Very good prices but the design of the web site is strange ie how to get the parts to pull up , it just takes a bit of getting use to .

Ordered two brake calipers pre-loaded with pads. Pads were missing on one of the calipers. We found out when the customer's car was on the lift so we had to get pads at a local store for more money. Rockauto will not send us the missing pads. Only offers us a small refund. We want the pads. They won't do it. They even tell me to buy new ones for 10$. How often does it happen that they ripp-off people like that? They will not get our business.

Xlint price and service will start ordering more parts as needed.

I am very dissatisfied with RockAuto.com as I purchased an auto body part online with this company. The incorrect part was delivered through another company's name, US Auto Parts with the invoice stating that a third party purchased the item, Automotix.com. This not only is incorrect, its confusing. I phoned the company on the invoice (US Auto Parts)and received instruction as to how to prove the wrong part was delivered and have not heard from any of those companies listed above.

Excellent service; part fit like OEM but costs lots less part delivered next day

I ordered the three day shipping and recieved half the order two days later, which impressed me very much. The rest did come the next day. I rebuilt the whole front susp on my 97 camaro and all parts were as stated moog, and federal mogul parts and alot cheaper than any discount autio store around here, extremely satisfied.

Ordered item from Rockauto.com. Received the item and it was delivered to my home on Saturday. Service was fast, efficient and easy. Rockauto does a terrific job of meeting customer needs. Will order from them again.

Excellent pricing on all products, Did have one item shipped that was not the right item for the truck I was selecting the product for. They sent the part # I ordered, But the product was for another model vehicle. I will be sending it back and will know how their return policy is and if I will be doing any other business with them.

Superior service from this supplier! Ordered a water pump at 11:00 A.M. on Monday - the part was at my doorstep before 10:00 A.M the next day. Great job by RockAuto.com to get the order shipped the same day and also to FedEx on the fast ground shipping! The online ordering was a breeze and I receved an order confirmation email almost immediately upon completing the order process. The total price I paid (including shipping) was over $10.00 less than other online retailers offering "FREE SHIPPING" for the same product. This is my first time doing business with RockAuto.com.....it won't be my last!!!!

Overall experience was satisfactory. One major glitch: Two items were shipped in manufacturers carton only, and the boxes were badly damaged. Items were only scratched, but were close to falling out. Notified company of this, and received an apology.
