Decided to order after reviewing comments here and reviewing excellent prices and packages available on website. Ordered a Pentax Optio 550 c SD memory card, camera case, and lens cleaning package. Website was clear and functioned efficiently. I did not receive any attempt to upsell by email or phone. My package was overnighted to me by FedEx even though I received free shipping and was not expecting FedEx service. Camera and all items are exactly as promised- new and in perfect working condition. All in all, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

Received the obligatory request to call in and verify my order a couple days after ordering. I called, verified and promptly said I would try out the camera before ordering any accessories. They immediately accepted this response and did not continue the sales pitch. The camera was at my door two days later. I am extremely satisfied with the price paid and speed of shipping. I highly recommend this re-seller.

I had a good experience with BuyDigitalDirect. Their online ordering system was secure and easy to use. They have very helpful customer service representatives. And most importantly they have great prices and good deals on shipping and handling.  
 
My only problem with BuyDigitalDirect was that they were unable to verify my alternate shipping address even though it was already listed with my credit card company. Fortunately they did a good job of clearing this issue up and getting my order out promptly.

I purchased a Canon S-50 digital camera through BuyDigitalDirect. The company offered the best deal on the camera. A friendly customer representative called me to confirm shipping and advising me if there is anything I might need to complete my order. This was helpful because I thaught that an extra set of batteries would make sense since the digital cameras are energy hungry.

Nothing in particular was necessarily bad or good. Company emailed me immediately with a purchase order confirmation, and shortly after that with a number to call in order to verify the security number of my credit card. This helps to decrease fraud, and hence is good.
