No problems here - quick shipping, good product, easy transaction. My order was for a SATA controller card which has a certain chipset (VT6421L) that is known to be highly compatible with flashing the firmware of certain optical disc drives (if you're looking for the 6421 chipset specifically, you know what I'm talking about). The L-revision of this chipset is, indeed, the desirable one. Most out there are of the A-revision, which has occasional problems with Windows.

My order was shipped in a timely fashion, and I found the product (a two slot Compact Flash to IDE/ATA adapter) to be quite satisfactory.

I was sent 1 router, instead of 10, an honest mistake. I emailed Sales and received a personal response within minutes. I was updated continually until the 9 items were shipped. Tekgems sent them 2nd day air, and I noticed a $25 shipping fee that they paid. My whole order only had a $10 ground shipping fee. Nice!!! I have ordered before from Tekgems and will definitely continue.
