This was my first order from Rockauto.com and I'll say I was very impressed. Excellent price for the headlight assemblies for my car, way way below anything else I've seen for a full set. They arrived in four days as well which made me very happy. Only down side to them was the bracket on the new assemblies being a bit flimsy, but I solved that by using the original bracket from the old lights. I'll certainly use their site again.
I am very pleased with Rock Auto and how prompt my orders get shipped right to my house. Most recently my fuel pump went out in my 1996 Chevy pickup. Luckily the truck was at home. I contemplated having the dealership repair it and called for a price. They wanted a minimum of $350 just for the labor. I decided to remove the tank myself and found it to be rusty beyond use. I looked on Rock Auto and was surprised to see I could purchase the pump, tank, and all, together along with new straps for around $250. Considering I would have had the truck towed to the dealership and would have spent a fortune on factory parts, I figure I saved around $1000.00 for a 3 hour job. Not bad if a person just works safely and follows all instructions. I now always look at Rock Auto before I look anywhere else.

I received the wheel cover as ordered, but one of the clips was broken when it arrived.

Great, reliable store. I love the variety and choice for parts. The prices are excellent. Great service, too. I notified them of a mistake (a part didn't quite match for my model car) and they promptly fixed their online catalog. They care about accuracy! That's a rarity today. The only downside is that shipping can quickly add up, especially if different parts in an order are shipping from different warehouses.
Rock Auto's usual great service brought the items I ordered to me on time and as advertised. I was able to complete the work I had planned before the winter weather sets in. Thanks Rock Auto!
I have placed several orders for each of my vehicles with RockAuto. Parts are shipped correct, well packed and on time! The parts are name brands and of good quality.
The price is less than the retail stores even with shipping.....! RockAuto stocks parts that the other stores just don't have. How can you go wrong!
I ordered parts for my 1994 Ford explorer, using ROCKAUTO, which a few co-workers sugested. out of a total of 3 orders, there was 1 problem with it, and upon calling and informing them of my problem, they sent out another item 100% free of charge. The reason for ordering through rockauto in the first place is the cost difference between what is here in edmonton alberta, and whats availble. 1 part here is almost the same price as 4 parts there. The reason for doing this, is because they took care of all shipping and cutoms fees.. everything. I plan on order all my parts through this ite whenever I need more, and have informed my friends of the deals availbe by using this site.
I would and do recommend Rock Auto Parts to anyone looking for Automotive Parts online. they have the best prices on top of the line parts and allways have what is needed from the oldest to the latest models. Good job you all keep up the good work
This is an excellent online retailer. They provide very high quality auto parts for great prices. They also have hard to find parts for those of us who still have the old clunker truck or that classic hot rod. the online catalog is very easy to use and customer service is excellent. It doesn't get better than this. You won't be disappointed.
I have ordered twice now from RockAuto. The first was a starter motor for my daughter's Volkswagen. More recently I ordered struts and mounts for my Subaru. The struts were delivered separately since they were a wholesaler closeout, and a great buy! Each order was accurate and promptly delivered. I've done a lot of comparisons with other online auto parts retailers, and RockAuto is consistently the most economical.
