i am retracting my previous review regarding the lian-li case. The company has been working with me to resolve the issue and it is very much appreciated.

First let me say that I have ordered from them a few times now. The first time I bought from them was for a complete watercooling kit, all the parts arrived in good condition, but upon installation and testing the radiator leaked. Their first response was that the leak was caused by me for using screws that were too long. After a few days of exchanging e-mails, and subsequently them realizing they were not dealing with a dumbass here, they finally agreed to credit me for the Radiator. If I had to guess I'd say it was defective from the factory, but that did not stop PPC's from filing a claim with UPS for damaged goods...HUH??? I received a refund, so I do not really care how they proceeded from there but I found it strange to go after UPS for damages when UPS had no involvement.  
 
Another order I had was for a Lian-Li replacement power switch. The switch arrived quick enough and was packaged (along with some other items) quite well. The switch needs to be separated in to two pieces for proper installation but the switch arrived "Snapped" together. I had to take the switch apart in order to properly install. Others with no experience installing these switches would probably do it incorrectly and try to install the complete unit by pushing it in to the hole of the front panel, and such will more than likely damage the switch. I know this because a few years ago I installed one wrong and damaged it myself. I've bought this switch before at Silver PC's and they come separated as they should. Also on this same order I ordered a light bar with their custom conversion to a 4-pin molex connector. One of the pins in the molex connector had a spread out tip and would not connect properly to the mating power source. Easy enough fix by simply pinching it back together, but the workmanship left a little to be desired.  
 
All and all Performance PC's is a great company that ships extremely fast and if anything over packages items, but that is far from a bad thing. Just be a little careful and really inspect things before installation.

Poor after-sales service.

Customer service and shipping time surpases or matches newegg.com if you can imagine that. The prices have gotten more competitive. Thier custom work is pricey but it is custom work so... you gotta love it, you know. They treat your gear and your ordered items like you would treat it. I pay the extra cost, if it is more, to buy from them if they have the item. They are that good.  
 
I would like to see you guys expand your menu of even more.

Order was shipped the same day. Pricing for the XSPC DDC top was on par with other vendors. The shipping did seem a bit high.  
My only real complaint is they shipped my item in a much larger box and did not include any kind of bubble wrap or other means to protect it. This will definitely be taken into consideration for future purchases and doubt I would buy electronics from them if that is the norm.  

I have been an active PC gaming enthusiast, as well as a client system builder for 6 years at a professional level. I had known of this company for some time, but after countless hiccups from NewEgg and venders of the same caliber I decided to give them a try. Thus far they have proven their customer support stands ahead of some of the largest names in the industry, and I will be looking no further from now on. Great parts, great service, excellent site layout. Lesson learned. Performance-PCS FTW!

Ordered some of the newly released and most anticipated fan controller: Lamptron FC-5 because Performance-PCs were the first that had them. I also ordered some other small parts that I really needed for my new setup. Peformance-PCs has a wide selection of items which are averaged priced. The shipping cost is pretty high and it didn't felt that there were "big" discounts on shipping when making a "big" order. However, my priority was getting the new FC-5 and I am happy that I received along with the other parts in such a short time. The shipping speed was fast, and the packaging was average. I do forward in doing business again with Performance-PCs.

My wife and I have ordered several items from Performance PCs. They have lots of hard to find products. Shipping is reasonable. Service is great.  
 
My favorite item was 'Creative Labs X-Fi/Audigy Sound Card to Front Case Port Adapter Cable (SB-FP-AC97)'. It allowed me to connect my sound card to the front panel of my case. I cannot find anything else like this on the 'net.

The item I ordered was originally in stock, according to the website. I found out a week later that it was on back order, I was asked if I wanted to wait, and they should get another shipment in with the item I wanted at the end of the week; I said yes. A week later I got an email stating they did not have an ETA on the item. I will give them 4 stars because they promptly responded to all my emails. I’m knocking off a star because the website said the item I was purchasing it was stock when apparently it wasn’t.

The ordering process was simple, and offered the best price when compared to other companies. The product was verified and shipped by the next day and arrived in the 2-3 day shipping window. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Performance PCs and will not only recommend them to a friend, but also order again if and when the time calls for it.

What great service from Performance-PCs. My last order was a little slow but that was only due to the holiday season, as usual it was shipped as a gift (From USA to Canada) so I got the package hassle free with no brokerage fees. I would like to point out the insane amount of great parts they stock and the fact that the site is updated regularly to reflect that. Also, if you have an inquiry they are on the ball and usually you will have a response within a few hours. NCIX (my regular POP) is just across the water from me and they always show items in stock until you complete your order, then you get the bad news that the parts are back ordered AFTER your credit card is charged. I have definitely found my new MAIN parts supplier. Very happy customer here and I highly recommend Performance-PCs to any Canadian buyer looking for pretty much anything related to the PC enthusiast market.  

The website is a well put together site with a huge amount of selection. The staff and support however are more of a joke, I received a defective product which i understand happens. I could not reach anyone on the phone who could help me leaving my name and phone number multiple times with no reply. My emails were responded with pre-wrote responses. I sent pictures and said they couldnt be larger then 500k. My free email can handle this and theirs cant?? No one was willing to help me at all. I will say shipping was fast and nice but what does that matter when no one is backing the product. I took a gamble using them, a gamble i lost. Should have just stayed with who i usually use.  
 
UPDATE: I have changed review to neutral after recent contact with them. I will give them ONE more shot. But if you do run into an issue be sure to post it here cause they will respond to it.

Carries some unique items that are hard to find elsewhere. Had some issues with an item but they emailed me and we worked things out. This is a company that cares about the customer and I would buy from them again.

They have good quality products and they are quick to fill orders.  
The products are carefully packaged for shipping and the rates are reasonable.
