I ordered 11 items from Rock Auto on the 4th of October and recieved them all by the 9th. A hint to everyone if shipping seems a little high try ordering the same item from a different mfg. I paid $3 more for 2 headlight assemblies and saved $120 overall in shipping.

I oredered a bumper bracket for my daughter's Nissan Altima on October 02,2009 (a friday). It arrived on October 06,2009 (approx. 2:00pm) when I was IN THE DRIVEWAY WORKING ON THE CAR! I was just about to quit for the day and up drives the FedEx guy. It couldn't have worked-out better. Not only was it the correct part, but in only a few days AND cheaper than anywhere else I could find the part. Keep up the good work Rock Auto...and Thanks.

Parts for american cars are very expensive in Scandinavia. I live in Norway and have several times bought parts to my Jeep Cherokee from RockAuto.com. I very seldom buy any place else. Even including freight, I often save more than 50% compared to buying from a local dealer. Always correct parts, always in first-rate state and delivered to my door in only 5 days. I have even experienced delivery in four days from US to Norway - beat that! Using FedEx as a logistics partner is obviously a good choise.
I needed some brake pads for my car. My brother & dad told me about the great prices at Rock Auto. Pricing was below the local national stores even when freight is added in. Great company to work with. The online ordering was about as easy as it gets. I placed the order Sunday, it shipped on Monday, & I had it on Tuesday. The prices were fantastic & the website even told me which brake pads had rebates on them. I did have to call the phone center for a question. No problems with that as well. I will be ordring from Rock Auto in the future!!!!
