Yes like all the peoples I bought, this is site is a fake, you will lost all your money, and you will received nothing, don't buy anything at www.buyritegames.com, www.buyrite.net, all these websites are fake, it's only to get your number card, I bought two games the 04.11.2005 and I am still waiting without news from this crap commerce.  
 
 
GO AWAY DONT BUY AT BUYRITEGAMES.COM  
 
And I think it's time to do something for this website.

Look seriously people as someone who knows people who work for buyrite you should never ever ever order anything from there. I have seen this complaint many times being in the store. Anyone who wants to get driectly in touch with these people dial this number 919-850-9406 and dial one three times this is the only store left being that one just closed down. the man that owns this company is a wacko retard. Everything you read on anyone of these sites about this place is absolutely true i myself plan to contact the attoney generals office to have something done. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM BUY RITE OR ELSE YOURE BYING WRONG

I made a purchase on 12/3/2004 over the internet for 2 GBA games which were listed "IN STOCK". I never received an email notification to confirm the purchase or any shipping information - in fact, I still have not received a single email from them. I called on 12/20/2004 to find out what was going on. Like most people got the busy tone and kept using the re-dial button to get through. The customer service rep told me that they sent my order on 12/20/2004 and gave me a tracking number, but said they could not say when they shipped! I received a package on 12/22/2004, but only one game!  
 
I called many times again to find out what was happening and finally got through on 12/24/2004. The customer rep told me that the shipping department would be sending the other game that day. Obviously, I was upset because it would not make it before Xmas. It's 12/30/2004 and nothing!  
 
I keep calling and they have no information about the shipping date and will not let me cancel! I have threatened to contact the BBB and Attorney General's office, but they do not seem to care. I left a message for Steve, the manager, to contact me on 12/24, but nothing. The last customer rep I spoke to was named Daniella.  
 
I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase as well!  
 
Update, I called several times to cancel the remaining item and they kept telling me they could not unless they knew from shipping. Finally, the 3rd time I tried to cancel on 1/6/2005, they said I would receive a credit in 2-3 business days. I never received the credit.

1 week after ordering I never received a tracking number! I called every day for 2 weeks and they kept giving me excuses that either the shipping department was closed or they sent a notice to them to email me the tracking number. I paid $20 on shipping for a PSONE and didnt get anything...  
I think they are a fraud its now dec 15 and no product. I tried to cancel my order for 3 days now but for some reason thier system is updating (of course), and the I asked them for her name she hesitated and told me Stacy. I am not calling there again I am filling a complaint to the IFCC and BBB. These guys needs to be shut down!

All I have to say is I ordered 4,000 dollars worth of goods for the holidys and have no treceived anything. So I contacted the BBB maybe they can help. I wish I found this site before i ordered

I placed two orders with this company on December the second and I have sent them several emails asking them when my order is going to be shippied and they keep sending me a generic email which I am going to copy and paste below. Please keep in mind that none of the items that I ordered are not old items they are all new and for my kids Cristmas and I need an answer from this company and they keep giving me the same generic answer the email below was received on the 8th of December I hope that you can help me because the will ruin Christmas. I have also been charged and it is close to 4,000 I have paid this company ------------------------------------------------- Currently your order is being processed through our warehouses to be sure of availability. You have not been charged. Once the item is located, it would then be charged and shipped per your shipping instructions. Never buy anything from them. Same thing happened to me. Order placed on 11-09-04, my AMEX was charged on 11-11-04. Never received confirmation or tracking number. Called on 11-20-04, and the lady reassured me that it shipped on 11-17-04. Today is 12-01-04 and still nothing. Already filed an investigation through AMEX.

Sadly, I too ordered from buyrite. I thought it was a great way to get Burnout 3 on the cheap. I really wish I had done my research but they seemed to be a reputable company. I ordered on October 5 and like many others was charged a few days later. I assumed this meant it was being shipped because as far as I'm aware they can't charge you before shipping the damn product. So I wait about three weeks after receiving no email confirmation or any replies to my follow up emails and call up because I am really annoyed. It takes me about 2 hours to get through because it is always busy. I finally get through and speak to a woman and she explains that they were currently sold out of the item BUT they just received a shipment and because I had to wait they were going to send it on overnight shipping at no extra charge! This was on a Saturday, 10/24/04 and she said I would receive the game on Monday. Hurrah I thought!  
 
Monday came and went. So did Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. So I waited until Thursday 10/28 and called at 4:30pm est. I was told that the department that could handle my inquiry was closed. To me this was curious as last time they had not sent me to another department for assistance. So I called the next day. Took an hour to get through. This was at about 3:00pm and they tell me again that it is closed. Even though it is supposed to close at 5:00pm?!? I thought well it is Friday I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. So I call on Saturday at about 2:00pm est and I'm told they've gone home for the day again but after I had explained that I was supposed to receive the shipment last Monday I am told that that information is wrong.  
 
In fact, I'm practically accused of lying because the lady tells me no one could make that assessment because they don't have that information. (Are you telling me they don't track their orders?) I tell her someone gave it to me and she's like well it isn't possible. (Are you kidding?!? Who is the customer here?) She tells me that yes Burnout 3 was backordered but that I would have to wait for it to get shipped.  
 
