First, I was shocked and disappointed to see how it was shipped. The part arrived without any packaging; all shipping labels, packing lists etc were affixed directly to the converter. I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the labels off the product. Next, the plug sent with the converter to fill the unused oxygen sensor port did not fit as there were burrs on the top threads of the port, and the weld was over done so the plug would not fit flush. Luckily, I was at a friend’s shop that had the tools to fix these problems.  
 
The item did fit as advertised.

First time I used RockAuto. It was recommended to me by a friend. Was a pretty good experience. I have no complaints. Good price for what I was ordering after comparison shopping other sites.

Goods reached me 2 days earlier than expected & this delivery was fast. From order to receiving it the duration took 84 hrs (from USA to UAE).  
 
This is amazing.

I live in New Zealand and was quoted US$420 for an ABS sensor for my Isuzu, and the part was backorder ex Japan. I searched the internet for days looking for an alternative, and found a number of online Parts suppliers based mostly in the US. Nearly all that I found would not ship outside the US, and one that didn't say so on their website sent me a gruff e-mail telling me so, when I tried to place an order.  
 
I eventually found one that shipped internationally, but via a freight forwarding company. I was so relieved, but when I tried to use this forwarding company they rejected my credit card, which very much surprised me as my card is thousands of $'s in credit.  
 
This had gone on for about a week, when after doing more web searching, wading through numerous suppliers who seemed to be all owned by the same people, (slight difference in the web page only)unwilling to assist anyone except those in the US....this is a World-Wide-Web they are advertising on, but are being discriminatory.  
 
Eventually I stumbled upon RockAuto.com, and boy am I so glad I did. I have nothing but praise for these guys, and my truck is very happy too, and all ready to pass an upcoming warrant of fitness. The price was competitive, all up it was US$130 freight and customs inclusive. Those other dudes need to take a lesson from RockAuto.com on how to run a real online business. I look forward to doing business with RockAuto.com again, they are real professionals!

omg! this seller really rocks! been all over town looking for blower switch for '93 toyota 4x4. nobody had it & 1 place offered to order it. several weeks later, still no part so i found it at rockauto.com. ordered on thursday around lunch and had it by saturday! their site said part was in outlying warehouse so shipping would be delayed 1 day but it couldnt have been since it came so quickly! it was exact part i ordered & in perfect shape! thanks rockauto.com!

This is about my fifth order from Rock. Great selection, good price, best and most honest shipping around, and FAST FAST. I really like the shipping location feature that lets me change things around so that complicated orders ship in the most efficient manner.  
Other sellers take note - I will not buy from those who rip on shipping, even if the total cost is lowest! Rock usually is lowest on both price and shipping.

Not only was the 800 number I called (to clarify my pending order) answered quickly, but the gentleman I spoke to assured me that the parts I am ordering come as a PAIR, not a single unit as with most other places I shopped.  
 
In addition, the order arrived promptly, and, as promised over the phone, I received (2) of the circuit boards for the taillights. By selling (2) of these in one package, you essentially saved me 50% over everybody else.  
 
 
The dealer wanted $ 29.00 PER, EBay / Craig's List all were between $21 and $40 PER. Thank you for providing affordable parts and great customer service!

I wanted to give your company a try for quite some time. I ordered to Fram Oil Filters, they arroved promply in a few days with a charge of about $26.00 with $6.50 for shipping.I live about a mile from your warehouse at 601 Vickers St. in Tonawanda, NY 14150. I hear of people that pick up there, have called and was told that it was not possible. I dont understand how you can be competitive when NAPA for just one supplier will deliver to me, or I can pick up at store for the same cost without shipping. Please explain!
