Great place to shop! I ordered a Sony DCR-VX2000 3CCD MiniDV camcorder. The price was very competitive considering all lower prices online were from poorly rated companies. I called them up was on hold for 5-10 min and then Kevin Davis helped me out. I asked if the camcorder was new and not refurbished/gray market and he said New, never been opened, US version. I was happy and then placed my order. He did the usual pushing of extras but didn't push that hard. I did order the extended 4 year warranty and he said he would help me out with shipping. To my surprise the camcorder arrived in 2 days, NY to MO! When I first started to look for places to order online I was having a hard time trusting places but this place is on the up and up.
