Overall experience was satisfactory. One major glitch: Two items were shipped in manufacturers carton only, and the boxes were badly damaged. Items were only scratched, but were close to falling out. Notified company of this, and received an apology.

All arrived in just a few days, in good condition, although, one installation Nuts (5/16") was missing. Other than that everything ordered fit correctly, and working fine.

I have recieved my order in record time,and is very pleased with the service and ease of purchasing, while ensuring security over the internet, I believe most people can learn from you guys how to serve international customers without putting them thru a lot of hassle.  
Keep uo the good work. I give you a 100 for eficiency and speed.

I do most of my repair work on my cars and finding this site and their prices was great, but it took some time and sifting through ohter online retailers to finally find them.  
I am very cautious about buying things online....  
I took a chance with rockAuto and I am very pleased. Rock Auto is the best auto parts retailer online I have dealt with. They are the only place that had the OEM parts I wanted and at a price that was half of what the dealer was charging. The delivery came before the weekend and at a reasonable price. Iam very pleased w/ the way Rock Auto handled my order. Delivered right to my front door and within the time frame that they guaranteed. I will in the future check w/ Rock Auto to see if they stock the parts I need.  
I didn't notice on parts list, and was wondering if you have a transmission motor mount for the same vehicle. Again, thank you Rock Auto for being so timely w/ my order. The motor mounts have not as yet been installed, so it will be difficult to answer the questionaire.