I just received an email from them, the FIRST email I might add saying that my item is being shipped. Now I'm concerned that I won't get what I've ordered and I want the word out that it isn't worth saving money...never use buyrite! They are worthless. I will send a letter of complaint after I get my game and tell them about the movement to damage their business. They are worse than Comcast!  
 
Oh and I hate when they ask you what your invoice number is because well, they never gave me one in the first place!!!

I ordered for my son gameboy and a game that  
totaled 108.00.My credit card was charged on  
9-22-04 and after several calls to Buy Rite I was  
told the product is being shipped.I then contacted my local attorney generals office to get my money back.The company after four weeks  
tells me the product is on back order I asked for a credit on my card and it is now 10-29-04 and still no credit.The consumer protection office and the attorney generals office in North  
Carolina will be soon recieving a compliant form.  
I have read of to many helpless people out there  
being burned by this company.Please make your compliants heard this company needs to be shut down!

First off DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FRO THIS f**KED UP COMPANY!!! Okay! To make a long story short, I was suckered into there Bull$hit! Like everyone else was. I placed my order in on Sep. 30th 2004 and it's Oct. 19th. Called several times and could never get a confermation #. When I finally could get through to a human I was told my order was processed and my Sega genesis fighters bundle was being shipped. When I read all the other reviews; it seems like I'm never gonna get my order, just maybe a migrain headache! It's when a person puts an order in it seems like they send a person to go steal the merchandice from some random person house, and if they can't find it u won't get your order. Or until they do find it. Thats how shady it seems like they are!  
F**K BUY-RITE F**K THEM UP THERE STUPID @SSES!!

I got my buyrite package today (which was decently quick, 4 days), it somewhat suprised me because of how horrible i had heard shipping was - i had written out the number for them on a post it, and stuck it to my mouse pad a couple days back in preperation to call them if the shipping took the expected forever  
I ordered 4 items, Doshin the giant (jpn gc), Zelda Ocarina of time/ masterquest (jpn gc), Biohazard zero trial with special ID card (jpn gc), and a Sega Saturn import cart.  
 
anywho  
I recieved 3 of 4 items ordered, buutttt  
the zelda bonus disc is the US version... why would they send me the us if i ordered the jpn??... apparently that was the last copy they had in stock of anything zelda bonus disc related and they assumed i wanted the zelda disc in general even though i already have it.. no thanks  
 
The biohazard demo came in a nice broken package with no bonus ID card - it was obviously used.. and somewhat dirty. None of this was stated on their website  
I called customer service and had a chat with them (for anyone interested, you have to pretend your buying something to actually get ahold of a real person) the lady said they would send me out the id card.. but still... grr  
 
and the saturn cart i have no qualms with  
 
i feel my 11.95 of shipping was a total waste as well, because it was jacked up due to the cost of another item which i didnt recieve.  
 
i'll never do business with them again, i can tell you that - regardless of how enticing it might be

For a long time, I've had Buyrite Videogames' website bookmarked. Knowing that they'd been around for quite a while, I figured that they were a reputable company, and had no reason to go look on the web for reviews of the company. Sadly, I was mistaken.  
 
I tried to order R-Type Delta for the PSone back on 1/27/2004. Buyrite subsequently charged my credit card on 1/28/2004 for the amount of $26.94. I waited for about a week and a half, thinking I would receive some sort of notification that my product shipped, or at least a notification from them of the status of my order, since they charged my card.  
 
On 2/16/04, I decided to call them to see what's going on with my order (I had still received no respones from them of any kind). I was told that they were out of stock on this item, and that they had to special order it, and this was the reason why it has taken so long. The man then told me that they had received the item, and it would be shipping out tomorrow 2/17/2004. After another week of not hearing any responses, I called them once again to check on my order. I was then told by "Danielle" that they were not able to get that item, and that her manager told her that I would be refunded. At this point I was upset, because I was previously told that they did have it, and that it would ship soon. Did the man I had spoken to previously lie to me? It's a shame I didn't catch his name.  
 
On 3/19/2004 I was sent an email saying:  
 
"unfortuantely we did not have R-Type Delta for the PS, so we sent your order to the accounting department.  
Your refund has been received and has been done. Sorry for any delay , but we had a Computer issue on our end .  
Please look in the mail in the next few days or check your next credit card statement .  
Thanks,  
BuyRite Video Games"  
 
I figured I would receive my refund promptly...  
However, a whole month had gone by, and I had yet to receive any sort of refund. I called on 4/7/2004 and spoke to Danielle again. She assured me that the refund was issued, and that it had been taken care of. I insisted that it had not, so she said she would speak to the accounting department, and resubmit the refund to them.  
 
It is now 4/25/2004 and I have still not received my refund from them. I will be calling them tomorrow (4/26/2004) again to find out what is going on. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with this company, to say the very least.

AARRRGGHHH!!!! What a painful process. This company is the pits. I placed a pre-order on March 20th in expectation that my order will ship on the release date (3/27/03). It is April 10th and I have not yet received my order. I call 3 times a day and get lied to constantly. Mike, Chris, Lyn, and the manager Steve were very rude and uncaring about my order. This company should be shut down. They have no idea of customer service!!!!!!
