The company has a policy of "no customer service". I received a defective product and called the company.I was told that they would rather have "lower prices and less customer service". The owner of the company refused to pay to have a defective product shipped back to him.He said that he doesn't have time to test all of the products that he sells, which is acceptable, but he also said that he can not stand behind the quality of any product and a consumer should expect a certain amount of defective products; it's not his problem
