The order that is attached to this review is my third or fourth order from rockauto.com. Each of my orders have shipped and/or been delivered well ahead of quoted timeframes. This seller does not stack additional fees and costs on top of shipping prices. The information on available product which is accessible to customers is as thorough and complete as one could expect. From my recent order I had a minor issue with a missing part-- The problem was resolved with ZERO pain. The missing part was shipped without need for insurance claims or police reports. Excellent customer service. A note on customer service: The person who helped me resolve my issue was a native English speaker, which really helped with the customer service telephone call, a call that I had zero hold time for. Great seller.
A note on prices: RockAuto.com fufilled my distributor rebuild need (points, condensors, rotor and cap.) for under $20 shipped. The same parts from ANY of my local parts stores (including chains) would have been over $300.

Last year I needed a intake manifold for my l998 Lincoln Continental. I was in a bind the factory had a recall on this part but it had expired. The cost was over $1000.00 for a new factory part with no help from Lincoln. I happened to find Rock Auto on the web. I was able to install with parts from Rock Auto for less than $300.00. WOW…I was surprised.
Since then I have ordered many parts from Rock Auto and have been completely satisfied with the quality, service and shipping they have provided. Rock Auto is now my first call on any of my auto needs. Rock on Rock Auto!

The have an excellent selection of parts especially hard to find items for a lot less than what others are charging. The checkout is very easy and they also let me pay using my Paypal account so I don't have to worry about credit fraud risks. Their shipping and packaging is great and very flexible. I have used them various times and I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. I work at a Smog Repair Station in California and have access to professional jobbers at wholesale prices but no one beats Rockauto.com for price, selection and ease of ordering.

We're sorry that this customer's part was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, and for the delay in replying to his emails. We do take responsibility for any problems that occur in shipping, and we will either send him another part or give him a full refund for the order, according to what he prefers. We value our international customers and try to provide them with the same service that we give our domestic customers. We apologize that in this case it wasn't as responsive as he would have liked, but we have been in touch with him to see how he would like us to resolve the problem.
This is not usual me to write a review, but after five orders with Rock Auto I feel compelled. They have low prices, an easy to use parts look up, expansive selection of vehicles and parts and if that wasn't enough, amazingly fast shipping. To all of you at Rock Auto, you've truly earned this positive review. I hope this helps anyone reading this decide to give them a try.
I placed 5 orders with RockAuto and I've been completely satisfied. I always price shop and they have had the best prices on parts for my 1976 MGB. Their shipping costs are reasonable, and the orders have been shipped and received very quickly. I've also shopped at Autoparts giant, and found RockAuto better in all dimensions. The one thing I have yet to test is core returns, I'm assuming that's probably going to be OK as Rock DOES answer the phone. Also notice they have long and weekend business hours. RockAuto is great. Their website was very, very easy to use. Also, the hard-to-get parts I needed were available. Note that nowhere else on the Internet was I able to find some of the items I purchased from RockAuto. I intend to always check with RockAuto for all my future automotive needs. They ROCK!
Rockauto.com is flat out the best auto parts retailer in the industry. I was in the parts business thirty eight years ago, have dealt with many, many parts houses. Take it from me, Rockauto is the best!
