Buyers BEWARE!! DO NOT TOUCH THEIR WEBSITE!!! This seller is a thief. I bought an expensive Plasma Television (SONY KLV-32M1), and it was delivered a month late and when I finally got it the screen was CRACKED. I called them and told them about it and they tell me that its the shippers (UPS) fault and that I should get the money from them. I called up Sony to ask them if it is something that happens once in a while and they said that if I got it like that the seller DEFINITELY sent me a cracked screen on purpose. When I called BuyRite back at first they were rude and nasty and they got downright ugly. While I have since given up hope of getting back my money, I feel that it is my duty to warn the public to steer clear from there website.

I had a very positive experience with this vendor. BuyRiteElectronics had a competive price and the item was in stock. We had a little problem with the UPS tracking information never working, but the item arrived on time as expected.

Buyriteelectronics.com exceeded my expectations for an "online-only" electronics retailer. I purchased a $3300.00 TV with a stand from Buyriteelectronics.com. I looked at a few different websites including www.fotoconnection.com. I called fotoconnection.com because there prices we're (initially) lower than Buyriteelectronics.com. However, the person who answered the phone at fotoconnection.com was rude, pushy and evasive.  
 
Conversely, I spoke with Tony at Buyriteelectronics.com and asked him to price match the fotoconnection.com price. Tony politely told me that he couldn't match their price (which was $250 less) because he thought there was "monkey business" going on.  
 
Turns out that Tony was right. The dope at fotoconnection could not verify that the item was new and could not guarantee the shipping price for "inside delivery" (very important).  
 
I placed my order with Tony on Tuesday and received my TV with stand on Friday. I certainly didn't expect it to come that fast. Additionally, the product was BRAND NEW...not some refurb (which I think fotoconnection.com was trying to pawn off). This is critical when purchasing from online retailers that have prices "too low to believe". I saved over $400.00 by going with Tony and Buyrite over Circuit City, BestBuy and Sears.

I have had a very positive experience with BuyRight Electronics. Unfortunately my 32" Panasonic HDTV was damaged during delivery. I notified Tony and Marilyn at BuyRight and they took immediate action to replace the damaged goods. While it took a few days for them to determine the reason for the damage (access responsibility), they immediately acted to get me my TV by a safer ground transportation carrier. It arrived in great condition and I am very satisfied by the manner in which I was treated by all the employees at BuyRight. Thank you.

Hello people, OK first I must say that buying anything over the internet can be intimidating and difficult. I use EBay on a regular basis and I search hard to find the best price I can and frankly who doesn’t. I was looking to get a DVD/VCR combo unit for my grandfather in law for Christmas so he can watch his older VHS movies and new ones on DVD. I finally found a store that seems to have the BEST prices on EBay especially for Canadians. I made my purchase and went to pay. Now here is where I ran in to a little trouble and I mean nothing major just a snag. I use Paypal for my EBay things to make it go faster but they don’t take Paypal payments from Canadians because stupid Paypal will NOT confirm my address. Why I don’t know so I can see why they don’t take it but at the same time I had to trust them to take my credit card number over the phone and not abuse it. Well it turned out just fine. Next was shipping now for some reason Americans love to charge an arm and a leg for shipping to Canada. Unfortunately it was not any different here. It was a little costly to ship even thou I live across the border in Ontario. I blame some of the cost on the dreaded UPS. Most Canadians hate to use UPS because of there ridicules fees but the gentlemen that I talked with at BuyRiteElectronics explained to me why they use UPS and Not USPS. Anyways it all made sense and I completed the purchase. It came super fast and everything was in order.

I was skeptical at first because the price on the SONY DAV-FR9 Dream System was around $500 less than Best Buy and Sony's online store. I received my merchandise in 9 days and must say I am very pleased. Item was brand new and everything was original and in order. This was a no hassle experience and I plan to make my next purchase from Buy Rite Electronics.

I am very happy with my purchace from Buy Rite Electronics.The price was very good and shipping was unbeatable. I ordered my Sony dvd recorder on Dec.21 and it was shipped on Dec 22. I received it on Dec.24. I will definitely be ordering from them again

On Monday ordered a Sony DAV-FR9 Home Theater System, a Universal Remote Control, and a DVD Recorder. I was emailed a receipt once the card was charged and then a day later I was emailed the UPS tracking numbers. The packages arrived (packaged securely) that Thursday.  
 
This has been the smoothest transaction I have had online in years!!! Not to mention the unbeatable price!

Perfect. This is the way internet purchases should work. I ordered a Sony DAV FR10W Home Theater system on Wednesday AM. No Hassles, No Calls. It was shipped Thursday morning and arrived Monday morning. It was new in the box as promised. They also had the lowest price that I could find.

First, they forced me to call my bank to enter an alternate shipping address. That's fine because of the possibility of fraud. The part that upset me is that they shipped to my home address anyway, than argued with me about it saying that I was at fault. Amanda was rude and argumentative. The price was right and the item got here in a timely manner. Just don't expect good customer service.

I bought a SONY ICD-ST25VTP digital voice recorder with Dragon. Excellent transaction. Good price, speedy delivery, works as advertised.

Buyrite won the Oscar for service while DataVis(ion) won a lemon. In the time DataVis took to inform me (after 2 nanswered emails/2 phone calls) that their advertised item was out of stock, BuyRite got the DVD player in my hands using Fed-Ex Ground (highly recommended). This player was a discontinued item and had been very difficult to find, and those sites who had it were not willing to ship to Canada.  
BuyRite promptly answered all my e-mails and was very polite on the phone.

Very good doing business with. Great communication and prompt devlivery. Will do business with again.

Internet purchase, and I love the super fast service and great customer e-mails.
