Read the Yahoo! merchant reviews, they are all the same as my experience. I placed an order for a CPU, then needed to cancel it only to find there is no documented way of doing so. I sent emails which were never responded to. I called them and only got the same two voicemail boxes each time; that, too, was never responded to. But I haven't been billed either, nor have I received anything - which is what other customers have experienced, apparently. So this company is highly untrustworthy despite past reviews here. The lights are on, but nobody's home. High risk like this is best to avoid!
