion that I don't, because as he pointed out there is alot better ones out there, instead of hyping up the product just to make a sale. Which lordy I have that happen at other online stores and then I end of with some junk. I bought the MINI Water Cooler anyway just to check it out and heck the price was so much lower than anywhere else I just couldn't help myself.  
I ordered several items Tuesday and I got them on Thursday with the cheapest shipping they had, ($100 order for only 12 bucks shipping and I had a bunch of heavy stuff).  
The folks they're are friendly and curtious too, they kept me informed about all the stages of my order with easy tracking links and they pack the stuff real good too.  
Anytime in the future that I need parts or pretty much anything for computers I will always check their site first because they also have some darn good prices on stuff.

P.S. here's an example of how good of customer support and friendly these folks are, Performance PCs is located in Palm Bay, Florida, I'm originally form Cocoa Beach, about 15 miles apart, and I told the rep I was talking with how much I miss home and the beach, well I said something about "I wish I could get some beach sand from my home turf", well last nite when I was opening up my box of goodies, I found a small baggie of Beach sand in the bottom with some small shells in it. Too frekking cool huh.

I placed a small order, just a couple of cables and a switch. Within 10 minutes they contacted me saying the switch was out of stock, I chose to substitute a slightly more expensive switch and was told there was no additional charge! First rate customer service and fast shipping, would definitely recommend to others! I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with them.

This company is great, the customer service is outstanding and very quick to reply and help out. The product I ordered was a side panel for my lian li case with a pre cut out 120mm fan hole. I am extremely satisifed with the results. The drilling was very precise and placed in a great location. By putting a 120mm fan there on my system I was able to lower my system temp by an amazing 15 degrees, and the gpu by 10 degrees!!! Thanks a lot Performance PCs!

This company has a lot of bad reviews but I have to say this company is on point with there shipping. I ordered 2 items from them and I received them the next day and I didn't pay for over night shipping. This company answered all my emails and they were very helpful. I am going to order much more stuff from them on Monday. I go to CompUSA here in Jacksonville FL twice a week and those people that work there are not as helpful as Performance-PC.com!! So people give them a try if you are a first time buyer and the people that left bad reviews I'm sorry your experience wasn't as good as mine.

I ordered more stuff through them again and they did a awesome jib on shipping my stuff on time and everything was in great condition. I ordered 30 heat sinks and a ThermalRight Back plate for my 9800GTX+. I will be buying all my stuff through theses guys almost every week.!!  
 
If you are going to order anything through them USE UPS!!! USPS will take forever. Spend the extra cash because you get what you pay for!!

Great service, on a previous order I placed one of the items was out of stock and I received a phone call to inform me of me options about 10 minutes after the order was placed!  
 
This store has a great selection of PC modding supplies. IDK why people who wrote negative reviews have had so many issues, my guess is USPS is a BAD shipping method and besides that, seems like PEBKAC errors to me.

Bought some random pieces and parts for my water cooling loop - Primochill LRT tubing (which rocks btw), a valve for a drain line, some fittings, etc. Relatively small order. Shipped packed well, everything arrived in good order. No complaints at all here.
