I ordered the VIA VT6421A IDE & Serial ATA RAID PCI Controller Card & received it quickly.  
However the product ordered did not come with a manual sadly, not that it was really needed to install the hardware. Just seems a bit awkward to not include any kind of manual whatsoever.  
Product worked right out of the box, drivers disk is a bit strange as well as it wasnt drivers specificly for the controller card but rather a mini-disc compilation of drivers from all different makers.  

Their prices are excellent, almost too low. But, their customer service is good, and they ship fast.

Even though TekGems may not be very well-known, they had what I needed when the big players did not, and my order was handled with complete professionalism.

I ordered from TekGems an inexpensive la-pci20 raid controller. For a price of 13$ it seems to be a good deal. The card was dead on arrival but it took me three days of troubleshooting to figure it out. Since over 30 days elapsed since delivery Tekgems denied replacement. I do not recommend this seller and will not purchase from Tekgems again.
