buy from rock auto . do your reserch you will almost always find there price is lower and there shipping cost is lower than most

RockAuto was a great experience. the part I ordered was out of stock from the supplier. They called and explained my optons. I had them to order the part they suggested. It arrieved in two days and turned to be the exect same part that was on the car. They were extremely courteous and knowledgable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

This is the third time I have ordered parts for my 1963 Olds F85 convertible. This time it was for a starter solinoid. Previuosly for brake parts. All parts have been most satisfactory and recieved in a timely fashion.

When I saw the difference in price between Rockauto and every other autoparts store, I was very skeptical...but I took a chance and placed an order. Everything arrived in good shape in less than a week (with standard shipping). And if I would have needed it sooner I could have gone with a faster freight service for a very reasonable price. Rock Auto has excellent prices and ships items quickly. I ordered an Friday and had all items on the following Wednesday.

Good prices, GREAT service, and one stop shopping for parts that other places don't keep on hand. What more could you ask for? This isn't my first time ordering from RockAuto and I'm certain it won't be my last.

This is the greatest place to buy your online parts. Shipping is SUPER fast even when you choose the slowest shipping method. The item normally ships out the same day, packaging of the items is always well done. You save tons of money on shipping since they pass their shipping savings over to you. I just wish they had every single car part so I wouldn't have to look elsewhere sometimes. I've been buying parts for years for customers and rockauto is my only supplier that has been constant and never gotten a complaint from me. That's why I actually looked for a forum where I could write a review, giving my testimony to their great service..

My order arrived early. One of the items received was wrong. "Not rockauto.coms fault" Called and the problem was resolved and the corrected item was received in 2 days. Only 1 day after the original order was supposed to arrive. I have never been more satisfied with a company and there service. keep it up and I will continue to come back!

The order that is attached to this review is my third or fourth order from rockauto.com. Each of my orders have shipped and/or been delivered well ahead of quoted timeframes. This seller does not stack additional fees and costs on top of shipping prices. The information on available product which is accessible to customers is as thorough and complete as one could expect. From my recent order I had a minor issue with a missing part-- The problem was resolved with ZERO pain. The missing part was shipped without need for insurance claims or police reports. Excellent customer service. A note on customer service: The person who helped me resolve my issue was a native English speaker, which really helped with the customer service telephone call, a call that I had zero hold time for. Great seller.  
 
A note on prices: RockAuto.com fufilled my distributor rebuild need (points, condensors, rotor and cap.) for under $20 shipped. The same parts from ANY of my local parts stores (including chains) would have been over $300.
