I recently ordered products from Performance PC's online website, and they responded right away to let me know a particularly high demand product I had ordered had become out of stock, they were sincerely apologetic and were will to ship me the part within the next two weeks after they got more in stock, around a few hours later they sent me another email letting me know they actually did have the part and that they had completed my order and sent it right out, I gotta say that they immediately took care of me and were willing to go the distance to make sure I got what I ordered and I know that the part I was ordering the Heatkiller waterblock back plate is in demand and that nearly all their online competitors that carry the part were out of stock or extremely over priced do to the demand. I am really glad that they don't raise the prices auctioner style just because a item is in high demand and they know some consumers will pay more to get their hands on it right then and there. I think if you are in to the latest in high performance personal computers, computer gaming, benchmarking, or just equiping your workstation with better cooling so it stay alive longer then Performance PC's is a totally safe bet to rely on for quality parts, installation advice and good quick response customer service. Check them out, the website layout is great.

I am a freelance Comp technician that LOVES TO MOD and I am a frequent shopper through newegg.com. So when I was looking around for a Lamptron "HUMMER" - 5 Port Military Switch Baybus, ($24.95) I ran into Performance-PCS.com website VIA google search. Lo-n-behold I found what I was looking for. So with that said; I am a first time buyer on there website. My order was accepted and shipped in record time!. This has got to be the second fastest I've experienced! I will defintely shop there again for parts that other company's may not have.  
 
I also like to mention that these days shopping on-line can be risky, specially when you're Shopping at a new website! It only adds to the uneasiness. Well when my order was accepted and shipped all under about 2 hours, I can't explain and/or stress enough how that makes a first time buyer feel. Thank you PERFORMANCE PCS!

Date ordered 06-07-2007 I ordered a Black IceŽ GTX Gen Two Xtreme for $99.00 and then send me out a $40.00 radiator instead. Problems is I was new to water cooling and the box that it was shipped in had no information on it saying what it was. I understand mistakes happen and I used the radiator for the past 2 years with no problem. They are usually better at catching stuff like this. I have purchased over $2000 threw this company and you can TRUST them 100% all I can say is check your stuff making sure what you got is what you paid for. Other then this problem I had they been a very dependable company to purchase computer/water cooling parts threw.

I bought a Creative Labs X-Fi/Audigy Sound Card to Front Case Port Adapter Cable and it worked great but one of the wires broke.Contacted PerformancePC's and they game me an RMA # right away and i sent it back and within a week i had back the new/fixed cable which is working great also.Thanks Perfromance PC's great service.I will do business again

I know others have had bad experiences with these guys, especially the piss poor attitude of whom I guess is the owner of the place, but that hasn't happened to me. Just lucky I guess. They had what I needed in stock at the time I needed it (when others did not) and with a competitive price, so they got my order. Ordering was hassle free. No problems at all. I received my parts in good condition. Shipping was immediate and fast. Although I was expecting to be overcharged for shipping, I was not overcharged.

I ordered A CPU cooler (ThermoLab Baram) on June, 3rd and received it on June 6th with USPS priority mail. I received proper notification of the shipment, including the tracking number. The packaging I received was perfect, protecting delicate parts from any mishaps during transport. They have a great selection of pc parts, as the CPU cooler I was looking for was no where to be found, but this store. I am very pleased with doing business with them, and recommend this store to everyone.

Outstanding service. After searching around, I found the Cooler Master V10 here for %25 off. Without a doubt, the best price around.  
 
In addition, shipping from their location to where I am stationed in Baghdad, Iraq, only took five days.  
 
The packaging was considerate and supported the larger and smaller items I had purchased and was adequate enough to ensure that nothing was damaged en route.

This was my first time ordering from Performance Pc's and I must say I am one happy customer!  
I ordered 7 item on mother's day evening and they all ahipped out the next day. All items on the invoice were double checked by 2 people at performance pc's. It did take 9 days to recieve my package but I didnt pay any extra for shipping, and performance pc's did their part by shipping within one day :). All items were packed carefully and put into a sturdy box filled to the brim with packing penuts. Performance impresses with a wide selection of parts and accessorys on their site, even some hard to find items. I would definately reccomend buying from them. Just one of the items I ordered was $40 dollars cheaper than neweggs site. As an added bonus from oredering from this site, they sleeved the cables on all the fans that I ordered! A very professional job too :) A+ Thanks Hank and crew for going the extra mile!

If there's ever something I need for custom computer work, I can be 99% sure it's at Performance-pcs.com - their selection is second to none as far as I have found. All of my watercooling parts have come from here, and I will soon order a new case, because they will drill blowholes in the top for fans, attach case handles, and sleeve all of the interior wiring. Not for free, but then again these are valuable bits of custom work for those that are clumsy with a Dremel (like me). Prices on things like case fans are higher than other places, but for good reason - They sleeve all of their fan wires before they ship them off, which is awesome! Their slogan, appropriately, is, "sleeve it and they will come". I hope they keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service i recieved from ppc's on my order, I have started building a really high end system and have been ordering from alot of places for various parts...it's been headaches galore, with regards to shipping, prices etc... even from newegg...had to submite my order 3 times before thier system would accept, each one with a 24 hour delay before it would bounce back.  
 
3 days wasted just trying to pay, sheesh.  
 
Then the Corsair store charged me 103 dollars on shipping for memory modules, it took 4 days before I could even get thier website to work properly.  
 
PPC's entire order was shipped to me at half the cost, in a single day...for about 30 watercooling items, not just a stick of memory.  
 
Anyways,  
 
Performance pcs had all the high end gear I needed, and was able to make corrections to my order on the fly and when I called in I got a voice on the phone immediately.  
 
That kind of service is rare these days.  
 
Their is a bit of a premium on thier pricing, however you get what you pay for so to say... no headaches, fast processing, high end gear.  
 
Don't even hesitate, its a great store.

This is not my first order with Performance-PC's. Their site is easy to shop and to submit order. My order was well packed, exactly what I ordered, and new. I would definitely order from them again.
